Debbi I am a Canadian citizen and your facts are not true. He came to canada because he was asked to sing for a huge event hosting over 15000 people muslims and non muslims.

When Abu Ratib learned that his immigration application was turned down because he lied and got caught, he immediately fled to Windsor, Canada, just over the border from Detroit. He took a job there, teaching in an Islamic school. Since June, his wife and kids, who still live at his Farmington Hills, Michigan home, have visited Abu Ratib at least 16 times, lying about it to U.S. and Canadian border authorities. Finally, on December 9th, Mrs. Masfaka, who goes by the name, Batoul Qaweqji, was asked by Canadian immigrationi officials about her husband and his whereabouts. She lied, claiming he was in the U.S., and the Canadians turned her back to the U.S. She told the same lie again on December 19.

he in fact was in Canada. The event he was asked to sing for was on December 22nd. So what you are saying is a lie
