Remember Lisa Nowak, the nut-job astronaut who drove to Florida in a diaper, er . . . Intergalactic Garment to confront (and maybe kill) her extramarital boyfriend's other girlfriend?
Well, Oprah and her magazine "O" want you to know the "REAL" reason this female stalker went nuts: men made her do it. Blame it on men.
In the August issue of Oprah's "O" magazine (which--suprise!--for the gazillionth time, has Oprah on the cover), the longest, most in-depth article is entitled "SNAP!: COULD A MAN DRIVE YOU CRAZY?"
I really don't need to comment much further on this "blame the men for all the world's ills" tripe. But here's the sub-heading of the article as it appears in "O":
If a smart, high-achieving, disciplined woman like astronaut Lisa Marie Nowak could be turned into a diaper-wearing, BB-gun-toting crazy person by a guy who ditched her for another woman, you have to wonder: Could a man drive you crazy? That crazy?
Newsflash: A man didn't drive Lisa Nowak crazy. She WAS crazy. ALREADY crazy.
Newsflash #2: While a guy "ditched her for another woman," did Oprah and her buddies forget that Lisa Nowak "ditched" her husband--to whom she was married at the time and with whom she had children--for her boyfriend?
Just a few convenient facts that get in the way of Oprah's world of man-hating. Yet another of the many reasons why Oprah Sucks.
