EXCLUSIVE: Obama/Napolitano to ICE Agents: “Tell Us If You’re Straight or Gay;” Pays Agents to Attend Gay Tranny Day Tomorrow

By Debbie Schlussel

Recently, some Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents received a questionnaire with a cover letter from DHS chieftess Janet Napolitano a/k/a “The Lesbionic Woman,” asking them to disclose their sexuality to the federal government. Below is the cover letter with the portion asking agents to identify their sexual habits. Not sure how much the federal government is spending on this . . . or why it’s anyone’s biz, much less the feds. I can see the question on a Taliban or Muslim Brotherhood survey, though. But, as I’ve reported previously on this site, under Napolitano, there has been something of a gay mafia at ICE and Homeland Security, with gays getting a lot of promotions to the top and special treatment.

Homeland Security Lookin’ for a Few Good “Men”

Note the survey has the nice Oprah-esque, New Age gobbledygook-ish title, “Federal Viewpoint Survey: Employees Influencing Change.” Oh, and did I mention that Homeland Security agents got an invite to tomorrow’s Gay Tranny Day events, and–YES SIREE, BOB!–they will be paid to attend? Do they get paid to attend DHS Straight Day? Oh, wait, even though that group is now a beleaguered minority under J-No, they don’t have a paid holiday to celebrate who they sleep with. By the way, note the “mark as many as apply” for the sexual preference question. And check out how that question is ahead of military service and disabilities.

Napolitano wrote in the cover letter that

Your input will enable the Department to continue to attract, hire, develop, retain, and reward our workforce well into the future.

Huh? How on earth does the answer to the question, “Do you prefer sleeping with your sex, the opposite sex, or are you someone who got an operation to pretend he/she is a different sex?” allow Homeland Security to do any of that? Unless the question is, “Are you sleeping with spies, Islamic terrorists and their friends, or are you a Muslim whose loyalty is to the Koran?” it really ain’t got no bid’ness being asked. No wonder they call Napolitano, “Big Sis.”

Note one other thing: the Gay Tranny Day events are being held in the Julie L. Myers Conference Room, so named for the incompetent Bush ICE chieftess otherwise known as “The ICE Princess.” I wonder, when the Obama second term comes to an end, will his even more incompetent and idiotic ICE chief, John “Moron” Morton get something named after him, too? I suggest “John Morton Urinal Row” (with “Suzanne Barr Urinal Cakes”).

I myself am of the gay/lesbian persuasion, and have worked With INS/ICE for over 24 years…but I don’t flaunt it and I have no respect for my illustrious “leader”, I personally don’t it’s hers or miss John Morton’s business. So I love your article…keep up the good work.

DEO POR VIDA88 on June 5, 2013 at 2:35 pm

I’ve never understood why YOU have to disclosure your sexual preference – even that is way TMI.

I thought gays/lesbians wanted to keep the state nanny out of the bedroom! These days they want to shove their sexual history in every one’s faces.

I believe some things should be private and it doesn’t matter if the person is straight or gay. There is such a things as manners – or that once was the rule in our society.

NormanF on June 5, 2013 at 2:45 pm

Good article Debbie and I agree with Norman, whatever you and you’re partner are doing during the course of your sex life and personal life is NONE of no ones business, and I also don’t care what your impulses are, as long you’re qualified to do the job and so forth.

And to me, hiring someone based on their sexual preference is “Affirmative Action”, and that program “AA” is a discriminatory program that discriminates against certain people, based on you’re skin color, sexual orientation, etc.

But there is an anti-dog agenda:

Gotta love the Islamic Sharia in Iran given its ban on pet ownership. Hey – finally Muslims and PETA have something in common!

I’m glad I still live in a country in which I can take my big black dog out on daily walks. Its my way of telling Islam to go f*ck itself, which makes me very happy!

NormanF on June 7, 2013 at 12:32 am

Oh good grief. How long until the Federal govt establishes “LGBT month,” just like the African American month, the Native American month, the Latin American month, etc. I don’t celebrate any of those because they refuse to recognize MY heritage as a proud Celtic American. Heh. However if they decide to have a Straight American Month I might relent. The message as always isn’t “let’s celebrate the melting pot” it’s “let’s celebrate and MAINTAIN our little seprate tribes which we then treat as victim groups.”

Sean M on June 5, 2013 at 2:36 pm

I’d tell my boss my sex life is none of his business!

The only legitimate personal questions your boss can ask you is if you abuse alcohol or drugs, have committed any felonies or stolen any company secrets from your last employer.

All the employer needs to know is that you’re honest, diligent and responsible. That aside, what you do during your off-duty hours ain’t his affair.

No wonder DHS has the lowest morale of any federal department or agency and these set of questions have only reinforced it. Not that J-No cares about Homeland Security’s reputation!

