Debbie Schlussel: Thanksgiving Leftover: Dearbornistan Wishes You a Thanksgiving Mubarak
On Thanksgiving, we drove around Dearbornistan--Ground Zero of Islamic North America. And you'd hardly have known it was Thanksgiving there.
Yup, it was like another country, where they don't celebrate Thanksgiving. In East Dearborn, most businesses--especially the ones with Arabic writing on the signs--were open for business. We didn't see too many houses with multiple cars signaling Thanksgiving family gatherings. Nope, they don't celebrate Thanksgiving, there. That's an Infidel holiday.
Instead we saw way too many homes like those pictured below. Hmmm . . . What flag is that? Hint: Not the American flag. But it is the flag of another country, which they think they're living in and to which they're far more loyal.

But one day they will, when we're all gone. That will truly be a day of giving thanks. Will we wake up before that day. Or spend our lives blind to the threat and consumed by endless quests for PS3s, XBox 360s and the latest doorstopper bargains and giveaways at 5:00 a.m. at Sears and Wal-Mart?
So, was your turkey halal? Or are you one of the halal turkeys?
