I have earned Rush a few times (he is on in the middle of the day) and he really seemed to me just to defend the Republican party. I remember him saying the bible was not being interpreted correctly regarding the environment although I agree the so called green people today are phonies but that wasn’t what Rush said. We should protect the environment although it is best down through property rights.

Also, Rush is good friends with Hannity and Levin and I have heard that Rush plagurizes a lot as well. He pretends Savage doesn’t exist although others reported he started us the phrase trick up poverty which Savage started on his how. Savage has at times supported other talk shows with their problems but they pretend he doesn’t exist. He also belongs to a private club in Florida that doesn’t allow blacks of Jews which I guess is their right but I don’t think that is good.

I think Rush doesn’t mind what Hannity does because he does it as well.

I know Debbie’s father liked Rush but overall I think he defends the Republicans no matter what they do.

If he couldn’t mention a word about Savage (I know Savage at times can be obnoxious) but still. I think overall Savage has fought many issues. The reason he was put on this ban list was (he sometimes believes) it was started with Bush when he criticized the Dubia ports deal that Bush wanted to push forward.

he says he was misquoted but you can’t trust a word that comes out of a drug addict’s mouth. How do you know when a drug addict (Rush) is lying? Whenever they open their mouth. So lets not even bother defending him and stick to supporting true conservatives like Tim Pawlenty.

I lost faith in Rush and Hannity when throughout the entire Bush administration there was never a cross word about their savior. I beleive it was the Bush influence that ended the scandal with oxycotton. So he was beholden to the administration. I didn’t agree with his comments on Mcnabb a few years ago plus they were unnessecary. But that shouldn’t influence his persuit for team ownership, hell what about the Titans or Buffalo lets check the owners private minds see what you get. As for the NFL, since the ’98 and ’05 Superbowls I’ve come to realize its a sham organization putting on a made for TV show to generate income and cover multiple points spreads. Roger Goodell spends too much time paying attention to his press clippings instead of overseeing the integrity and honesty of the game. Let’s see what storyline they try to portray in this years Superbowl. It usually depends on whichever state is due for a new taxpayer financed stadium.

I’m so far right that I’m over the horizon for you. Get over it. Rush failed us in his servility to Bush.

Bush left the borders open, he persecuted Ramos and Compean, he allowed Geneva conventions to apply to terrorists, he didn’t back up the marines in the Pendleton 8 and Haditha Murtha persecutions.

Rush didn’t criticize him for any of this. Savage is the only true Conservative commentator.

Rush’s lack of leadership was a big factor in the last 2 disastrous Republican election losses.

facts of life and trevor are both goofs from the left and should concentrate on the fine democruds like William Jefferson, William Jefferson Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Diane Fienstein, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, Jesse Jackson, etc. All of which have been responsible for far worse things such as murder, rape, financial fraud, black mail on a grand scale. If not for Rush, the country wouldn’t have all the watch dogs it has now and we’d look something like Lebanon right now with open(even more) borders and anarchy.

He is neither a drug addict nor a criminal (despite his possible abuse of Oxycontin).

However, he is one of the primary causes of the defeat of the Conservatives because he didn’t rebuke Bush when Bush violated all the principles of Conservatism. He also didn’t support Conservatives in the primaries.

This disheartened the Conservative base and led to the disastrous candidate Rino McCain and to the ascendancy of Obama since the Conservatives didn’t want to vote for the McCain pseudo Republican.
