Study: If Your Single Mom is a Ho, You’ll Be Delinquent

By
Those of us who’ve railed against slutty single moms who sleep around (like ) have more evidence to back up our views.
The April issue of the American Sociological Review features an extensive study by Johns Hopkins University researchers, which found children are more likely to act out and be delinquent, if their mothers have multiple live-in lovers. Thousands of kids over two generations were studied, and the kids whose mommies had multiple live-in lovers were more likely to skip school and engage in vandalism and theft.
This only applies to White kids, though, researchers found. Apparently, Black children are already more well-adjusted to this “family” situation, based on the dominant number of single-mother black households. So we while this study doesn’t apply to Fantasia, it does apply to her White chick counterparts. On the other hand, many, many other studies show these results are universal and not race specific (others saying single-mother household predominance in Black America is the cause for an even higher crime rate by Black youths than White youths).
Regardless, Hillary Rodham Cankles was wrong. It does not take a village to raise your children . . . or sleep with your mom. It only takes a village, if you want your kids to become criminals and losers.
The full study is not available online to non-subscribers, but the full data and tables are.

Islam v. Judge Paruk: In Litigation Jihad, Frivolous Niqab Lawsuit Ignores Basic Law

By
The litigation jihad on behalf of sharia (Islamic law) continues.
Last year, I wrote about . Judge Paruk presided over a case in which the Plaintiff, Ginnah Muhammad, wears a niqab–a full Islamic face veil, in which only the eyes are visible.
Muhammad, a convert to Islam and a Black Muslim, was asked by Judge Paruk to remove her niqab in order to testify. She refused, and her case, therefore, resulted in a judgment against her. Judge Paruk stated that he needed to see to her face to determine the truthfulness of her testimony. Since Muhammad refused to remove the veil, she was not allowed to testify and lost her case.
Yesterday, a litigious Muslim attorney and Hezbollah supporter, (who frequently represents Islamic terrorists and illegal aliens), .

Ginnah Muhammad in her Niqab, w/ Terrorist Lawyer Nabih Ayad

That a judge and jury be able to fully assess a witness’ testimony and gauge his/her truthfulness is a standard precept taught not just in law school, but in high school law classes. Niqabs have been used to hide all sorts of things. Fawzi Mustapha Assi, who smuggled weaponry to Hezbollah, escaped the U.S. wearing a niqab to cross the Detroit border to Canada.
In , Dawud Walid, belligerent Executive Director of the Michigan chapter of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), demanded that Paruk reverse his decision regarding her niqab. Judge Paruk declined.
In the original suit, Muhammad sued an auto rental company, claiming she was not responsible for a repair bill after the car was damaged in her possession. She claims thieves broke into the vehicle.
The car rental company is suing Muhammad for the unpaid bills, a case which was to be decided this month before Judge. Muhammad and Ayad are demanding that Paruk be recused from the case and that Muhammad be allowed to wear her niqab while delivering testimony.
But Ayad and Muhammad should not only be laughed out of federal court, they should be sanctioned for filing a frivolous lawsuit. The Federal Abstention Doctrine is long accepted law that a federal court can offer no relief–monetary or otherwise (such as removing Judge Paruk or requiring him to allow Muhammad to wear the niqab during her testimony)–where the parties have not followed and exhausted all available relief and proper procedures in state courts.
Muhammad and her attorneys had 21 days to appeal Judge Paruk’s ruling in Hamtramck (or 7 days, if it was heard as a small claims case, which I believe it was), back in October. They did not do so. They also had an opportunity to file a motion before Judge Paruk to ask him to recuse himself. They did not do so. At this point, since it is well past the point for either such move, Muhammad and her attorney, Ayad, could have filed a motion before Judge Paruk for leave to appeal, a half year after her case was decided. They’ve not done that, either.
Since they did not do those things, their claim–on civil rights or any other grounds–should be dismissed as frivolous. And they should be forced to pay Rule 11 Sanctions under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for knowingly filing a frivolous lawsuit and deliberately flouting the proper procedures in place for pursuing this matter. It’s clear the only reason they filed this invalid suit is to embarrass Judge Paruk and intimidate other judges in Michigan and elsewhere into accepting the niqab as proper garb during testimony.
Will federal Judge John Feikens do the right thing and throw this case out? He is almost 90 and was first nominated to the federal bench by President Eisenhower. He headed the Michigan Republican Party in the early 1950s. The world was far different then. I hope he understands, today, why this absurd case was filed and why it should be immediately dismissed.
CAIR’s Dawud Walid, in his inappropriate letter to Judge Paruk, stressed that “the case has drawn international media attention,” and was upset that Judge Paruk didn’t cave.
In his , Judge Paruk wrote that:

