Videos of the Day: Nickelodeon Theme Song for Jamie-Lynn Spears Teen Preggers Special
On Wednesday, my column contrasted Nickelodeon's applause for teen single mom-to-be Jamie-Lynn Spears with NBC's more proper treatment of the late Dana Plato. I wrote about how incredible Nickelodeon's pro-Spears statements were. Well, now, there's more--it's getting worse. Linda Ellerbee--who's made a career of awful anti-American and pro-Islam "news" specials on the network--will host a teen pregnancy special on Nickelodeon, focusing on the younger Spears. Like I said Wednesday, cross this network off your children's viewing.
Here's my suggestion for the theme song of this Nickelodeon Jamie-Lynn Spears Baby Mama special (first video). I used to think it as the theme song of randy ICE official Brian "Abu Moskowitz" Moskowitz. But it's simply perfect as the Spears family anthem, as is the absolutely HILARIOUS Mad TV spoof of it below ("Hey, Syphilis Girl") (second video). Hint, it's "sung" by Nelly Furtado and Timbaland:
"Chivalry is Dead. . . . I Want You on My Team. So Does Everybody Else."
"Did You Get it From Me . . . Or Did I Get it From You?"

That is hilarious. I had never seen either one of those. I can't believe MAD TV put that on the air. I didn't know people in the entertainment industry realized that there are consequences for your actions especially promiscuity, which can lead to low self-esteem, broken homes, pregnancy or diseases that can range anywhere from annoying to fatal. Its all good though. I am sure it won't be long before you see the syphex drug commercials. Where you have a couple hiking up in the mountains on a sunshiny day, the man proudly proclaiming that he has syphilis and his partner doesn't and they want to keep it that way. Then, talking about how good he feels, because he is doing something to keep from spreading it. When maybe if he had been selective in the first place, none of this would have happened.

Yes, Debbie, Baby Mama is perfect for the theme song - and the dancing is appropriate for their take on adultery.
But let's go further and suggest Nickelodeon change their name to something more appropriate for their genre: preteen sexuality, D- writing and plots, and pop-culture advertising.
The name "NiXXXk-al-Odeon" comes to mind. Glenn Beck suggested "Nickelodeon XXX".

Why does Nickelodean feel the need to have a special on teen pregnancy? Why, why, why? I guess this is the society you get when you rely on other people/TV to teach your children about sex and morals. Disgusting. When I have kids I'll be sure to block Nickelodean.
The Syphillis girl was hilarious. No wonder chilvalry is dead when you sing about being promiscous. On a similar note has anyone seen that Trojan commercial? A woman is sitting at a bar and all the men are pigs until one pig goes to the restroom and gets a condom. Then he becomes a man. Yeah, having a condom for a one-night stand is so gentelmenly.

Like I said, Nickeloden once meant something in the 90's (come on, I can't be the only one who remembers how clean this network used to be). Today it's the MTV for kids...and there's more proof of it, right there.
