If MR Chowdhury was not the biological father of the 2 year old boy, I would have acquitted him.

It is one thing for a spouse to say after 2 years of marriage that they are leaving and the marriage is over. It is quite another to say the kid is not your but only theirs. Acquittal,or jury nullification is the only just result in that case.

“Yup, yet another of a gazillion examples of what happens when aliens with Third World Islamic values get a free ticket to America via arranged marriage.” That is the most ignorant sentence I’ve ever heard – anyone would feel hatred towards the person who cheated on them. What the guy did has absolutely nothing to do with getting a free ticket to America, I’m pretty sure lots of people who’s been cheated on would like to kill that person. This whole incident had nothing to do with religion. Why is that when a Muslim is presented in front of others for doing something wrong you blame it on Islam? I am a Muslim girl, yes, a 17 year old Muslim girl to be exact. And you put the blame on religion? Because that is how it sounds. In the U.S. so many people are killed for the exact same reasons, maybe even worse. As a Muslim, I know how things work and everything is a self made decision by that person. This was in no way a Muslim Honor Killing. It does not tell you in Islam to kill your wife. You can’t just throw it on Islam and say that this is what happened. You must look at the person, where they are coming from, and what made this person do what they did. No one knows the truth except the person that was in the situation. Anyone can say anything but you must look at the truth. You never know what was going through his head or what he was thinking to be exact. Plus, how can some of you say that Allah is not God? HE IS GOD! Us Muslims call (GOD) Allah. And we are not brainwashed. Muslims do not do these things, these are decisions that are made on their own. Others do it alone, not everyone is alike. It does not tell us to murder or so on. So do not ever think that in Islam it tells Muslims to murder their wives or rape them or kill anyone just because they want to. There has always been confusion about our religion and sometimes it is put out in a wrong way. It disgusts me to know that us Muslims are always judged when all of us are not the same. It is like picking up a flower from a field and saying it does not smell good, than looking at the others and saying the others just might be the same when you did not even sniff the scent yet. Many people die, there is so many murder cases out there, people kill other people. Everyone is alike one way or the other. Maybe even different but do not put blame on us Muslims. This article is just ridiculous. Every time there is a murder that has to do with Muslim people, it is a big deal and is leaked. But when there are other cases, they do not matter much. There is always a conflict going on and there will always be a conflict no matter what. How can you ever let peace enter when your fighting with yourself? The war that we through will never end because the hate will never find its way to leave and love will never find its trace to enter. Funny thing is, no matter what anyone says and no matter how much a person will judge Islam, us people will always keep our respect. And if you can never respect another religion, you will never know how to respect your self or the person that you are or the person you will become. Thank you.

A relationship has problems,
the ones that are married should know, but that shouldnt mean that he kill his wife.

The only reason nothing is said good about muslims is b/c people like you guys make stuff up.
As Muslims they speak up because they are, not and evry muslim is not a terrorist! What if someone got up and started making up stories about Christians are terrorist? Or any religion that you are? How would you feel?
And the woman that had been killed did not deserve to die of course but why did blame that on Muslims? Yes She should not have been murdered must so shouldnt have TARA LINN GRANT RITE?
I can give you many stories about American husbands killing their wives. what did that have to do with their religion? NOTHING!

go ask another culture what they call god in their language there are many!