Ultimately, however, my concern has to be, not with what Islamic law requires, but with the laws of the United States and Michigan. I would not permit any other witness to testify with a covered face. I cannot have one law for the community and another for Ms. Muhammad.

Judge Paruk’s position is courageous, not only because he stood up for the American judicial process versus Islamic law, but because he is an elected judge in a city that is fast becoming an Islamic one.
Hamtramck, a small city surrounded on all sides by Detroit, was once dominated by Polish immigrants and their descendants. Today, it is dominated by Muslims from Yemen, Bangladesh, and Slavic and Balkan states. It is the first city in the nation to openly sanction the loud Muslim call to prayer, broadcast as early as 5:00 a.m. and as late as after 10:00 p.m. A well known Catholic church recently had its last mass, and is being converted into a mosque. Press accounts have documented the mysterious burning down of a Hindu temple, and violent Islamic attacks on non-Muslim, Black males at Hamtramck Public Schools.
Muslims could band together to defeat Judge Paruk (as they did to save the call to prayer broadcast, which was voted on), and he knows that. Federal election monitors from the Justice Department Civil Rights division–which you pay for–prevent challengers from challenging Muslim immigrants (many of whom are registered to vote illegally) and checking whether they should be legitimately voting in elections.
With this frivolous lawsuit against Judge Paruk and the mounting pressure from Muslim extremists in the heart of Islamic America, Judge Paruk is truly courageous.
If only we had a few thousand like him to withstand the growing political pressure to cave in to sharia throughout our government.
Unfortunately, we do not. And that’s the most frightening thing about it.
Our future is bleak against the enemy within.

Global Warming Zealots Kill a Small Texas Town

By
Global warming zealotry can kill.
In fact, it’s killing the small town of Colorado City, Texas, where environmentalists put the kabosh on a coal-fired power plant, which would have saved the dying railroad town of 4,100.
TXU Corp. planned to build a coal-fired power plant there and in seven other economically needy towns across Texas. But environmentalists lobbied against the deal because coal-burning to make electricity releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
Cows and horses farting does that, too, but they’re not trying to kill them.
Here’s what they did kill:

