Me in Today’s New York Post

By
Check out my column in today’s New York Post on Life for Relief and Development, America’s largest Islamic charity, which was raided yesterday by Michigan FBI agents.
I gave a shout out to my friends at the former U.S. Customs Service Office of Investigation, who investigated the charity from the beginning . . . until new ICE Special Agent in Charge a/k/a “Abu Moskowitz” came to town, stopped them, and began his bro-mance with “former” Islamic terrorist and other Islamists (including those at the charity).
More of my investigative reporting on the charity, and .

Islamic Charity Raid Update

By
Today’s , began at about 9:00 a.m. Eastern, this morning and was still going at 5:00 p.m. The FBI was taking everything out of their–all of the computers, file cabinets, everything.
It should be noted that this charity was under investigation by the old U.S. Customs Service Office of Investigations, before it became part of ICE. They did good work on this entity, and it’s a shame they were not able to continue, once it became part of ICE and Special Agent in Charge a/k/a “Abu Moskowitz”–a crony of LIFE associate and ally (and former Islamic terrorist) –took over.

BREAKING/Exclusive: Why FBI Raided Largest U.S. Islamic Charity Today

By
I’ve been writing about LIFE for Relief and Development for years, and I think my columns (especially , a shorter version of which appeared in the New York Post), have finally made a difference. Ditto for my complaints about LIFE to Assistant U.S. Attorney for counterterrorism, Ken Chadwell.
This morning, the FBI began raiding LIFE and hauling out documents. Well, it’s about time. LIFE–the largest Islamic charity still open for business in America–openly admitted on its 1995-’97 taxes to be a major funder of HAMAS. Headquartered in the Orthodox Jewish suburban Detroit subdivision in which I grew up, it gave millions to Human Appeal International, which the FBI identified as HAMAS’ Jordanian operation. It has done many vague “Katrina,” “Lebanon Relief,” and “Afghanistan Wheelchair” fundraisers and believed to have laundered the money to terrorists. Its founding resident agent is tied to Al-Qaeda, and one of its former employees, Abdel-Jabbar Hamdan, is also tied to terrorists. The government has been trying to deport him.
Then, there are its multiple fundraisers over the last couple of years “for more Fallujahs” according to sources at a secret 2004 Los Angeles area fundraiser held by LIFE. LIFE is believed to be a major funder of the insurgent terrorists in Iraq. That’s why, in 2004, the U.S. Army raided its Iraqi headquarters, frequently operated by its spokesman and operative Mohammed Alomari (more on him below). The keynote speaker at the fundraiser was Wagdi Mohammed Ghoneim, an Islamic cleric who has since been deported because of his meetings with two of the 9/11 hijackers.
The disturbing thing is that for years, the feds–including Homeland Security civil rights officer Daniel Sutherland, U.S. Attorney , and his predecessor Jeffrey Collins–have feted this charity, all while it was apparently funding Islamic terrorists.

U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy with Terrorist Charity Officials Khalil Jassem (left), Ihsan Al-Khatib (far right) & “Former” Terrorist Imad Hamad (Murphy’s left)

Then-US Attorney Jeffrey Collins (center) w/LIFE Officials Muthanna Al-Hanooti, Imad Hamad, unidentified person, and Mohammed Alomari

My columns on LIFE certainly made a difference with its top officers. Mohammed Alomari–LIFE’s spokesman and the author of an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory book and an article complaining that there are Jews in the Bush Administration–has been harassing me ever since I started writing about him and LIFE, including a page on his website, where he refers to me by the anti-Semitic slur, “Shyster.” He also has repeatedly tried to alter the already inaccurate entry on me on Wikipedia.
LIFE’s in-house general counsel, Ihsan Alkhatib, wrote a column in the Arab American News calling me a “verbal terrorist,” whatever that means. Alkhatib is also the President and general counsel for the Midwest Regional ADC (American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee), headed by former Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine terrorist –who also has close ties to LIFE. Senator Carl Levin, Alomari, and LIFE credited Hamad with getting LIFE USAID tax-funded status to administer our tax money in Iraq.
In 2002, LIFE led the Saddam Hussein propaganda trip that U.S. Democratic Congressmen David Bonior, Jim McDermott, and Mike Thompson, which was also funded by Iraqi oil-for-food scam artist –who is living, free, in the Detroit suburb of West Bloomfield, despite $70 million in earnings he obtained from doing business with Saddam.
From , Imad Hamad lost a scheduled FBI award from Director Robert Mueller, because he was under investigation for terrorism:

