I am constantly under attack from the forces of evil–whether it’s the liberal HAMAS/Obama-fan Jews at Congregation Shaarey Zedek I told you about yesterday, who banned me from the synagogue, while they hosted a Muslim supporter of HAMAS, Hezbollah, and the boycott against Israel, or the unindicted HAMAS co-conspirators at the CAIR Action Network, whose lawsuit against me is ongoing and who recently filed and LOST the FOURTH grievance against me they’ve filed over the years with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, seeking to take away my law license. Below is the important part of the dismissal of the grievance filed by Michigan CAIR Action Network attorney Lena Masri (whose father, plastic surgeon Haitham Masri‘s testimony at his own bankruptcy hearing–and legal documents recently filed–indicate she may be illegally hiding assets for him).  View the full dismissal letter here.

HAMAS v. Schlussel: 0-5

You should note that this is the first time in history that a grievance against me has been dismissed before I was even required to respond, indicating what a joke the Commission knows that the grievance Masri, her boss Dawud Walid a/k/a criminal Delano Anthony Willis, Jr., and CAIR Action Network filed against me is. But I take these things very seriously, as I will have to pay the expenses associated with their lawsuit against me in Federal Court, and their motion after motion and brief after brief that they’ve filed.

In recent years, CAIR Action Network of Michigan board member Shereef Akeel–an Egyptian and Muslim Brotherhood fan who soaked the U.S. government on behalf of his Muslim Abu Ghraib clients–filed two grievances against me, one grievance challenging my right to freedom of speech on this site, and a follow-up grievance challenging my right to wear Islamic garb and go undercover to various Muslim events (my crime of fashion). He coordinated the grievance with another Muslim activist, Mohammed Abdrabboh, who also filed a grievance against me challenging my First Amendment speech rights to publish on this site. And now, there’s this current grievance, recently dismissed. Add on top of all that the fact that CAIR Action Network lost its attempt to get a Temporary Restraining Order against me in Federal Court, thanks to my outstanding attorney and a true mensch, Andrew Kochanowski, Director of Commercial Litigation at Sommers Schwartz law firm. Why did a Detroit area synagogue ban me for passing out pamphlets on the proud HAMAS/Hezbollah supporter and Israeli boycotter it hosted in its main sanctuary?  Because some people are uber-hypocrites and still mentally slaves in Egypt seeking to please Jew-hater masters. Apparently, there is a “real terrorist,” and it’s me, Debbie Schlussel. My “act of terrorism” is not setting off a bomb or even harming a fly. It’s . . . wait for it . . . passing out a pamphlet at a synagogue.

Meet Rabbi Joseph Krakoff, OberKapo

Since Passover begins next week, I thought this would be a great time to tell you about what happened to me at Congregation Shaarey Zedek a couple of months ago, when the synagogue hosted and sponsored the appearance and speech of Ismael Ahmed on the stage of its main sanctuary.  (Tonight, the synagogue hosts Obama Middle East adviser, Daniel Kurtzer, one of the most anti-Israel, self-hating Orthodox Jews on the planet.  HAMAS couldn’t have found a better man, so the Ahmed invitation is not surprising.)  The synagogue and its lying, unethical fraud of a rabbi, Joseph Krakoff, constantly hold pro-Israel rallies and make pro-Israel sermons, but it’s all a fraud.  Talk is cheap.  When it comes to actions, Krakoff and Shaarey Zedek are in lockstep with those who seek Israel’s and the Jews–and America’s!–destruction.

When I learned that HAMAS/Hezbollah and Israel boycott supporter Ahmed was speaking at the synagogue, I went there and silently passed out pamphlets about who the man is.  For that “crime,” I was banned by the synagogue and am not allowed on the premises, after I was escorted off like a terrorist.  This is the same synagogue and Rabbi which allowed Muslim protesters from Dearbornistan with anti-Semitic swastika, HAMAS, and Hezbollah signs to protest on its front lawn during the Israel-Hezbollah war in 2006, because the synagogue and rabbi wanted to show how open and tolerant they are.

Ahmed, as I’ve pointed out over the years, founded the Muslim welfare agency, ACCESS–the Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services, to get auto unions to boycott Israel in the ’70s.  In the 1990s and beyond, he openly supported Hezbollah and HAMAS and opposed Bill Clinton’s counterterrorism laws making it illegal to donate to these Islamic terrorist gropus that murdered Americans and Jews.  In 2002, Ahmed wrote a check to help sponsor the Divestment Conference against Israel at the University of Michigan, where convicted Islamic terrorist and Islamic Jihad founder Sami Al-Arian was the keynote speaker.  Organized Arabic chants of “Annihilate the Jews!” were frequently shouted at the conference events.  Ahmed told a reporter that this was a “great cultural experience” for Arab kids.  While he headed ACCESS, Ahmed gave job training, including for commercial driver’s licenses and hazardous material hauling certificates to the Islamic terrorists in the Detroit terror cell.  He told the media that being in Al-Qaeda and/or being a terrorist is a mere “political credential” that makes no difference to him.

