He is a bit puzzled when he doesn't get it. Perhaps it's because he's almost 60. He is however, about as PURE RED BLOODED AMERICAN as they come! He tells me he understands why he might be profiled, doesn't like it, but it is what it is. (he syas to his knowledge there have been zero blonde hair blue eyed jihadists) Arif Alikhan might be just as Patriotic as my brother in law. I hope he is. Arif Alikhan is Assistant Secretary for Policy Development for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C. he looks like a little younger version of my brother in law and may have to adopt my brother in law's outlook on profiling. I wonder, who sets policy for what does and does not go on-line for TSA? I'm not saying anything except it may be worth looking into. (even if the guy was from Ireland and lily white) Also, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano swore in Kareem Shora, the national executive director for the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, to the Homeland Security Advisory Council. This sets up the same parameters for Kareem as Obama enjoys. You can't criticize or disagree with the President's policies without being labeled a racist. Same for Kareem in this advisory position. Convenient for confusion but little help for efficiency when addressing facts. Regardless, seems like an independent investigation of this TSA incident should be brought by Congress.

My brother in law is of Lebanese descent and expects extra attention from TSA when he flys because of what he looks like. Call me a skeptic, but there is no way that all of these serious security breeches and shocking news stories are just coincidentally happening all at once.
Let's see, fringe media manufactured Tiger Wood's mess, 4 valiant Navy SEAL's charged with smacking a terrorist, New York being used as a tool for terrorist sympathizers, ClimateGate and the all important Copenhagen Treaty that will lock the US into an economic death spiral, Big Gubmint HellCare approved by the senate, Fisting Advocate as Czar of Safe Schools, I could go on but you get the point.
It's sorta seems like the Cloward-Pivens strategy to overwhelm and inundate American citizens into a shocked stupor. I'm not buying into it...

The Devil is always in the details.<br

As Dwight Worker found out, in the 1970s, the MEXICAN airport security knew enough to check casts. Anybody besides me remember his and his wife's book Escape or the made-for-TV movie based on it?

They really, honestly, seriously don’t check casts?
