Let me educate you about the 1st amendment, “Freedom of Speech-is the right of people to say publicly or private what they believe political liberty depends on the right. Also, unpopular speech is also protected by the first amendment and the bill of rights.”

who is Diana Daghlas ? i would like to talk to her. you wanna talk about having the wrong facts, your all wrong. i am alexander yono and i never had anything in my past involving a knife. so where did you get that crap from ? and the only reason i even did 7 months in jail for manslaughter ( which means self defense cause there is no legal name for it) is becase i have a recored from 1998 in which case i damaged someones car. the judge, the da and my lawyer all told me the same thing. that if my recored was clean i would of walked with no chargers. the lady whos site this is might of said some things i dont agree with but her facts are a little better than yours. and it wasnt 6 on one it was 11 on one. 4 guys that were with the party also teamed up with there 7 friends who came there to jump me, they didnt have knifes but 2 of them had bats, thats what hit my face and put cuts and marks on my back. i tryed to fight those thug wanna be’s one on one but they didnt want that so they jumped me and took me to the ground and only than did the knife come out , while they were still hitting me and kicking me, thats why one of the guys got stabed in the leg, cause he was kicking me, u dont get stabed in the front of your leg when your running away. anyone who wasnt to know the truth and not some crap from a joke like Diana Daghlas contact me on face book. im under xander yono. i would give my email address on here but i dont want it to get a million emails . im hoping Diana Daghlas will have the guts to email me. oh and one other thing, the boy who died. he came on to the bus when it stoped and tryed pulling me off but he wasnt strong enough on his own, so dont try to make him seem like a good guy, he was the leader of the bunch. and it was faras who started the fight while the party was going on and faras was the one who called. if you know moe im sure you know faras.
