Debbie Schlussel: Dumb Lawsuit of the Day
Amy M. Berner of Berkley, Michigan is suing an auto dealer, claiming it took advantage of her bipolar mental condition and "impulsivity and difficulty in decision making" when it sold her a $32,000 car after she went in for an oil change.
If she's that mentally incompetent, perhaps she should have a guardian and not be trusted with any regular functions of life, like getting oil changes.