NormanF on June 5, 2013 at 2:40 pm

David Lanham on June 6, 2013 at 12:55 am

ICE employees should be cautious about completing this survey. They are never anonymous. There is always some identifying code (or else the ‘save and continue later’). Does anyone really think that when they’re saving it, their identity will remain unknown? It is a trap to identify malcontents. Beware.

Little Al on June 5, 2013 at 3:11 pm

And remember, this survey comes in the face of all the IRS, EPA, etc. etc. abuse. Be forewarned!

Little Al on June 5, 2013 at 3:13 pm

I suspect it is to weed out all the heterosexual men that are of European descent that espouse conservative Christian view points. They will collect the data and bring in more sodomites under EEOC laws. They will argue a statistical disparity and there needs to be more diversity because they are an underrepresented class.

Thanks to the heaps of low-info and low-brain capacity effwits, the double election of Barack Hussein Obama-Putin has brought us many, many Bizarro World wonders.

Eric *With*Holder also decided not to legally move forward with certain illegalities if one is black. And the Gubmint is not enforcing DOMA.

Obama-Putin is having great fun filling his inept and evil cabinet with hordes of whacked-out incompetents. It’s the Obama-Putin way. Susan Rice and Frau Power being the latest and quite heinous in the parade of horribles to get promoted in the Regime.

The screeching Left won’t STFU about bloody gays but I like to point out the behaviour of Libtard gays is making me be more and more unsympathetic to those nutbags. AR on June 5, 2013 at 9:51 pm

This survey is biased and incomplete.

If ICE is so concerned with the sexual preferences and sexuality of its employees, ICE needs to make the survey much more extensive.

For example, the survey doesn’t ask anything about whether or no employees have sadistic or masochistic tendencies or engage in such practices. And what about paradoxia, which is sexual desire at the wrong time of life; or anesthesia, which is insufficient sexual desire; or hyperesthesia, which is excessive sexual desire? And what about paraesthesia more generally, involving not just homosexuality/bisexuality, sadism, and masochism, but other practices, such as sexual fetishism and pedophilia?

I look forward to Homeland Security expanding its employee surveys to make them more inclusive. These things need to be vitally addressed if our Homeland is to be protected.

Ralph Adamo on June 5, 2013 at 7:05 pm

Good point, Ralph. And they should have included:

_ Would you rather be fisted or fist others?

_ Do you enjoy intimacy with livestock?

_ Do you prefer battery-operated strap-on dildos or manual?

_ Do you think that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is hott or not?

_ If you could attend a dream date with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev would you rather he be the pitcher or catcher?

_ And for you str8 gals, who do you think is hotter: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev or Johhny Depp?

_ If another Butch makes a move on your femme at a bar, would you rather stomp her, blacken your femme’s eye for being a slut or invite the butch to a threesome?

_ Do you think that Chaz has gone too far and is now actually a man, and if so, has he given up his right to be considered a lezzie?

_ If you see a bear in the woods, would you offer him poppers?

_ If you are with your Boy Scout troop on a sleepover, do you think it’s more important to teach them about bears or bug-chasing? What about bug-chasing bears?

_ if you’re a really hott femme (or bi-curious hottie) ready to climb the corporate ladder, please hand deliver this survey to Commissar J. Napolitano, post haste!

        DS_ROCKS! on June 5, 2013 at 9:36 pm

DS-Rocks, you too have raised many interesting points, nearly all of which I had not even thought about.

Given the breadth and complexity of this subject area, I think that only effective way for the Government to address these important issues would be to establish an entirely new division within the Government, a sort of bureau of sexual surveys.

Of course, the Government would need to use a much more circumspect and official-sounding name for the bureau; perhaps “The Bureau of Lifestyle Enquiries.”

Ralph Adamo on June 5, 2013 at 9:38 pm

What’s interesting to me about this posting is that Big Sis is even more indifferent to the performance of DHS than I thought. Given the abysmal workplace ratings, she trots out another advocacy program that could not possibly address the problems of the agency overall. If anything, it will lower average morale (if that is even possible).

I expect that she wants to set up some formal Affirmative Action plan for gays, transsexuals, bisexuals, and lesbians. (Sorry, Skunky, but the lesbians go last.) I seriously doubt that the purpose is to discriminate against GTBLs. She could even be trying to train people to be open in identifying their sexual orientation without tracking them, so that when they will be tracked (and when AA is put in place), they’ll record their orientation accurately. The only reason she wants these data is to advantage these people.

I expect the question ordering is to encourage people to answer the orientation question. It’s easier to skip the last question than the first. However, it’s also true that Big Sis doesn’t care much about security.

