Hell, after almost 7 years of our troops being at war in total, and the numerous and prolonged deployments we have served due to the 2nd war that we expended manpower, resources and treasure to fight, I know that the troops would be happy if even a quaarter of the 70 percent of people that said that they supported the Iraq war at the start, would get themselves, their kids, and grandkids down to a recruiting statiion to sign up, pick up a weapon.

Come on folks, you can give all of our soldiers the REAL SUPPORT that they need.

Someone to take their place if for just a little while.

I ran accross this website quite by accident. I could not help but respond to the first message thread I read.

For all of the “we support the troops” crap coming from you republicans, it looks as though you dont support all the troops, just the ones that fit your definition of what a good christian american is.

Kind of like the way the Japanese soldiers that served during the 2nd world war were treated.

As far as that goes, the black soldiers that served and then came home to be subjected to the same racism that they had always known. Kind of like the way that the bunch of you were commenting about Ms. Johnson. (that was on Larry King with Jackoff icer Tom Kenniff. )

You people made light of Ms Johnson’s service, the way she served and the length of time she spent as a POW. Never mind that every minute she was a POW she spent with gunshot wounds.

The amount of vitriol shown towards her was uncalled for, and unreasonable.

She wasnt defending the idiot that attacked Ft Hood. She said so directly. She said so specifically. But you ignored that, it didnt fit your version of the truth.

But from the few articles I have read here, Debbie, and her followers seem to have a common theme. First and most important, you hate anyone islamic.

Now that could be a religious thing, or it could be a racist thing. I have seen several racial comments made. It is definintly not a question of patriotism.

Because it is quite clear, that even muslims can and do serve this country in the armed forces.

Yet you try to paint all of the muslims/ islamist with the same brush.

And like I said, you even attacked a decorated ex-Iraqi POW veteran with disdain, with NO regard for her service.

Using your logic, and if I for a moment might play the devils advocate,( emphasizing the fact that these are not my beliefs, but just an observation of your attitudes and some of those same attitudes held by others througout history.) Playing devils advocate then …

… the KKK has been right all these years about the Jewish people and other people of color.

… the people that brought you the spanish inquisition were right.

… the genocide in Bosnia was warranted.

… the genocide in Darfur is alright.

… Adolf Hitler and the german people were justified to try to get rid of the Jewish people.

… Osama Bin Laden was right to attack the U.S. .

… and if Iran or any other nation were to wipe Isreal off the map, then that would be alright.

And that brings us to the crux of my problem with people like yall.

As I posted in the other thread, You people claim to support the troops, but you dont. You are perfectly willing to send others to fight a war that you yourselves wont go to fight.

You and people like you, say we are fighting Islam/ Muslims, when as I recall, it was Osama Bin Laden and Al Qieda that attacked us. When in truth, “WE” arent fighting a damn thing. Some of us are, but some of yall are willing to start the fight, egg it on, get it started, and then you sit back and watch it all unfold, just as long as you dont have to fight it.

With ya’lls attitudes, I dont see a whole lot of difference between the lot of you and Osama Bin Laden. After all, he hated America, railed against America, and then sent someone else to fight and die, attacking America.

I am printing out this page, so that no one can take my statements out of context, and screenshots as well. I dont and wont count on any sort of honesty out of the lot of you. The same exact way I would not trust Osama Bin Laden.
