Debbie Schlussel: Hawaiian-only School Ruled Racist, Must Admit Whites

Every once in a while, it's nice to see the shoe on the other foot. In this case, it's Hawaii's Kamehameha Schools, named after Hawaiian King Kamehameha. The free, private schools admitted only ethnic Hawaiians and part-Hawaiians--an unlawful, racist policy now nixed by the courts.

For once the People's Republic of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (based in closeted San Francisco) got it right, ruling that the schools admissions policy was racist against Whites and other non-ethnic Hawaiians.