As for the issue of “privacy,” sexual orientation is about as private as one’s sex, which is to say that it isn’t private at all, so long as one is dealing with heterosexuals. Traditionally, everyone has been assumed to be straight; everyone’s orientation has NOT been thought unclear, which it would be if orientation were truly private. “Privacy” was originally attached to homosexuality by gays for reasons of self-protection. As this need has diminished, “privacy” has been used by some heterosexuals as a justification for demanding a gay-free environment, insofar as that is possible. E.g., “I don’t care what someone does in their [sic] bedroom, but I don’t want it in my face.”

Bedroom antics, by straights or gays, have traditionally been “private,” but that has changed for straights and is changing for gays. This stuff is truly TMI and variously boring or disgusting.

I do not see why my distinction (repeated several times) between sexual orientation (public) and sexual antics (private) so eludes the participants here. A defensible conservative position is that governments should not be discriminating one way or the other, against gays or straights. As Debbie has shown, there is considerable discrimination against straight men at DHS. This is a big problem anywhere, but especially at DHS because of its mission.

skzion on June 5, 2013 at 7:26 pm

I agree Skzion! Especially if the pervo/weirdo Bisexuals are removed from the grouping.

Skunky on June 5, 2013 at 10:18 pm

Always wondered why they ask all these questions.

I mark asian because being a Hindu American my ancestors are Asian.problem is that most people think of something entirely different when they think of Asian.

No offense Debbie but a strong factor is because of all the Lawyers and the litigious society we live in.

It is not 1965 anymore.Affirmative action allows closeminded people to suspect every African American of being a benefactor of such policies.
Equal oppurtunity is a must , just not equal results.

When I went to UW Madison awhile ago I remember a gay group set up a “kiss in “. A gay couple was asked to leave by a restaurant owner on State Street because of excessive PDA.
I remember thinking at the time that is tacky even for a heterosexual couple. No one wants to see that.
Where has common sense gone.

sanjay on June 6, 2013 at 3:03 am

I am not sure where you get your information, but that simply is not true. In California, for example, to show their diversity, which is a code name for perversity, the government of California hired Indians by the thousands in top management positions such as DMV, Caltrans, California Resources Board, and so on, by way of affirmative action. In turn, they made sure that they reciprocated by strictly hiring their own people that came fresh of the boat with zero qualifications, education or even formal training irrespective of a state mandated hiring freeze. You see thousands in low level jobs dawning their turbans. Hell, they do not even speak English yet they miraculously, completed an extensive government application, passed a civil service exam, passed an interview weighted 100 % pass/fail and are now in an entry level government job that pays 60-100,000 per year.

They then have the audacity to tell an American that they are unqualified.

AR on June 6, 2013 at 10:42 am

That is because there was a shortage of skilled workers..Before 1965 immigration from the subcontinent was not even allowed.

My father who is a Mechanical Engineer came to the Usa bin the 60s because he filled a need.he then invited his brothers who were drs and engineers who in turn invited their respective families that has been the American way and the immigrant experience.

In the 1990s there was a huge shortage of IT workers and again and congress saw fit to extend a quota of some 60000 visas per year to SKilled immigrants that filled a hole that was required.
Kind of racist assumption on ur part.just like anti semetic remarks of Jewish influence and power are racist.
Many In dians are also hard working small business oweners. A lot of franchise fast food owners as well..I guarantee you that that is affirmitave action.

Look it up and please providr links to ur outrageous claims about Indians.
Interesting tbat the US Government would see fit to give special treatment to a group that constitutes around 1 percent of the population.I will write to the affirmitave action Indian American Governors to get to the bottom of this.

sanjay on June 6, 2013 at 3:15 pm

The notion that there is a shortage of IT workers, people that can write code, is propaganda, perpetuated by pro immigrant people such as your self; this is simply so that they can bring in more immigrants via H-1 visas and the billionaires that runs these companies can simply increase more profit for shareholders. They purport to be libs but they really are a polar opposite. So-called tech companies want them here solely for cheaper labor. Of course, it is no secret they we get further invaded by the sham of family unification. There are plenty of graduates from WAC and PAC-10 schools that turn-out plenty of American graduates with degrees in computer engineering that can work in Silicon Valley. There is no need to bring in millions of the so-called skilled workers.

Oh by the way, you know as well as I do that your people only hire your people in the franchise or any other business.

          Truth is truth.

As a six year ICE employee, I am here to tell you that there are men and women working for ICE that are still, despite all attempts to dissuade us, enforcing U.S. Immigration Law the best we can. That being said, how much longer can ICE employees put up with all this unbelievable excrement shoveled on top of us each and every day? Why not just focus on the job (Enforce laws and deport illegals and deportable aliens) and not focus or energy on this stuff that is irrelevant to our ACTUAL job? It’s really hard to believe some of the crap the “leaders” at DHS come up with sometimes. Wow.

