Another Reason NOT to buy Ben & Jerry's
By Debbie Schlussel
For those of you paying attention to the stories about the new high priestess of the left, Cindy Sheehan a/k/a Jihad Cindy #2 (#1 is this Jihad Cindy, so named by me in 2001--a name adopted by freedom-loving Americans nationwide), you probably heard that she now has a public relations firm telling her when to cry and what to do. What you may not know is that Jihad Cindy #2's high-priced San Francisco (it figures they'd be from there) PR firm is being funded by Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream.

While anti-corporate Cohen long ago sold B&J to a large corporation, he is still reportedly one of the largest single stockholders in the ice cream's owner Unilever. If you love America, you shouldn't be buying B&J, anyway, because it routinely donates a percentage of its profits to far-left, anti-American groups, like ANSWER (which promotes Islamic terrorist groups). As I used to say at the beginning of my radio show, I don't eat Ben & Jerry's, and I don't date guys who do, either.
Jihad Cindy #2 is yet another reason to turn away from B&J in the frozen foods aisle.

Debbie,
Come to San Diego and I will take you out to Baskin & Robbins and we'll share a Red, White & Blue Sundae. Those beat the crap out of Cherry Garcia or Chunky Monkey any day.

You're not fooling anyone, Debbie...you never eat ice cream because your radiant hotness melts it before you ever get the chance.
BTW, I've never eaten any ice cream from those dirty, nasty hippies.

Clompo,
I, for one, consider it an important issue to know that my dollars may be indirectly supporting a leftist agenda or a terrorist organization... But then, I repeat myself.

OK, Clompo, I will elaborate. My lighthearted reply didn't mean I don't take what Debbie was writing about seriously, I just forget to add "Amen, Debbie" since I agreed with her column. Here's my stands on the subjects in her column:
1. Cindy Sheehan -- I think she is a pawn of the hate/blame America left. Yes, she has a right to her opinion blah blah blah, but I don't know why she is now the unofficial Secretary of State as nominated by the media. She lied about her previous meeting with President Bush. If she is just a simple grieving mother why does she need a PR firm?
2. Ben & Jerry -- What Debbie said. I've seen interviews and articles about them and they are the typical left wing limousine pinkos. I've never once bought any of their products even before this being aware of their views.
3. Debbie Schlussel -- I think she is doing a great work pointing out the dangers of radical Islam. I don't think America has come to grips what a danger these people are and their intentions.
Plus, I think Debbie would be very successful with a nationwide audience, such as a show on the Fox Network. Debbie is provocative, smart, tough, has a sense of humor, and is not bad to look at, either.

While I realize this is a bit late in the game, and this info will scroll off the main page into the archives soon, for anybody who's interested here's a link where you can look up the Ben & Jerry's Foundation Grant Recipient List from 1996 to the present:
