My only hope is that the Judge throws this out of court. These people are looking to get paid. Why not sue the Colombia Governemnt for not doing their job in protecting the missionaries? Why not sue the US Government for their support of the Colombia Government? Chiquita has deep pockets and no sovereign immunity. It is like the criminal who breaks into your house, trips then falls, and sues you for the placement of your furniture. Going to Colombia to do missionary work is dangerous.
