Debbie Schlussel: Feds Spare Top ICE Officials Huge Embarrassment: Roy Bailey Gets Lax Plea Deal; Listen to My "Covert Radio" Discussion
Last week, I told you about Sandy Dubner Todaro, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Assistant Special Agent in Charge for Michigan and Ohio, whose former live-in boyfriend Roy M. Bailey was indicted for taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes from Muslim illegal aliens connected with Hezbollah and terrorism-sponsor state Syria.
Bailey was indicted and his trial was scheduled to begin at the end of October. But yesterday, the "Justice" Department spared Dubner Todaro and ICE the embarrassment of her having to testify how her boyfriend was able to drive a Dodge Viper and Jaguar and enjoy other luxuries on an $80,000-105,000 annual salary, all luxuries she saw and knew about (and in some of which she apparently partook).

They spared the government the embarrassment of explaining why Roy Bailey's Dodge Viper and Jaguar didn't raise suspicions (remember CIA spy Aldrich Ames and his fancy cars that made neighbors, but not the feds, suspicious?), why he was allowed to remain a paid ICE employee for years after it was discovered, and why Roy Bailey was allowed to retire and will get a huge, fat, tax-funded pension.
In fact, the feds waited three years before even indicting him, so that he could retire and vest his pension. If you were caught in even a fraction of Bailey's misconduct at your job, you would forfeit your pension. But not corrupt, border-piercing officials of Homeland Security and ICE.
The feds allowed Bailey to plead guilty and get a 30-37 month sentence, despite having accept possibly over a million dollars in bribes to allow countless Hezbollah-affiliated Muslims into the country, refusing to deport them, and garnering them citizenship. Many of these individuals were brought here by top Hezbollah financier Talal Chahine, one of Bailey's many partners in crime.
Two-and-half years in prison after getting about a million dollars in emoluments for endangering America's national security. That's a pretty good deal. And the feds gave him this deal because his trial would have been extremely embarassing to the Department of Homeland Security, as it well should have been.
No-one--except me and many of his agents--is asking why ICE Michigan/Ohio Special Agent in Charge Brian Moskowitz a/k/a "Abu Moskowitz" repeatedly promoted the girlfriend of Bailey. Now, no-one will get the chance to ask it in open court, either.
Thanks, Uncle Sam.
Bailey's plea agreement is not yet available in the online court file, but I will post it when it is.
For now, please listen to my discussion with Brett Winterble on Covert Radio about this incredibly jaw-dropping case.
With hundreds of Muslim illegal aliens (and some now with citizenship) connected to Hezbollah and Syria now on our soil thanks to Roy Bailey, America's national security has been severely jeopardized beyond repair.
