Mistakes happen, but, when you're final deathbed ends up being a trash dump, well, it's literally "beyond fatal."
Not sure why human remains were stored "in a bag." Sad.
Of note, in traditional Judaism, someone is paid to watch the body until burial, so this would not happen.
