Funny thing: EVERYWHERE we hear about honor killings, the person doing the killing just happens to be a muslim.

But hey! It's their culture. We MUST respect it as proof that diversity and multiculturalism work in the US and Canada.

Had this been a Christian or Jewish parent commiting these murders FOX, CNN and all of the rest would grind this story into the ground.
Since we ignore these honor killings will we also ignore the executions via head chopping, shots to the back of the head, setting someone on fire when they start happening? It's only a matter of time.
More importantly, what is going to happen when an American witnesses this type of crime in progress and they pull their concealed gun and kill one of these sonofabitches?

BTW, I ran across this from my old hometown newspaper, the Pasadena Star-News:

PASADENA - Charges of attempted murder and assault were filed Friday against a young man accused of shooting an Arcadia man in the back in Old Pasadena earlier this week, officials said.

Mark Anthony Cole, 18, of Claremont was being held in lieu of $1.63 million bail, according to a Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office news release.

Cole is accused of shooting Gevork Chuldehyan, 23, of Arcadia with a .22 caliber handgun at close range Wednesday night on Colorado Boulevard. The shooting wounded Chuldehyan and triggered panic in Old Pasadena.

No word on whether Cole is a Muslim or Christian, but I will let you know as soon as I find out.

On their side of the globe where honor killings also take place, they are usually not prosecuted, but lifted up. At least here we have laws AGAINST these crimes, and not (sharia) laws SUPPORTING them. If they want to live here and practice their crap, they will pay for it.

The difference, 13M, would be that the Muslim religion and culture is the primary motivation for the criminal act of violence known as "honor killing."

Acts of violence in the name of Christianity and Judaism (and Hinduism, and Buddhism, and Taoism...) make the news because they are rare. Acts of violence in the name of Islam make the news because they are common. Oh so common...

Just like you to morally equivocate, 13 martyrs. So you want honor killings to be represented as just another crime stat? Way to support women's rights! I was right, when honor killings are accepted across the US and Canada as everyday normal, people like you will be pleased.

13 Martyrs just cannot understand the concept of islam possibly being a really bad religion.

I look at these two beautiful young women and I just cannot comprehend how anyone for any reason could end these two precious lives. What kind of a dirty sick animal could kill these two young ladies in the name of honor or for that matter in the name of anything. Where does someone like that come from, hell? The "religion of peace" is just a dirty filthy lie. These girls were his daughters. Did he even shed a tear for these two wonderful human beings or was he just releived that his phony and perverted honor had been restored? We had better wake up folks. This game is for real and I've seen no evidence of a moderate element in this false religion of death and hatred. My tolerance is all but depleted for these people. They're just lucky I don't have my finger on the "bye bye" button. The problem would be solved sooner than later, guaranteed. I'm sick of this shit and all of the Islamic defenders and apologists that go with it. It is what it is and it is as f----g ugly as ugly gets. I have posted many messages on various websites about the threat of Islam and its dirty agenda, but all it does is relieve me of a little bit of frustration. The powers that be just seem to look the other way, thinking it will disappear if they ignore it.
Meanwhile more and more mosques are going up, all spewing their hatred for the West, and all we do is stand by impotently, wringing our hands in despair.
Unless our government heeds the concerns of the people and faces up to the facts that are staring at us right before our eyes, I foresee disaster of untold proportions. IT WILL HAPPEN!!!
My heart goes out to these two girls, though obviously it is too late to save them. But they could have been saved had our government taken action and prevented such savages from entering our country in the first place. It's the Muslims, stupid!

Well, I've been around a long time, and I'd never heard of such a thing until we started to let these filthy barbarians into our country. It's the Muslims, stupid!
