Despite the litigation explosion, there are some lawsuits that should be celebrated . . . and are hopefully victorious. This is one of them, and I think it’s my favorite lawsuit ever. It’s got everything–from a hypocritical Muslim Arab Prince who is apparently a violent closeted gay to a Swiss hotel to a tough Italian-American law student who resisted his unwanted advances and violence and isn’t afraid of the thuggish Muslim royals. Silvano Orsi, I’m rootin’ for you. Let’s hope the Federal Court in Boston isn’t as cowardly as the Islamo-pandering Swiss Courts.
Sheik Falah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan
A Boston man who alleges that a brother of the ruler of the United Arab Emirates whipped him with a belt in a Swiss hotel bar has filed a $7 million defamation lawsuit, claiming that the sheik and his associates have made false statements about him and slandered him in the news media.
Sheik Falah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was fined for his alleged attack on Silvano Orsi, but a Swiss appeals court quashed his conviction of inflicting bodily harm with a dangerous object.
Orsi, who grew up in suburban Rochester, N.Y., alleges that the sheik hit him repeatedly with his steel-buckled belt after Orsi rejected his sexual advances and politely declined a bottle of champagne in a luxury hotel bar in Geneva. He said he sustained a herniated disk and nerve damage in his right leg in the 2003 attack.
In his lawsuit, Orsi, now a law student at Boston University, claims the sheik and his associates slandered him through false testimony and in statements made to news organizations. . . .
The lawsuit seeks $7 million in damages for emotional distress, loss of business, personal humiliation and mental anguish.
Al Nahyan is a brother of Sheik Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who was appointed president of the United Arab Emirates in 2004 after the death of their father, Sheik Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
As you know, I’ve written plenty on this site about the Al-Nahyans, who are openly anti-Semitic and extremely barbaric. Sheikh Khalifa’s brother Sheikh Issa, a complete animal, tortured a man nearly to death in a very sadistic manner, while playing music and videotaping it for his own enjoyment. His brothers helped him get away with it. The Al-Nahyan’s late father, Sheikh Zayed Al-Nahyan, established a center in his own name, the Zayed Center, which funded anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, and holocaust-denying speakers and publications, including one from an author who blamed the CIA and the Mossad for 9/11.
I hope that Orsi gets the millions he’s seeking from this vermin. He’s got a great Boston-based lawyer, Jerrold Neeff of the Bostonian Law Group.