One of those investigations apparently involves Hamad’s close ties to Muthanna Al-Hanooti, Mohammed Alomari, and their charities, LIFE for Relief and Development and FAAIR (Focus on Arab American Issues and Reform). Hidden in an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood in Southfield, Michigan, LIFE is believed to fund Hamas via contributions to Hamas front groups identified in 2001 by FBI Assistant Director for Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence, Dale Watson.
One such front, Human Appeal International, believed by the FBI to be Hamas’ Jordanian operation, was listed in LIFE tax returns as one of three supported organizations receiving millions in contributions. Human Appeal and another organization LIFE works with, Human Relief Foundation, are listed as participants in the “101 days campaign” website of Sheikh Youssef Al-Qaradawi, spiritual leader of terrorist group Muslim Brotherhood. The site is believed to raise money for homicide bombings Al-Qaradawi supports.
Alomari’s book, “The Secrecy of Evil“, and other writings allege Jewish control of the world and the Bush administration. His Daru Salam mosque radio website claimed Jews and the U.S. “organized” the 9/11 attacks. A 1996 LIFE fundraiser, arranged by Hanooti, featured speaker Sheik Abdulmunem Abu Zant, an ardent Hamas supporter, who said, “May G-d attack the Jews and those who stand with them. May G-d attack the Americans and those who stand with them.” Hanooti appeared with indicted Islamic Jihad frontman Sami Al-Arian at a recent American Muslim Council lobbying seminar. LIFE’s original registered agent (under its previous name, International Relief Association), Masood Aijazi, worked for Khalid bin Mahfouz, the financier of Muwafaq Foundation, designated a terrorist charity by the U.S. government.
Hamad’s relationship with these parties is long-term and tight. A 1999 press release by Hamad’s American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee credits Hamad with getting Senator Carl Levin, then-Senator Spencer Abraham, and David Bonior to grant LIFE a license to send millions to Iraq. “We have a special relationship with ADC here in Detroit.” Hanooti said. “This is another example of the value of cooperation between our organizations . . . to advance our common agenda.” In May 2003, Hamad visited terrorist-sponsor Syria and Lebanon with Hanooti and Alomari. Given all of this, a recent FAAIR newsletter photo of Collins (below) smilingly posing between Al-Hanooti, Hamad, and Alomari, at a FAAIR event, is disturbing. It is bad enough that a U.S. Attorney would associate with known anti- Semites. Worse, if Collins’ office ever indicts them, it could be embarrassing.

Apparently, I’m not such a verbal terrorist at all, because the FBI finally took my investigative work on LIFE seriously. Again, they’re raiding the charity as I write.
We’ll see what they do with it after that. Given the incompetence of –who has let other Islamic terror raidees flee the country before he indicts them–I’m not holding my breath.

Let Them Eat Spinach: Religion of Nun-Murderers & Head-Choppers

By
We were among the first .”
We pointed out that the Pope–despite his tough talk against jihad–actually –cleric of North America’s largest mosque, the Islamic Center of America in Dearbornistan, and a close friend and protege of Hezbollah spiritual leader and U.S. Specially Designated Global Terrorist, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah.
Despite that, the Pope learned that even as leader of one of the world’s major religions, you can’t tell the truth about the extremists that dominate Islam and get away with it. And it’s not just the violent members of that religion that will find any reason to go out and murder, maim, and abuse–whether it’s cartoons or alleged Koranic damage, or a documentary about women in Islam.

Pope Benedict w/ Extremist Imam Hassan Qazwini;

Qazwini w/ Hezbollah Spiritual Leader Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah

It’s the media that glorifies and cooperates with this violence. Take today’s USA Today editorial page. McPaper is blaming the Pope for Islam’s historic violence, which didn’t just begin with his words, last Tuesday. The headline:
Pope’s Words Spark Violence