I don’t think this is just an ICE or government thing, private employers have been doing this too. I work for Xerox and we had an employee survey recently where they asked the same type of questions. Do you consider yourself Transgender, what is your Gender IDENTITY? Are you hetero, gay, etc. And even asked if we were affiliated with a religion.

Just creepy questions that I really think are not something an employer has to know about. I don’t understand how 1% of the population can have so much control over the other 99%. Where are the occupy people, they hate that kind of oppression, don’t they!?

OK folks, let’s get some perspective here on the survey. One, it is the OPM Federal Viewpoint Survey, not an ICE or DHS managed survey. The reason the gay/lesbian question is asked is simple: to assess the viewpoints of LGBTs, amongst the many other sub-groups. Since the government seems to be recognizing LGBTs as a class of person, and not a group that engages in behavior, they want to know that class of person’s opinion. The real issue here is that the government has decided, and continues to reinforce, that LGBT isn’t just a private behavior you engage in, but a distinguishing human trait. This survey shows that the government believes that LGBTs must be accounted for when assessing how an organization and its employees feel about their work and the workplace.

The real issue IMHO is that the Federal government cares about the opinion of LGBT employees at all. As for me, I think it is absurd that we should try to separate the opinions of those that engage in certain particular sexual behavior from others. I mean, seriously, there is not a section on here for guys that prefer to have sex with large breasted, dark haired women, with slim waists. I myself am a member of that sexual preference group. Or should it be orientation, since early in my childhood I always remember finding such women wildly attractive. Shouldn’t my opinion and those of my fellow big busted brunette lovers count? Of course not, and neither should someone who is LGBT!

Look, I’ve worked with plenty of lesbians in law enforcement, and a few gay men. Their ability (or lack thereof) to work and perform their duties was the same as any other person. In 20+ years no one in the Federal government has needed to know my opinion as a heterosexual, so why we would need to know the specific opinions of homosexuals is beyond me.

As for the gay day event at ICE, HQ, it is again a reinforcement that the government views LGBTs as a class of person, and not as an issue of private behavior. Once the government has gone down that path, ICE is no different from any agency when it will be approached by LGBT groups (or other government recognized classes of person) who ask for recognition of their organization.

please, I was going to ask to join your club, but I’m so torn… Skunky kind of gives me a Chris Matthews tingle with a quick wit, and a sailor’s mouth to boot.
Oops, please, disregard. I thought that I had clicked on the link for the DHS questionnaire.

    @ please….

You seriously expect me and the other readers to believe that is the true agenda behind this waste of government money and time? The government doesn’t merely spin up psychobabble like this without some ominous bottom line tied to it. Look at how this miserable agency, as well as others, have taken the fast track to the cesspool over the years, led by the likes of those who shall remain nameless.

I’ve read your posts before on this site and while I might not agree them all the time, I do respect your input. However, you need to rethink your position on this one. It may be , in truth, that’s how this ridiculous survey came to fruition but that’s not the government’s intention behind it…..

I don’t think there was an agenda behind the survey itself, other than that these surveys are conducted all of the time. I remember answering similar surveys 20 years ago. And while those surveys asked if you were male/female, black/white, young/old, sexuality was not in it. Now it isdifferent, and one of the new elements to this survey is the LGBT angle. My point was, and is, that LGBT questions are now included in this survey (and in other measurements the government makes of productivity, morale and opinion) to reinforce their distinguish status.

They asking the wrong questions on that survey, they should ask, for example: “Are you satisfied and content that you are now getting GS-13 and above pay, and doing less work than when you were a GS-12?” “Do you respect your management/supervisor, knowing that they are incompetent buffoon/clowns and have never conducted a criminal investigation in their miserable careers (well, maybe just one as an adjunct to another agency), but now demand that you get off your ass and conduct investigations?” “When was the last time you, as a criminal investigator, conducted an investigation? (Do not include processing time, printing out reams of paper, lunch with the supervisor, or surfing the internet from the comfort of your climate controlled cubicle) 1 year; 5 years; 10 years, 15 years; never have and never will, ha ha get over it Customs(circle all that apply)”; At HSI, whom do you think they think makes the better supervisor, the ass-kissing clown, the gossip queen that ingratiates his/herself with the boss, the agent with the ever expanding derriere from sitting at his/her cubicle all day and only gets up to go to lunch with the boss, the former illegal alien that needs a translator to translate their English into English? (trick question, all apply)”; “I respect my supervisor because he, knows what he’s talking about, has experience in criminal investigations, talks the talk and walked the walk, plans a good retirement/birthday party, listens to me gossip about other agents since I am soooo bored doing nothing all day?”

You see all of these questions should be aksed if they serious and want to get a good measure of employee job satisfaction.
