Debbie Schlussel: Yet Another Oscar Winner Linked with Pro-Palestinian Propaganda

By Debbie Schlussel

In the past, I've told you about Oscar winner Angie Voight a/k/a Angelina Jolie's pro-Palestinian spewing and mentioned other Oscar winning actresses, like Vanessa Redgrave, and their pan-Islamist, anti-Israel spewing.

Now, yet another Oscar Winner is linked with pro-Palestinian propaganda. Oscar winner Helen Mirren (who spent a career bearing her crotch for all the world to see) is being lined up to star in a film set in Gaza, about a woman whose journalist daughter falls in love with a Palestinian and gets killed.

Queen Elizabeth Imitator Should Stay Out of Mid-East Politics

But don't you worry, this won't be a movie against the Palestinians and their own special brand of terrorism. It's being produced by pro-Palestinian brits, so you can bet it will be very sympathetic to this terrorism-loving people. Bet that the death of the daughter is somehow a Zionist Israeli plot . . . just like Israel is being blamed for the current, real-life kidnapping of a pro-Palestinian BBC "journalist" by Palestinian terrorists.

Oh, and by the way, they had planned to make this movie in Gaza, but because HAMAS and Fatah terrorists are killing each other, they can't. Don't bet for that to be depicted in this movie.

But they wouldn't dare make the movie in "evil Zionist" Israel, either. Instead, they'll make it in HonorKillingcopia a/k/a Jordan, our "moderate" "ally."

Hmmm . . . there's something about aging actresses known for bearing their crotches onscreen. First, Sharon Stone said she and women would bring peace to the Middle East (still waiting for them to actually do it). And now, CrotchWoman #2 gets into the murky mix. (Since she's also bared her crotch for us, maybe Britney Spears will also now get involved in Middle East diplomacy.)

More from Ha'Aretz:

Oscar-winner Helen Mirren is being lined up to star in a film set in the Gaza Strip, as a woman whose journalist daughter falls in love with a Palestinian and is killed, the company making the film said Thursday.

The film, described by Left Bank Picture head Andy Harries as more human interest than political, is expected to be shot in Jordan because the fighting between rival factions in Gaza. . . .

The film is to be directed by Philip Martin and written by Frank Deasy, who worked with Mirren on the British television series "Prime Suspect."

Yes, the filmmakers claim it's not political. Trust me, it will definitely be political. Count on it.

Thanks to reader Romy for the tip.
