Debbie Schlussel: "Young Muslims Speak Out"

By Debbie Schlussel

The front page of today's Detroit Newsistan is populated largely by an propaganda article called, "Young Muslims Speak Out." I'm not sure why that's front-page or even headline news. Muslims of all ages are constantly whining, er . . . speaking out. As we all know, they--not 3,000 murdered Americans--are the true victims of 9/11.

What's interesting about the article is that it quotes Najah Bazzy, a Muslim nurse (actually the Muslim Nurse Ratched) and professional propagandist, talking about how Muslims more firmly identify with America, even though surveys and polls, like Pew, show they do not:

I really think it is an issue of comfort in America, of American identity.

What I find most interesting about the quote is that her true feelings are otherwise. As I've noted, Ms. Bazzy told a 2004 CAIR-Michigan forum:

Najah Bazzy
I'm embarrassed to be an American.

We're embarrassed you are, too.

In fact, Ms. Bazzy was the head Muslim cultural nurse at a hospital that helped give fraudulently obtained Medicaid to cover the deliveries of pregnant Muslim aliens (who then got U.S. citizenship for their kids). Bazzy is suspected of being a big part of the illegal plot. And Bazzy's family is a well-known group of Hezbollah supporters--and in Lebanon, Hezbollah operatives.

So, I'm always interested when I hear or read her pretending to be a proud American. I believed what she told CAIR. And I doubt that's changed.
