It would have been great if Jay Leno would have responded to Kanye’s apology by stating that “I am sure that George Bush accepts your apology” Or by asking him if he would like to apologize for any other hateful outbursts from his past. I am not sure but this may be a case of assault and battery. There
is a case that serves as precedence for it. In the 1960s in Texas or the deep South a black man was standing in a buffet line with his plate in hand. A white man grabbed the plate
from his hands and made some derogatory racial comments. This
was held to be A & B. A & B does not have to be touching-it does not have to be a right cross to the left jaw. From the video it is unclear if KW grabbed the microphone from TS but, how can you not be intimidated by a much larger black man in sunglasses? Does that statement make moi a racist? Taylor should sue him for A & B. It would set a valuable prcedence.
It would be ironic to have KW hoisted by his own black petard.
