The key is to be PROACTIVE, not INACTIVE!

The highers ups (cronies) come and go but the mini-empires established by careerists result in turf wars when it come to funding and which agency does what.

These mini-empires are filled with too many PC clock watching union members. Those that are competent and actually try to serve the people are hamstrained by the wimps who have their own self serving agendas.

You can COLLECT all the intell you want. I someone doesn’t make an EXECUTIVE decision it’s all just a bunch of data on file.

You know, I really do think the West is doomed, when we have these bleeding heart bastards filling the air waves with their whines about “da poor little pants bomber”. To actually try to parse the “logic” of the idiocy expressed makes me sick (from everyone in Nigeria who’s Muslim is “shocked! Shocked, I tell you!” to the wanna be terrorist — Why, Islam means Peace! yet in the next breath the propagandist exclaims that the terrorist is one “being no stranger to religious violence” — that’s all due, of course, to those violent Christians — to the would-be bomber “must have learned it all from his studies abroad” — it must have been those science classes in engineering? — to it’s all because of the West’s support of Israel — to the final posed scene of a young Muslim boy doing his Islamic abulations, and the propagandist offering the veiled threat of “how many more young Nigerians will fall prey to radical and violent ideology?” Note that the last bit is clearly racist — since it deprives Muslims of being thinking/acting responsible agents of their own destinies as opposed to being mere “pawns.” But this is typical CNN boilerplate, which the CIA no doubt also subscribes to.)

So the question becomes — Is the CIA most concerned about keeping “Muslims and the Religion of Peace” safe from those damn Infidels? Or keeping America safe?