Al Gore-esque Global Warming Hysterics Kill Colorado City, Texas

COLORADO CITY, Texas – This old railroad town has seen its fortunes rise and fall more than once in the boom-bust cycles of the oil industry and cotton farming. But nobody here ever thought prosperity would ride on the global warming debate.
With efforts to curb “greenhouse gases” that most scientists believe are heating up the planet comes a downside in places like Colorado City (pronounced call-a-RAY-da).
This county seat of 4,100 was primed for an economic windfall from a coal-fired power plant that utility company TXU Corp. planned to build. After two New York investment firms bought TXU, the new owners agreed last month to scrap the proposed 858-megawatt plant here and seven others across Texas.
Environmentalists who brokered that deal were elated because plants that burn coal to make electricity release carbon dioxide, a major greenhouse gas, into the atmosphere.
In Colorado City and surrounding Mitchell County, “there were lots of long faces,” Mayor Jim Baum says. “The plant would have been our salvation, even more so than the discovery of oil.”
Up to 3,000 workers would have poured in for three years of construction, spending their pay at local stores. The plant, once operating, would have provided more than 100 high-paying jobs and hundreds more in support businesses. Tax revenue from TXU’s estimated $1 billion investment could have cut local taxes in half, Baum says. . . .
Anticipating a conventional plant, the city had hurried up plans for $8 million in water and sewer improvements to handle housing that developers promised to build for an influx of newcomers. Schools were ready to acquire temporary classrooms for the children of construction workers.
Developers said they would build two motels on Interstate 20 through town. Cecilia Scott, director of Main Street revitalization, says new businesses would have filled most of the empty storefronts.
“So many people I know had made so many plans,” says Pat Taylor, a police officer here since 1982.
Because of the economic benefits, there are few opponents of coal plants here. . . .
The city ran a campaign to get 1,000 signatures on a letter to TXU supporting the plant; 2,600 signed.
Before the utility withdrew the plants, Dallas Mayor Laura Miller lobbied Texas towns to oppose them.
Dallas is under pressure to clean its air or risk losing highway money.

Yes, global warming zealotry kills. It doesn’t kill private planes or spacious mansions for the likes of Al Gore and Brad Pitt.
It kills dreams and a decent life for small town Americans, who don’t have those luxuries and are struggling to survive.

Religion of Nun-Killers, The Sequel

By
While day after day we hear of the savagery displayed by Sunnis against Shi’ites and Shi’ites against Sunnis in Iraq, we hardly hear about the savagery both groups display against Christians.
Remember how Nuns in Africa were murdered by Muslims because of the Mohammed cartoons? Well, Muslims don’t really need a phony excuse to kill nuns. They do it for sport.
Monday night, in Kirkuk, two elderly Chaldean nuns were fatally stabbed by intruders at their home, according to Iraqi police 1st Lt. Marewan Salih. There was no sign of a robbery. Of course, not. The point wasn’t to steal. It was to kill revered Christian religious figures.

Intruders killed two elderly sisters, both nuns, at the Cathedral of the Virgin. . . .

Kirkuk police spokesman Marewan Salih said the Chaldean Catholic nuns, Fawzeiyah Naoum, 85, and her 79-year-old sister Margaret, had been stabbed multiple times by two intruders who raided their home on Monday night. They had lived alone and there was no sign of robbery, Salih said.
Margaret Naoum was stabbed seven times as she stood in the garden just outside their home. The attackers then went inside where they found Fawzeiyah Naoum lying on the sofa, recovering from eye surgery. She was stabbed three times.

They–the Christians in Iraq–are the real victims of the Muslims there–whether Sunni or Shia. They are leaving Iraq in droves, because the only Muslims who will tolerate their presence are the less fundamentalist Kurds. Sunnis and Shi’ites have told the Christians in no uncertain terms that they will not be tolerated in Iraq. And that’s beside the many church bombings committed against them.
Religion of Peace? Never.

5.5 Years After 9/11, TSA Still Not Checking Airport Workers

By
The headline on the cover of today’s USA Today is a lot of hype and mostly false:

TSA Boosts Checks on Airport Workers

As I’ve written so very many times, . And because they are not screened, the time-consuming, annoying TSA screening of passengers is a complete waste of time.
As I noted, earlier this month, employees at Orlando’s airport were caught with . They were able to do so because airport employees are not screened by the TSA or anyone else. As I also noted, a large number of and could easily get weapons on a flight for the purpose of fomenting a terrorist attack.

