I disagree with Miranda, they will find your car in a few days to a week, with everything vandalized.

I know, I’ve had a car stolen before. Someone stole it from where I work and apparently needed a ride back to the housing projects where it was found in about a week. Talk about an eery feeling, going to your car and it not being there.

The worst part is not the car being stolen, it’s the hassle from having to file all the reports and arranging to get another one. Then, on top of it all, they charged me a lot of money to hold it at the tow lot when it was discovered.

I feel your pain!

Sorry to hear about your car, Ms. Schlussel. In all probability, you won’t get it back and they won’t catch the expletive deleted who stole it, but I hope you don’t have too many hassles-with the cops and the insurance company and so on.

Maybe you’ll start to seriously think of getting the hell out of the metro area. Detroiters I worked with all had at least one car stolen during the 5 years I worked with around them. They also complained that they paid tooooo much for insurance. Duuuuh.

My Sharpai, German shepard mix barks at strange goings on in the area. She’s great and a great deterrent for scum bags.
