Backward Arabia: Israeli Company Dominates Hummus Market
One of the myths that dominates the international cuisine world is that Middle Eastern food is "Arabic food." It isn't.
Jews have been making this same "Arabic food" for centuries, even before the creation of Islam. The majority of Jews in Israel are "Sephardic" ("Spanish" or "Oriental") Jews who come mostly from Arabic countries (as opposed to "Ashkenazic"--or "German" Jews who are of European descent). "Middle Eastern" food is as much theirs as the Arabs'.
In fact, hummus--the dip made from chickpeas, sesame butter (tahini or "techina" in Hebrew), olive oil, lemon, garlic, etc.--originated in what is now Israel.
And today's Wall Street Journal reports that the company with the biggest share of the hummus market is an Israeli company, Sabra Salads. Sabra is a subsidiary of Israel's Osem, which is 53% owned by Nestle.
It is an important statement that the company with the biggest market share of a food consumed mostly by anti-Semites residing largely in anti-Israel, anti-American Muslim Arab nations is a company in the country they most hate and wish to wipe off the map.
The dominance by Sabra Salads is also yet another symbol of the backward nature of the oil-rich, idea-barren Arab world, whose 22 nations have a combined GNP that is significantly dwarfed by tiny, terror-besieged Israel (which is smaller in size than the state of New Jersey).

To those who were wondering, "Sabra" is the Hebrew word for a particular type of cactus, native to Israel, which produces sweet fruit. It is also the slang term for a native-born Israeli because they say Israelis are like the fruit of the sabra--tough and prickly on the outside, but sweet on the inside.

Although i lost the article that shows Ashkenazim were present in France and Germany during the time of Roman empire, and Jews were ALWAYS like what YOU deem Mexicans to be---a stiff necked unassimilationist people---they were NEVER Europeans...hence the pogroms!!!
You may have forgotten about the TEN tribes, a minyan of "sects," for want of a better word, that was dispersed throughout the various diasporas inflicted upon the children of Adonai ever since Moses led them to the promised land? As the "Cohen" gene in South Africa shows, Sephardism and Ashkenazism are simply two sides of the same coin...and a rudimentary understanding of Islam would show you that Mohammed wanted more than anything else to be embraced by Judaism as a prophet who, unlike the "Christians," did not believe that GOD anthromorphized Himself by going Greek with the mortals!
THAT Islam embraced the Levitical dietary laws is no coincidence, and IF you think that Arabic food has not been KOSHER ever since they were introduced to the monotheism of YHWH demonstrates a naivete that borders on blatant racism...a pseubermensch mentality that puts an accent on the NAZI in Ashkenazi.
Forgotten also is the CENTURIES that Jews have thrived under Islamic protection!!!

I take full responsibility for spreading the myth
that hummous/falafel etc. and "Middle Eastern Music" and Kosher vegetarian chopped liver that tastes exactly like sawdust and "mayonaissy"
Israeli-style babba ganouche is "Arab food";they can have it.As you can use Kosher ingredients to make anything,Jews need to continue to hijack Chinese food;I ain't braggin' til Mexicans credit

And the collective IQ of the Arab world is dwarfed by the smallest country in Africa, the Seychelles Islands.