Ahmed also organized an ongoing scam in which his organization brought tens of thousands of pregnant Muslim illegal aliens from around the world to the U.S. to have their babies here, giving them U.S. citizenship.  His agency enlisted several Muslim nurses at Oakwood Hospital and a Muslim doctor, Jouhaina Maleh, to help the women obtain phony Social Security numbers so they could defraud Medicaid to have you pay for the deliveries.  There is a reason why more than 40,000 of the million Palestinian Muslim residents of Ramallah have U.S. citizenship.  And they vote here and receive entitlement checks from the U.S. there.

When, despite his billions in Medicaid fraud, Ismael Ahmed was appointed by Governor Jennifer Granholm to head the Michigan Department of Human Services, which oversees Medicaid, I was the only person who testified against him at his hearing.  I drove up there and subjected myself to ridicule and attacks because it was the right thing to do.  On the other side, several members of the liberal, unelected organized Jewish community, including the then-head of the Jewish Community Council, traveled to Lansing to praise this piece of garbage, alongside his Muslim extremist cheerleaders. And I was apparently in for more of the same.

When I learned just a few hours before the Jewish Sabbath on Friday, January 21st, that Ismael Ahmed would be speaking at Shaarey Zedek, I knew it would be too late to get any of the wimps at this spineless, dying synagogue to stop the event.  I read in both the Detroit News and the Detroit Free Press that the synagogue and the Detroit Jewish Community Council (another self-hating pan-Muslim politburo) were sponsoring Ahmed in a speech on helping the poor of Michigan, which is interesting, since Ahmed spent decades ripping them off and funneling Michigan taxpayer funded Medicaid and welfare to Muslim illegal aliens he helped bring here.

I quickly typed up a three-page pamphlet with the bullet points from articles I’ve written about Ismael Ahmed over the years and ran off 100 copies at FedEx Kinko’s.  It’s what my late father would have done. My pamphlet (read it here) had the basic stuff.  I didn’t include, for example, the fact that Ismael Ahmed’s first wife mysteriously “fell” down an elevator shaft at a New York construction site, during the trip Ahmed took her on after she asked him for a divorce.  (I always visit construction sites on trips to New York, don’t you?)  On Saturday,  I walked in 15 degrees below zero weather and a ton of snow for the mile and a half it takes to get from my home to Shaarey Zedek, with my bag of pamphlets.

What did Micky D’s execs know and when did they know it?  And at how many other McDonald’s restaurants was this kind of thing going on?  I’ve been a defender of McDonald’s, constantly under attack from Morgan Spurlock and other lefty food police, and this doesn’t appear to be anything the corporation knew about.  But I have to wonder if this is just something going on at this particular McDonald’s franchisee or something also going on at other McDonald’s around the nation.  What do  you think?  I guess if someone asks you if you’d like “Los Fries” or “Al-Fries” with that, it might be a hint. Kudos to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents who investigated and uncovered this cabal.  It’s interesting–and likely not coincidental–that this comes just days before McDonald’s hosts its “National Hiring Day” (next Tuesday, April 19th).

Three McDonald’s Corp. restaurant managers in Savannah, Ga., were charged Wednesday with selling identities stolen from U.S. citizens to prospective workers, a case that federal authorities say shows the risks employers are increasingly taking to mask the hiring of illegal immigrants.

This morning, I got this excellent, right-on-target letter, below, from reader Patrick.  Several commenters on last night’s Civil War 150th Anniversary post made similar comments, and so did Jimmy Kimmel in the video below, from last night.  It’s so sad that all of them are right about what a moronic, ignorant country America has become.  But it’s true.

I am just curious if all the men who fought in the Civil War, what would they think of America today? How many of these men would have laid down their arms and asked themselves what they are fighting for, especially the America of 2011 with tons of militant Islamic pigs within our borders, Mexicans who could not give a rat’s ass about America, and a President who is committed to the destruction of the American way of life. Muslim Haneen Zoabi isn’t the first Arab member of Israel’s Knesset (its parliament) to call for Israel’s enemies to attack the country.  As I’ve noted before, then-MK (Member of Knesset) Azmi Bishara did it (and spied for Hezbollah).  But the message here is the omen for the future of the U.S.  If  you think these elected Muslim officials are any different than the Muslims who run for and hold office here in the United States, think again.  They are not.  It’s just that the ones here are not in a position, numbers-wise–YET–to make such a bad PR move. We already have a top-ranking Republican in the House, Darrell Issa, who repeatedly praised Hezbollah (which murdered hundreds of Americans) and who did the bidding of the Saudis and Syria’s Assads.  He is suspected of being the Member of Congress in surveillance reports, who was communicating with and tipping off Islamic terrorists.

And as we keep our borders open, allow more and more Muslim immigration and they give birth to more kids, we will have plenty of Azmi Bisharas and Haneen Zoabis.  Oh, and by the way, how many Jewish members of parliament are there in any Muslim nation (I think there’s one in Morocco, or was).  How many do you think there would be if they called for Israel or America to attack their country?  Same number, but none with heads attached. Mark my word, there is nothing to stop a Keith Ellison or a Rashida Tlaib to call for attacks on America, as Ms.
Zoabi is doing against Israel.