No, actually, the Popes words were just a pretext. It’s the “Religion of Peace” whose words–in the Koran, in the Hadiths, in the sermons, in the fatwas, in the madrassahs–that “spark” (well, actually, inferno-ize) violence.
USA Today praises the Muslim Brotherhood–a terrorist group based in Egypt (from which HAMAS, Arafat, and Qaeda’s Zawahiri emanated)–for saying the Pope’s apology was sufficient. But, not so privately, since Tuesday, the Brotherhood has been using the Pope’s words all over the Arab street to rile up its forces in its gazillionth, latest attempt to overthrow the ruling Mubarak government in Egypt.
And how does USA Today explain the ongoing Islamic violence in Thailand? It has nothing to do with the Pope and everything to do with Muslims that make up 5% of Thailand’s population, who are trying to take over the country. On Saturday, six simultaneous bombs went off in southern Thalian’ds largest tourism and commercial centers, according to today’s Wall Street Journal.
A Canadian tourist was killed and more than 60 were injured. The Journal reports that “more than 1,700 people have died since 2004, wehn Muslim terrorists upped their attacks (well before the Pope’s comments). Most of the victims have been non-Muslim civilians, including the deliberate attacks on Buddhist monks and teachers. Many businesses are forced to close on Fridays, Islam’s holy day.
Well, for those who plan to murder more innocent Catholics and other Infidels at the drop of a hat–over just about anything–we have a solution: Let them eat spinach.

Wal-Mart Comes Full Circle: Illegal Alien Cash Opens Mexican Stores

By
On this site we’ve profiled how Wal-Mart employed and . Both times–despite Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) show raids–the mass retailer got away with it. And the company got a .
Now, Wal-Mart has come full circle. Wal-Mart de Mexico, SA, announced it opened six brand new stores in Mexico, last week. That means that Wal-Mart now has 845 stores there.
Since Mexico’s economy is in the toilet, the flourishing of Wal-Mart in Mexico is likely the result–in large part–of one thing: U.S. dollars to illegal aliens from employers . . . employers like Wal-Mart, via the contractors it forced to hire them.

And that’s another effect of the illegal alien problem you rarely hear about: the drainage of U.S. dollars away from our economy and into Mexico’s (and other countries’), via the (often untaxed) salaries paid to illegal aliens.
So, now we see those wages come full circle for Wal-Mart. It forces contractors to hire illegal aliens on our own soil–depressing wages and taking jobs away from Americans. Then, those aliens send the money back home, denying our economy most of the rejuvenation that those dollars cause in the hands of Americans. Then, the relatives of those aliens spend the dollars in Mexico . . . at Wal-Mart. And now Wal-Mart is the largest retailer in Latin America–courtesy of all of the dollars being pumped out of the U.S. economy, much of it from illegal aliens.
Somebody give the shifty, dishonest, unpatriotic Wal-Mart execs a prize. They’ve managed to work the illegal alien syndicate on all ends. And get away with it.
Don’t forget that the retail giant couldn’t have done it without its cooperative friends in the Bush Administration–Michael Garcia (then-ICE Chief who ) and a/k/a “The ICE Princess” (current-ICE Chieftess who allows Wal-Mart to get away with alien construction workers). Ditto for Clinton Judge Joseph A. Greenaway who .

Aleikum Salaam: Muslim Team Eliminated on 1st “Amazing Race” Episode; Allah Not With Them

By
I watched CBS’ “The Amazing Race,” last night, to watch the parade of politically correct teams, including the amputee tri-athlete chick, the lipstick lesbian, the flamingly gay couple–but most importantly, the first Muslim team, Bilal Abdul-Mani and Sa’eed Rudolph.
Over a week ago, . Their goal was to show America that Muslims are peaceful and not supporters of terrorism. But, alas, before they had the chance to murder nuns, blow up 5 churches in the West Bank, and burn the Pope in effigy, Bilal and Sa’eed were eliminated. They were the first team axed from the show, as they came in last after the first set of challenges.
I’m wondering how long it will be before the evil Zionists who control the media and Hollywood will be blamed for orchestrating Bilal and Sa’eed’s quick defeat and departure from the show. Faster than a Hymietown [New York] minute, I’m guessing.

