NormanF: Don’t bother turning over visa duties to ICE; they no more care about aliens, terrorists, and visas than a homeless drunk. First of all KING HUSSEIN OBAMA should have seen this coming since the last time we increased troop levels the terrorist incidents increased. Also along with the UK. So HUSSEIN OBAMA goes halfway on his troop increase in Afghanistan and he should have known that the retaliation was coming. He is so delusional that he thinks everyone around the world is following this pied piper. As for Hillary she probably has no idea visas are under her department. Having said that no one had a fire under their ass to make sure things were run properly.

One of the primary executives of an education is to ensure that his *subordinate* executives/organizations are working together effectively, and that the normal human characteristics of ambition & territorialism are directed in a way which contributes to rather than detracts from the common good. It’s hard work, and you can’t learn (much of) it in school.

When you elect a President with no executive experience, there’s no reason to think that he’ll be able to effectively perform this function.
