You don't make other employees work harder so you can get a free ride at their expense. But for Muslims, Hertz makes an exception - that is definitely discrimination and its is illegal. I hope the company is forced to pay millions in compensation because the only way it will understand to terminate the special treatment for Muslims is if it affects their bottom line. That may make them get it more than appeal to fairness will. Muslims should be held to the same rules in the workplace (and elsewhere in our society) as any one else.
