The saddest thing of all is …………you guys elected Obama! It’s the same here in Ireland; we elect all sorts to government in every election. I seriously consider that there should be a movement to get rid of universal suffrage in democracies: we should limit the right to vote by having some sort of basic intelligence test to qualify. This maybe sounds somewhat elitist, but why oh why should we allow a majority of brainless twits to vote into power somebody whose only qualifications appear to be that he looks OK, can make a good speech(written by somebody else)from a prompter, and is so overbearingly arrogant that the masses interpret this as “charisma”? I love you for your courage and your clarity of thinking, Debbie! This is a most troubling story (on a number of levels), and where else can I learn these things — other than on your blog? This story doesn’t have just one “bad guy.” There is a true rogues gallery on display here. However, I do want to say that the number of REALLY BAD decisions rendered by FEMALE judges in the past three years has been extremely over-indexed (disproportionate). I think very few women have the temperament to be judges. You, Debbie, are one of those few: Love to see you sit on the bench some day. Better yet, I’d love to see you be appointed to a VERY high level position in the White House, DoJ, DoD, or DHS someday! Someone with your insight, guts, clarity, and sense of justice is needed at that level!

This is typical of the Left in this Nation but I am getting a little tired of the whole Truck Driver terrorist thing. There has not been one instance of a truck (Class used in this nation as a weapon of mass destruction Also what is a HAZMAT Certificate? Hazmat is an endorsement that takes 20 minutes to read about from the Drivers Manual then take a simple test. a test SO simple mind you that I passed it with out ever reading the chapter. Plus now because of this “the sky is falling” attitude us drivers now have to pay the Government around 100 bucks every two years to retain our hazmat endorsement. This is just more of the nonsense that is the “Patriot Act” which has done nothing to stop terrorism. It’s only use is the inconvenience of American Citizens in order to pacify they sheep in this Nation.
Do you REALLY think someone who wanted to use a Class 8 truck as a weapon would really go about doing it legally? It’s not a complicated thing. If you can drive a standard shift car you can drive a truck well enough to blow something up.
Us truck Drivers are not going to be your scapegoats. In the 60′s and 70′s you made us out to be worse than the Hells Angels because it was politically correct. Yet without us you would have nothing. No Food, No Clothes, No Computers or Big Screen TV’s and without Hazmat Drivers you would have no fuel, paint, diapers, bleach, or the millions of other chemicals you have in your house. Go after the terrorists but leave us out of it

Why judges, attorneys general, et al., all of whom are high-level government employees, would actively attempt to aid and abet the sworn enemies of this country, is unfathomable to a sane person. Worse, there are evidently many within our government who are afflicted by this severe mental disorder. While this phenomenon urgently needs to be studied and understood, this aspect of the problem is superseded by the fact that these perverted individuals – judges, attorneys general – the list is ghastly long – who are supposed to protect us – are in fact placing us in terrible danger, willfully and enthusiastically. The extent to which evil, corruption, cupidity, and sheer downright stupidity affect the justice department, and allied departments such as Homeland Security/ICE, is clear, and is nightmarish. And I reserve my greatest astonishment, and disgust, for the Jewish enablers, apologists, and supporters of the Muslim murderers (i.e. those who are waging jihad against us, and who are doing so because they, unlike their more passive coreligionists, have more of a commitment to carry out what Allah, through his intermediary Muhammed, has commanded) – Chertoff, Moskowitz, Rosen…the list, once again, is ghastly long. As a individual of Jewish background, I find this particularly appalling, as well as baffling. Throw the book at all of ‘em. Indict them. Try them for sedition, for treason. Hopefully, in a sane world, they will be found guilty, and I personally do not care if they are all executed. But before the sentences are carried out, let them be properly educated, finally, about Islam, and its inherent, virulent antisemitism; its fourteen hundred year old history of persecution, of murder, of villification of Jews as The Vilest of Creatures, as per the Koran. Let them learn what they should have learned while they were salaried government employees charged with protecting the populace, but were too lazy, to busy, to arrogant to do so, or too corrupt. Then, after allowing some time to let what they have finally learned sink in and be fully understood, fully digested, let them, in a contrite state (if any of them are capable, that is, of contrition), be led to the gallows and have done with it.

I fail to understand why judges, that willfully commit ultra vires acts, are permitted to remain on the bench. They are no different than a thief, or masked thug, and should be treated as such.
The crappy term that judges hide behind of judicial independence is exactly that, crap. The term was invented by these funny black dressed thugs, and can’t be found anywhere in the Constitution.

The lawyers who are filing these lawsuits want to see the breakdown of this country at all costs. They obviously feel more empowered as KING HUSSEIN COBRAMA takes office. COBRAMA’S new AG Eric Holder will not prosecute any terrorists and the AG office will be nothing but a annex of the ACLU. The voters dont want to know about all this because they just want to feel good about voting for “their Messiah” COBRAMA.
When we get attacked again and they find out they had a link with the same players, all we can say is “We Told You So”.
