It is studies like this that liberals often use to justify their spending on do-gooder social programs.

The kids of absentee fathers are more likely to have behavioral problems because they are made up of a random combination of genes from a father who likely chose not to be in the picture a mother who chose said father and thus is obviously prone to making bad decisions.

You never miss an opportunity to bash Bristol Palin and her parents! Why don’t you just pin the scarlet “A” on them? Enough! Stuff happens and you have to roll with the punches. Would you put Bristol in the attic with Mrs. Rochester? There are plenty of kids from two parent homes who turn out lousy. Yes, we have the feminization of poverty thanks to out of wedlock births and I would not even know where to begin to correct that. Actually, I do know: preach abstinence – it is the only “method” that works every time. But you have to use it every time.

JJ: Uh, Sarah Palin never misses an opportunity to flaunt and glamorize her daughter’s single motherhood. Enough! Why aren’t you upset over that and the non-stop attention whoredom of this single mother in her household? Did something change that I don’t know about and the kid was actually not a bastard with a single mother? If not, then she and her kid are exactly who this post is about, and they are an incredible pall on American society. I know you wouldn’t be upset if I only spoke of the single mothers name Shaniqua in urban America, but they are only part of the problem. DS

I’ve never been able to understand how anyone could think one parent could do a job that was clearly meant for two parents – of opposite sex, of course.

I remember a cable show where a group of adolescent rogue elephants were tearing up some village in Africa for no apparent reason. Animal behaviorists quickly realized that all the dominant males had been poached and there were no role models for the young males to follow. Kind of like my boys at home when I am working. The female elephants could not control these youngsters, so they brought in a couple of extremely large males. Problem solved. Lesson learned? Single bitches should not raise male puppies on their own.