And a close reading of the USA Today front-pager shows that neither Congress, nor airports, nor the TSA are willing to do what is necessary to screen all airport workers right away–which they should be doing. In fact, an airport lobbyist is working against this measure, claiming it would be “too expensive.”
And the “boost” the TSA is claiming, regarding checks on airport workers?
They’re just going to have a “surge” for a few days at several airports. That won’t work because airport workers will find out when the “surge” inspectors–air marshals and TSA screeners–are there. They’ll wait to sneak in any contraband and weaponry until afterward (just like sports pros who generally know when they will and won’t be “randomly” tested for steroids).
Congress is waiting until next month to vote on a bill that will only require the TSA to screen employees at five airports and only for a six-month test. Why? What is it that needs to be tested? Airport employees should go through lines like everyone else. The mechanics of that are already in place for passengers. There’s no need to reinvent or re-test the wheel.
In the meantime, with this giant loophole still open, airline passengers are more unsafe than ever.
More:

Teams of screeners, air marshals and inspectors will go from airport to airport, spending several days at a time searching workers and checking airplane cabins, agency chief Kip Hawley told USA TODAY. . . .
“It’s emerging as a big issue,” airport lobbyist Joel Bacon told an aviation forum Monday. Screening workers would impose “horrendous” costs – billions to buy and run inspection machines – and tie up workers, he said.
Not screening airport workers is “a terrible vulnerability,” said aviation consultant Douglas Laird, former security chief at Northwest Airlines. “The system is totally wide open,” said Laird, who advocates screening of all airport workers. “It’s long overdue.”
The House of Representatives is likely to pass a bill next month that would require the TSA to go beyond “surges” and screen all employees at five airports in a six-month test, said Dena Graziano, a spokeswoman for House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson, D-Miss.
The TSA has required more airport workers to pass background checks and last year started randomly screening the workers. In its first “surge,” the agency sent 160 security officers to five airports in south Florida and Puerto Rico for several days after the Comair employees were arrested.
Hawley said the extra TSA workers will “really be noticeable” to deter potential terrorists.

That means they’ll “really be noticeable” when they leave, and potential terrorists get the all-clear sign. All airport workers must be screened all of the time. Until then, you are taking your life in your own hands (and terrorists’ hands) every time you fly.

Can You Imagine If He Were President?

By
Bush is not a great President. That’s an extreme understatement. But can you imagine if John Kerry had won the White House, instead? We’d have a lot of the Bush problems, plus so many more.
Take John Kerry’s latest project. He’s holding hearings over the very important issue of whether or not Major League Baseball can give DirecTV the exclusive contract to broadcast baseball games not on local stations. Kerry wants to see other cable and satellite providers (who likely donated campaign money to his coffers) to also carry the package. More from USA Today’s “Sports on TV” column:

Tax dollars at work:

At a U.S. Senate committee hearing Tuesday over the future of Major League Baseball’s Extra Innings TV package, the parties involved repeated the same positions they’ve taken for weeks. At issue is whether satellite TV provider DirecTV will exclusively get the package that allows fans to pay to see games not being shown on their local stations. MLB says other cable or satellite providers can carry the package if they match what DirecTV will pay. Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., who wants MLB to extend its March 31 deadline for other providers to match DirecTV’s terms, repeated Tuesday that DirecTV getting exclusivity is “not fair.”

A lot of things are “not fair.” But like this matter, they aren’t the business of the U.S. Senate or the government.
So glad Senator Kerry has his attention focused on the important issues of the day. On the other hand, we should be grateful, he’s sidetracked with baseball broadcasts, and not focusing on the rest of the country.

Blaming the Victim: Women’s Mag Blames Illegal Alien’s Murder Victim

By
It’s time for the latest installment of “I read the chick mags so you don’t have to.” Here’s what your wives, girlfriends, daughters, and others are reading in the April issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine:
Normally, you wouldn’t think the vapid, anti-male magazine would blame a woman for rape or–worse–murder. But you would be wrong.
April’s Cosmo blames late actress Adrienne Shelly for her murder at the hands of illegal alien, Diego Pillco. Shelly was murdered by Pillco, after she confronted him about loud construction noise in the building that housed her office. He feared she’d report him to police, and he’d be deported.