As I’ve said a gazillion times over the years, Muslims are a one-way street when it comes to tolerance.  They don’t tolerate anything from us, but they expect us to tolerate even their most absurd, most intolerant, most violent of behaviors and edicts. New York State Senator Greg Ball learned that the hard way, when he received this monkey marked with anti-Semitic hatred from Muslim Jameela Barnette, a woman who has posted nutty, anti-Semitic, bigoted articles and comments all over the net, including on Facebook and Salon.

If  you or I sent something like this to, say, Muslim Congressman Keith Ellison, we’d be charged with ethnic and religious intimidation and sent to prison.  But, when the shoe is on the other foot, well . . . nothing happens:

Gas is about $4 a gallon here in Michigan and almost $5 at one station in Bakersfield, California.  The American economy continues to die, despite gushing stories about comeback after comeback.  People are out of work for more than two years in many cases.  But don’t worry, Barack and Michelle Hussein Obama have come up with the perfect solution:  go on Oprah.  Because, hey, the NCAA basketball tournament is over, and they couldn’t spend the time in a better way to help America.

Can’t let the day go by without recognizing the 150th anniversary of the start of the U.S. Civil War.  Civil War nostalgia and re-enactments are even more American than apple pie.  I and so many other Americans have long been fascinated and very interested by this war which claimed the lives of hundreds of thousands of American men. USA Today claims that 2/3rds of Americans are descended from someone who lived through the Civil War on U.S. soil (seems kinda high to me). But only 18 million Americans are descended from someone who fought in the war.

Over the years, I’ve enjoyed my experiences checking out Civil War battlefields and cemeteries.  If you’ve never visited Antietam, it’s a must.  It’s such an interesting place, you can almost feel the ghosts in your path.  And make sure to pick up an inexpensive miniature Civil War set or belt buckle, US or CS.  Mine is US. With the Civil War anniversary come a number of remembrances. I also once had drinks at a former Civil War morgue that’s now a pizza place off of a highway, but I can’t remember the name or location, other than that it is in Maryland or Pennsylvania (if you can, please post the info in the comments below or send it to me via an e-mail). And I’ll soon be posting the Robert Redford directed movie, “The Conspirator,” about Mary Surratt, who was accused with other conspirators in Abraham Lincoln’s death.

A number of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have sent me links to the news stories about the FBI investigation into Miami ICE Special Agent in Charge Anthony V. Mangione.  If the investigation finds anything–and that’s a big if (and he hasn’t been charged with anything), he would not be the first high profile ICE or Homeland Security official to be caught  up with sex crimes related to minors.  In fact, he’d be only the latest.  To me, the story here is that the men who’ve been caught in these investigations and stings, including former Tampa ICE Special Agent in Charge Frank Figueroa and former Homeland Security Deputy Press Secretary Brian J. Doyle, all had Top Secret security clearance and all put themselves in positions that made them vulnerable to the blackmail of Islamic terrorists and others who wish to do America harm.  We are lucky that they were caught first by the feds (and, in one case, some Florida sheriff’s deputies).

It’s important to point out the bigotry, though, contained in at least one major report about Mr. Mangione.  Not sure why the Miami Herald feels it’s necessary to point out that a top Immigration and Customs Enforcement official investigated for possessing child porn is Italian and Portuguese:

Mangione grew up in an Italian-Portuguese family from Rhode Island.

How the heck is that relevant? You can bet if he were Arab and/or Muslim, that wouldn’t have been pointed out.  In this case, Mangione’s ethnicity is completely irrelevant.  America has millions of people of Italian and Portuguese descent, and the vast majority don’t possess child porn. The same goes for the very many good ICE agents who are of those ethnicities.  Again, you can be certain–as in most reports of crimes or alleged crimes in the mainstream media–that if this man were Muslim, that would never be mentioned, even though it would be far more relevant, since Islam doesn’t really look down on this kind of thing.  On the contrary, it encourages it. As I always say, the treatment of everyone else vis-a-vis Muslims is like George Orwell’s “Animal Farm.” All the animals in the farm are equal but some are more equal than others.

When a reader contacted me disappointed that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was going to meet with Justin Bieber, I had a different take.  As you may know, Bieber is the most influential pop artist when it comes to young girls.  If he supports Israel, I’ll take it.  I told the reader, “Well, Ariel Sharon met with Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.”  But the reader was right, and I’ve changed my mind after Bieber dissed young Israeli victims of terror by refusing to meet with them.  Good for Netanyahu for canceling the meeting with this vapid young gazillionaire.  Apparently Bieber’s Jewish manager will take him to a Passover Seder in Israel, next week, but who cares?  The guy is apparently still a slave in Egypt if he advised Bieber to blow off these young terror victims.  Trust me, there ain’t no big Bieber MP3 sales in Gaza.  It’s haram [forbidden] in Islam, especially in HAMASastan.
