On Halloween, Corrupt Homeland Security Witch Gets Treated; Taxpayers Tricked
In an interesting irony, today, Halloween, is the sentencing date for corrupt Customs and Border Protection (CBP) official Daphiney Caganap. But the treats are for her. The trick is on us.
We've written previously about Caganap, who ran the agency's operation at Detroit Metro Airport--or rather, ran candle selling parties, ran marathons, and looking the other way while questionable illegals were let into the country, while she looked the other way. Sources say there are many like her at DTW (Detroit).
In San Ysidro (near San Diego), as head of the INS' intelligence unit and anti-smuggling operations, Caganap helped cover-up an illegal immigrant and drug smuggling operation, allowing it to continue for years--in exchange for $30,000 in money, services, and gifts (including a new hot tub). She also lied to the FBI about it. Caganap was indicted for all of that.
But, outrageously, Caganap will do NO jail time for this travesty. While Caganap stood to do 36 YEARS in prison, spineless federal prosecutors will instead recommend probation at her sentencing, today. This should tell you that our Justice Department simply isn't interested in addressing the illegal immigration problem and the corrupt Homeland Security Officials who help it flourish. Because of Caganap, countless illegal aliens and drugs easily made their way into the country.
Then, there are INS and Homeland Security officials. They knew about Caganap's bribery and cover-up as early as 2000 and certainly by 2001, but post 9/11, they continued to promote her and even transfer her to Metro Detroit Airport, a major gateway for illegal Islamic America's entry. She was only indicted this summer.
This wasn't the first time for Caganap, either. Reportedly, earlier in her career, Caganap was missing for days, not showing up for work or calling in. Her husband called INS officials and the FBI investigated. Sources say FBI officials found her at a bed and breakfast near the California desert with a female subordinate with whom she was allegedly having an affair.
Yet despite that and other incidents of similar magnitude, Daphiney Caganap was constantly and quickly promoted in the INS and then Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection--through absurd affirmative action to the extreme.
Caganap is a Black female. Would a White male get away with this and be constantly promoted? Would a White male get probation instead of doing time for this incredible series of crimes?
Don't bet on it. My friends, on Halloween, we're on the receiving end of trickery, courtesy of the goblins in the federal government.
It's Daphiney Caganap that continues to get the treats.

The INS and the Homeland Security officials allowing Caganap's job to flourish is unbelievable and just as corrupt, if not more than she is.Corrupt is to lite a word .

I'm not surprised. Nail Libby Scooter even though he never killed anyone but Caganapping-on-the-job probably killed INS agents and innocent people in America, because, the same illegal aliens are killing the kids with their drugs and guns. What justice DOJ!