Cosmopolitan Mag Blames Adrienne Shelly

for Her Murder at the Hands of an Illegal Alien

If only she’d been quiet and not confronted him, if only she had shut her mouth, she’d be alive today, claims Cosmo “writer” Michelle Stacey, in “Special Report: The Dangerous Mistake Gutsy Women Make.” Yup, it’s all Shelly’s fault:

When a guy pulls an obnoxious move–like stealing your prime parking spot–it’s natural to want to confront the jerk. After reading this, you’ll see it’s safer to hold your tongue. . . .
According to Pillco (there were no witnesses), their argument escalated to cursing and shoving. . . . Shelly’s story is a frightening reminder of the danger that sometimes can result from following assertive impulses.

Translation: Shelly overreacted to what amounted to a stolen parking spot. She asked for the violent response. She should have shut up.
A caption over a photo of Shelly screams:

Actress Set Off Illegal’s “Killer” Rage by Calling Him “S.O.B.”

It’s apropos that actess Eva Longoria graces the cover of the issue in question. She’s a strong supporter of illegal aliens and amnesty. Using Cosmo’s warped logic, maybe that’s why she’s alive and so successful in her acting career.
Hmmm . . . is this really what Helen Gurley Brown had in mind when she invented the “Cosmo Woman”?
Blaming the victim for the murder committed by an illegal alien–that’s the new niche of a magazine that is anything but “Cosmopolitan.”

Biodegradable Village People: America’s Non-Closeted City Bans Plastic Bags

By
Well, I’m glad to see they’ve set their plastic priorities straight.
The city whose health insurance covers sex change operations (including plastic surgery) is now the city which bans plastic bags for consumers.
Score yet another one for the enviroNazis.
San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors voted 10-1 to require the city’s grocery stores and pharmacies to ban conventional plastic bags and use only biodegradable plastic bags or recyclabe paper bags.

Land of The Village People Bans Plastic Bags

If you live or shop in San Francisco, watch for the price of all of your food essentials and prescription drugs to go up. The fact is that biodegradable bags are not cheap. They cost from six to 10 times the amount of conventional plastic bags and double to more than triple the cost of paper bags. Businesses will pass that on to the consumer.
And it won’t stop waste. It’s not like people who live, frequent, or shop in San Francisco don’t have plastic bags from other cities and suburbs, or get plastic bags from clothing, electronics, and other types of stores, which aren’t covered by the silly measure.
And have fun carrying biodegradable bags made of corn and potato starches in the rain–they’ll melt and your purchases will roll around on the ground. That’ll hardly eliminate waste. It will only increase it. Way to go, San Francisco.
San Francisco is famous for many firsts–most of the contemporary ones are embarrassing firsts. And this is no exception.
Rice-A-Roni, no longer the “San Francisco treat”–now it’s your fragile grocery bag.

A Legit Anti-Gonzales Grievance: DOJ Wasted $200M on Failed Post-9/11 Communication System

By
With all of the pontificating and lecturing Democrats are engaging in against Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, they’re missing his real areas of incompetence.
The latest is a $5 billion interagency communications system that the Department of Justice was supposed to develop, but didn’t. Remember all of the info that came out since 9/11 exposing the lack of communication between federal agencies regarding terrorists–an unfortunate fact that stopped us from stopping the 9/11 attacks?

Gonzales (and John Ashcroft, before him) and his agency were charged with developing a wireless communications system that would allow agents from the FBI, CIA, and Homeland Security to communicate across agency lines. It was to be called Integrated Wireless Network (IWN). But despite the fancy name and a whopping $5 billion that was going to be spent developing the system, the whole thing is a total failure. And $200 million in tax money has, so far, been wasted on it, with zero results, according to DOJ Inspector General Glenn Fine, in a report he issued, yesterday.
Besides identifying the huge waste of money, the report says this failure could:

affect the safety of (federal) law enforcement officers [because existing systems have] limited functionality, diminished voice quality and weak security, making them vulnerable to hacking.
Failure of the IWN project would represent a significant missed opportunity to achieve needed communications interoperability among federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

Yup, almost 6 years after 9/11, agencies still aren’t communicating too well, and the incompetents assigned to the task haven’t done the job that plenty of technology companies do quite well.
But you know how it goes: What you do well (or even with mediocrity), government does . . . worst.

