Debbie Schlussel: See This Film!--"Astronaut Farmer": The Great American Movie of 2007
Just got back from screening "The Astronaut Farmer." It is fantastic!--a great celebration of the can-do spirit of the American individual to pursue his dreams in the face of big government.
Consider it "The Right Stuff" of the decade. Starring Billy Bob Thornton, it's about an American cowboy who dreams of becoming an astronaut. But it's better than that description.
Shaping up to be the best movie of 2007. Stay tuned for my full review when it debuts Friday, February 23rd.
