But I don’t know why you don’ say something about Charles Krauthammer, who is a pretty sharp intellectual!!He is really not a fan of O’bama, He says pay no attention to what oBama says, Only watch what he does(!!!) he will talk like a moderate & govern like Mao Tse Dung. OBama wants to turn this country into ” Son of Canada or United Kingdom” meaning, a kind of Dopey Socialism. I wish you would talk about this kind of thing also!

Sorry to burst the bubble but this ain’t new folks! I spent over half my career in the Border Patrol (the REAL Patrol, not this cheap knockoff!) and the remainder in investigations (another nutless branch since ICE took over)and we were catching Chinese even then.

Don’t look to Congress, ICE, CBP or WTF to do anything about it. They’re still under DHS which is the premier poster child of dysfunction. They don’t care, they won’t do anything about it, and the problem will multiply.

Victor Sanchez has it right. Go to many Chinese restaurants in California and they are they are usually staffed by Asians. Makes you scratch your head, why no Mexicans, Latinos and almost every restaurant is staffed with Mexicans, Latinos. I have heard this before about basically indentured servitude at these Chinese restaurants where they will work years and years before they pay their debt so they can start their own business.

Debbie I don’t know if you caught this but 300 miles of border fence won’t be built now, I speculate at the request of DHS because they want their “virtual fence”. It was voted down in DHS funding bill.

The proposal by Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., was removed at the behest of House members from California, Texas and Arizona, who called the fencing a waste of taxpayer money and an ineffective way to secure the border.

“We need to invest and secure our border and our land ports without being tied down to an amendment that is out of touch with border needs,” said Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas. Cuellar spearheaded the effort to remove the DeMint provision from a Senate spending bill. The provision does not involve any fence projects in California.

Debbie: as always your sources are correct. Several factors can be attributable to this Chinese smuggling ventures. Hope the Arizona’s Territory 11 managers take notice. I retired in 10-2006 and 9-2008 I received my IRS letter regarding my 2006 being selected for examination. Sopke with the IRS employee who turned ou to be a ROGUE IRS revenue agent. I complained to her manager, taxpayer’s advocate and the Rogue IRS employee added 2007. I used to volunteer my time helping people who needed marriage counseling, and other help. I provided FREE counseling services. I had to hire an expert tax CPA accountant to reconstruct my tax returns for almost 3,000, yet, the Rogue employee did not believe me or my accountant. She was/is “her way only.” While we were still communicating with her and her managers first by myself and later through my CPA: I told them that several Chinnese restaurants were already open; these businesses were staffed by illegal aliens from China who were/are getting PAID IN CASH. No social security, working insurance are being filled. There is a pipeline that started from Los Angeles to Arizona, but now thousands of chinese nationals. The same illegal chinese immigrants work almost 18 hours shifts and are kept in run down apartment where the restaurant owners fill the rooms with 10-15 chinese workers. After two years, some workers already saved money and moved to another city where they open their own small restaurants but eventually their business grow. IRS instead of focusing on the real threat to our national security, they decide to go after a retired federal law enforcement officer who tried to open a small PI business. The IRS abuses were too much and decided to close down all of my businesses. Another factor is that in Arizona we have too many bad apples (corrupt) federal law enforcement. Thus while these IRS ROGUE examiners go after the small and weaker prey while allowing thousands of Asian restaurant businesses hire illegal aliens, paid them with cash and keep them on a very short leash. It is about time that the US Congress and the White House put IRS in its place and get rid of all Rogue abusive IRS employees, including the IRS Commissioner and the Treasury’s IG for Tax Administration.

Indians to protest Green Card delay

Encouraged by the success of the ”Gandhigiri” campaign in July this year, Indian professionals – engineers, doctors, scientists, academicians and entrepreneurs – have decided to come out on the streets of Washington later this month demanding an end to the ”frustrating” long wait for the coveted Green Card or the legal permanent residency.

Immigration Voice, organizer of this September 18 Washington rally claim that this is for the first time in the history of the US legal immigrants that such professionals are coming out on the street in protest, which so far has been done by those who enter the country illegally or do not have appropriate paper work to either stay or work legally in this country.

”Our protest is against the ”Broken system of legal employment based immigration,” Aman Kapoor, president and founder of Immigration Voice told NDTV.Com in an interview.

Kapoor got the Green Card this July after five and half years of long wait. But, many of the highly-skilled immigrants – a sizeable numbers of whom are Indians including in categories like scientists, professors, doctors, engineers and academicians – might have to wait even longer, he says.

This is because, he argues: ”The Employment based green card system is completely broken due to excessive delays and backlogs in petitions of nearly half a million highly skilled workers who are certified by US Government to be doing a job that no US citizen is willing, qualified or able to do.”

Though no official figures are available on the country wise backlog of Green Card applicants, Kapoor says one in five Indians staying in the United States right now are affected by this back log.

It is for this reason, that a rally by legal immigrants in the US is being led and organized by Indians.
If the Immigration Voice – which is mainly run by volunteers – are to be believed people are travelling from far of places in the US, many for more than 1,000 miles to attend the rally in Washington DC on September 18 and make their voice heard before the US Congress.

In other words, the Obama administration is doing what the Bush administration promised: stop illegal immigration without spending one dime on arrests. If this works, imagine going after the ma and pa stores to the Fortune 500 corporation who hire illegals and having them arrested? Like Frosty Woolridge says, “If you close down Disneyland, people go home.” If we go after the the businesses who hire illegals and leave the illegals alone, they’ll go home. What a brilliant idea!

They are coming because they know the current administration and the idiots in Congress will give them a greencard while 10% of the american public remain unemployed. Talk about laying out a welcome mat. Send us your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearing to breathe free…. Control the border. Control the interior. No amnesty/legalization unless they’ve been here for several years, have paid all taxes under their real name, pay fines, and can’t bring in family members until they themselves are US citizens. Family members come over without visas – they’re permanently barred.