Shame on You, Gen. Holmes: Top CENTCOM Official Fetes Extremist Muslims

By
Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig has a Latin sign on his desk, “Illegitimus Non Carborundum“–Don’t Let the Bastards Get You Down. The guys running Central Command probably subscribe to a different version: Get Down and Kiss the Bastards’ Asses.
Yesterday, cheap David Letterman look-alike and Miami Vice-wardrobed Brigadier General Robert Holmes–one of the top Generals at Central Command–gushed over Muslim Arab extremists he met with in Dearbornistan. And you–the American taxpayer–paid for the trip.

No, This Joker Ain’t Letterman. He’s . . .

Brigadier General Robert Holmes, CENTCOM’s Chief Islamist Ass-Kisser

According to the Detroit Free Press, Holmes, the deputy director of operations with U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) claimed:

It’s very important that we involve Arab Americans. Arab Americans play a huge role today, and play a very important role in where we have got to go.

But Holmes didn’t meet with Christian Arab leaders in town. Instead, he carefully chose only the most extremist Muslim Arabs in town–the ones who openly endorse terrorist groups and homicide bombings.
Brig. Gen. Holmes met with –publisher of the anti-Semitic, anti-American Arab American News–and even visited the AAN’s offices. But Siblani’s paper openly praises Hezbollah–including its murder of over 300 U.S. Marines and officials in Beirut in 1983–and HAMAS–including its homicide bombings. Siblani has openly praised “the Hezbollah martyrs” and delivered prayers for them at rallies throughout Dearbornistan, this summer. His Arab-American PAC (of which he is President) featured . He refused to denounce or condemn her comments.
Holmes also met with FBI award revokee , a “former” Islamic terrorist who endorses Palestinian TV broadcasts urging 3-year-olds to become homicide bombers. Hamad is involved with an Islamic charity, raided by the U.S. military and the FBI, because it is believed to be funding insurgent terrorists who are murdering our troops (and Iraqi civilians).
And Holmes met with Abed Hammoud, another man who openly praises Hezbollah and HAMAS homicide bombings and activities and compares Jews to Nazis. And he met with –yet another open Hezbollah supporter–who is on the small board of a charity with a man involved in a financial web funding Hezbollah. The charity, which ostensibly sends money to Lebanon for legitimate purposes is under investigation. Beydoun organized an Arab economic conference featuring a business believed to have financed the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in East Africa.
Holmes told all of these exremists he wants to “work with [them].” That’s frightening, but the same loser path virtually all of our lazy, PC top officials in all aspects of government have been taking.
And Holmes must have really kissed the asses of Siblani, Hamad, Hammoud, and Beydoun. They gushed over him, which they rarely do regarding U.S. officials:

“He was really reaching out,” said Siblani. “It reflects a new, positive attitude of the U.S. armed forces.” . . .
“It was the type of dialogue we like to see,” Hamad said.

If terrorist supporters and a “former” terrorist liked Brig. Gen. Holmes’ words, that should be a hint to the rest of us that whatever he said isn’t good for America.
Detroit Free Press resident Islamist reporter, Niraj Warikoo, predictably didn’t bother to ask Brig. Gen. Holmes why he didn’t meet with, say, Maronite Christian Arab leaders and other Arabs in town who don’t have wet dreams over terrorists. He didn’t ask the Brigadier General why he’s meeting with the most extremist Muslim Arabs he can find in Detroit.
When our top generals overseeing our military operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere openly lick the boots of our worst enemies within–all in the name of a phony “outreach”–we shouldn’t be surprised that we’re losing all over the world.
When you kiss the asses of your enemies, you get spanked (and worse). Apparently, they need to change the name of Central Command to Central Pander.
BTW, since I know many top officials at CENTCOM read this site, please kindly send this piece to your friend, Brig. Gen. Holmes. He needs a dressing down.
