Debbie, I was at the airport recently and saw a woman there in a full niquab? abaya? (all you could see were her eyes). We didn’t see her in security. Does TSA make each one who is dressed like that take off their garment so they can see their face and make sure their ID matches? I would bet that sadly the answer is no but I thought you might know the answer. Great blog!

Debbie – He’s probably grateful the media covers him only when he has “easy” wins. How hard can it be to take on a good case? Any good lawyer should want to go to the hilt for his client if its winnable. The bad lawyers will take the easy way out. Which is exactly what Nabih Ayad does when he is inconvenienced.
