Let me clarify. I posted these as two separate articles that Mlive has now combined. These are the different people involved:
1. sharp dressed man
2. man in orange
3. terrorist (black man)
4. camera man ? (I have no first hand knowledge of him. I only know what has been reported by other passengers)

I urge all of you to go to this link to read what he and another passenger,Daniel Huisinga saw on flight 253 and what the FBI has been trying to cover up. Specifically a passenger carry on bag was hit on by FBI explosive dogs and was arrested right after the flight which Ron Smith has repeatedly denied.

As Debbie Reported, the FBI finally went to the Haskell’s home and interviewed them showing them photos of the additional terrorists on the flight.

Thank God the Haskells have the guts to refute Homeland Security and the lying FBI. I am so sick of them always down playing these muslim terrorist actions against my country.

Just wait for the Obama administration to pull a Joe Plumber on this family.

The Keystone Cops (pick an agency, there are 17 of them) meanwhile are in ‘a f@#k mode’ and the media in the stepped up don’t say “Muslim Terrorists” mode.

3. Customs/FBI realize that the man in orange points to a greater involvement then the lone wolf theory that they have been promoting.”

I suggest the ‘sharp dressed man’ has been identified and is a diplomat or high official of an African or Middle East country.

I further suggest why would the jihadists send 1 bomber when they can send 2 “The man in orange” with no additional hassle.

Finally, the mentality of the responding agency(s) is more likely to be in ‘butt covering disaster averted mode’ than in ‘holy s#$t this plane could explode anytime mode’ hence the series of events described by the witness Haskell.

I think there will be a time in this country when we will be attacked by these Muslim scumbag terrorists and the people will revolt and not take anymore. The armed revolution will happen for our own survival and the liberals will just be collateral damage.

Technical/legal distinction? You bet. Just as I said it was. The entire legal system is built on such distinctions. And that makes all the difference.

Except from some VERY technical/legal point of view your point is essentially a distinction without a difference.
