Debbie Schlussel: The Spew: Quote of the Week
This is so precious.
Today, on the ABC hag-yenta-fest known as "The View," a segment featured a female American soldier who married a Muslim translator she met in Iraq. The hags were all gushing over this union with the "Religion of Peace," when Baba Wawa claimed that women in Iraq watch "The View," and that's why they needed to pixelate the Muslim hubby's face.
Then "The View" hags asked the Muslim hubby if he and his mother watched "The View" in Iraq and what his mother thought of it. His hilarious response:
Well, to be honest, she like [sic] Oprah better.
Not that I like HOprah, but this verbal smackdown was much needed for these unduly haughty hags.
