Valero Gas Stations= CITGO = Venezuela = Chavez

By Debbie Schlussel
If you don’t want to finance the thuggish Hugo Chavez “democratically” “elected” “leader” of Venezuela, don’t buy gas from VALERO gas stations.
You may have noticed Valero stations popping up all over America. They are really CITGO stations. Because of the deserved stigma attached to the Chavez-controlled gas stations, many Americans are not buying gas at CITGO, and the stations are losing money . . . big-time.
So, with the smoke and mirrors of a name-change, many CITGO stations are quietly changing from CITGO signs and emblems to Valero. The excuse is that Valero, a San Antonio-based oil refiner, is merely “branding” CITGO stations. Whatever. New Venezuela-affiliated stations are opening up at Valero, as well. Yes, Valero and CITGO are separate companies, but they benefit the same parties when the name Valero is on a gas station: Venezuela and Chavez.

These Gas Stations = These Gas Stations

If you don’t want to support this America-hating, Hezbollah/Iran-supporting despotic dictator, DON’T BUY GAS AT VALERO stations. It’s the same as buying at CITGO.

Sorry, but this post is total garbage. The amount of effort the author dedicated to protecting this nonsense apparently indicates that this is an attempt at “black PR” paid for by the competitors of Valero Energy Corporation.

It is true that many Citgo gas stations across the country were replaced by Valero gas stations. Nevertheless, it does not in any way mean that Valero is somehow affiliated with Citgo. It is a known fact that Citgo was steadily withdrawing from USA during the period in question. The available gas stations were, not surprisingly, sold to other companies. Valero was probably most active buyer. Valero is a Texas-based company with no connections to Venezuela.

Meanwhile, in my neighborhood a Citgo gas station was acquired by Chevron (even though we have Valero presence here as well). Yet, I’m not claiming that Chevron is just another front for Citgo.

Citgo is owned now by Venezuela.
Valero is an American company from San Antonio, TX.

robin s. on April 2, 2012 at 5:21 pm

San Antonio Tx was where Citgos operations were located and owned by Hugo Chavez, the Citgo Stations names are changing to Valero, They may show owned by american but you better go back a little further, because it is Hugo Chavez,
why succeed to this Liar & Murdered and give him money, there are a lot of other stations that are american owned and oil from USA not imported period.

Oh who gives a crap…all the gas stations are owned by Muslim Pakistanis…so anyway you like to look at it…you are supporting the enemy…This woman wants you to lock yourself up…and never buy anything…She’s an idiot

Adam on August 1, 2013 at 4:21 am

She’s an idiot? Really, let’s look at this a little closer. She holds a degree in law AND an MBA. She speaks 5, yes 5 different languages, 4 of which happen to be some of the most difficult languages in the world; and she’s a longtime member ofMENSA. One would also have to think that somebody would have certainly sued her pants off if she were lying and/or ddidn’t have the facts to back these claims up. Hmmm….me thinks me believes her.

Valero is in no way connected with Venezuela, other than perhaps buying some of their crude oil to refine here in the states. If you have a problem with that, then don’t buy your gas at Chevron/Texaco or Conoco/Phillips because they buy crude from Venezuela as well.

Additionally, superior good quality utilised vehicle areas application should
have the functionality to track sales of parts that were not logged onto the program.
This means which the dispatcher must always are aware of exactly where their vehicles as well as staff
are as well as what forms of apparatus are needed for each tow.
These devices were used to track their units and even enemy targets.

Valero “trashstations” are popping up everywhere in Texas. Everything is nice when new, but give it a few months and then they turn into something out of a third world country. Unknown vendors selling crap. The pumps don’t work properly half the time and the operators are rude. The counters become cluttered with “enhancers”; THE STATIONS ARE JUST TRASH!!!! The overall feeling when trying to gas-up is uneasy and just not safe. The only working cameras are more than likely inside facing the cash register and I truly believe these stations allow skimming. Any chain food service turns into trash as well. Subway needs to pull their stores from Valero stations. Same kind of service at the pump and inside the stations and they don’t care whether it’s well tended or not. Does this country really not have one single gas station that’s not ran by middle easterners. BUCCEE’S every time for me.