Amazing Race’s Muslim Team, Bilal and Sa’eed

I’m kinda glad they lost so quickly, not because I wish this Muslim team ill, but because now I will not have to watch this show–which above all features the uncomfortable, endless bickering between couples that comprise the teams. Since I was watching only to see how the Muslim team is portrayed, I won’t be watching anymore.
But the other reason I’m happy they lost is Bilal and Sa’eed’s endless shoving of their religion down viewers’ throats. Would they allow Christian Evangelicals to do this on the show? No way! I had to start my Allah-meter ticking. During their half-hour reign (including commercials and segments split between 12 different teams), I counted the following utterances by them:
* “Allah Hu Akbar” (“Allah is the Greatest”)–4 times
* “Al Hamdilallah” (“Praise Allah”)–3 times
* “Bismillah” (“In the name of Allah”)–1 time
* “Insha’allah” (“If it’s the will of Allah”)–1 time
Then, there was one impromptu Islamic prayer session at an airport.
Despite all of this, Allah was not on the Muslim team’s side.
There have been many Jewish and Christian teams on “The Amazing Race.” Yet, not one of them engaged in the wear-it-on-your-thobe-sleeve (and everywhere else) display of their religion, the way the Muslim team did. It was beyond annoying. It was antagonizing. And it was distracting.
This was not a documentary on Mohammed or on Muslims in America. It is a physical adventure reality show game. People don’t watch these shows to be held captive by Islamic fundamentalists–we have that all over the world every day, in real life. Americans watch these shows for a light escape from reality–and in the case of “The Amazing Race,” also for a sort of travelogue and adventure mixed in.
Still I have to say a couple of the remarks by other teammates–which I’m sure will be hurriedly diagnosed as “Islamophobia”–were memorable:
* “The Beards are here.”
* Airhead Cheerleader #1: “Do Muslims believe in Buddha?” Airhead Cheerleader #2: “I don’t know.” [DS Hint: No, That would be Buddhists, the frequent victims of Islamic terrorism.]
You have to wonder what would have happened had the Muslim Team not lost, last night. Did the show alter the challenges to meat the halal dietary laws that religious Muslims keep? I’ll bet they did. In past seasons, sooner or later, you must eat a non-halal meat item, to go on in the game.
Last night, it was pickled fish eyes–which don’t need halal certification. But I’d wager money that this would not have been the case this season, out of respect for Islam (the show has never been altered to accommodate potential kosher, vegan, lacto-ovo, or raw food contestants).
Regardless, Bilal’s and Sa’eed’s goal in being on the show was not met. In their online interviews, they talk about their main reason for doing this: changing the image that American’s have of Muslims.
Given what Muslims have done before and since 9/11, and especially over the weekend, I doubt these two in-your-face Muslims changed a thing. Still, we’d love to ask Bilal and Sa’eed to specifically condemn the violence against Catholics, this weekend, and against everyone else over the last several decades.
Don’t hold your breath for that to happen.

Weekend Read: Memo to Bin Laden From the Philadelphia Cell

By
Michael Smerconish, who I think is one of the best political columnists in America and is a New York Times best selling author (on whose morning radio show on WPHT in Philadelphia I often appear), wrote a great piece for his latest Philadelphia Inquirer column. Even though it’s about the weak war on terror, it’s got football, golf, Anna Nicole Smith, Jerry Springer, and even Baby Suri. You’ve got to read it.
Here’s an excerpt:

Memo
Date: 9/11/06
To: UBL
From: Philadelphia Cell
Allah Akbar, God is Great!
Greetings from the City of Brotherly Love, honorable Sheik, on the fifth anniversary of our great success against the Infidels. Your words are again proving to be correct. The enemy is not worthy. They really are the Google-glorifying, Blackberry-addicted, lap-dance loving, Starbucks-sucking, Gap-obsessed sectarians you believe them to be.
They have the attention span of young goats and lack any resolve to fight you on your terms.
Praise be to God, on Sunday night, no less than the so-called American Broadcasting Co. televised something called a “docudrama” about our success. Your embarrassment of the elected officials in two administrations caused great controversy. Despite the attention, only 13 million Americans watched, while 20 million tuned in to a football game.

More “24” PC on Islamic Terror?

By
We already told you that it appears that the upcoming season of “24” , rather than an accurate depiction of the war on terror. Now, there are more hints that this season’s “24” (beginning in January) will include PC attempts to dissuade us that terrorists are generally Islamic:
This week’s announcement from the show’s producers that gay, transvestite actor Eddie Izzard has been cast as a “villain” is not comforting–especially since we already know that the plot involves terrorism and a mosque (noted in a ). Izzard is a White male. Unless his character is a Muslim (which appears unlikely), we see visions of the political correctness of Season 4.

Eddie Izzard: New Villain on “24”

During that season, Muslim extremists from CAIR and MPAC (Muslim Public Affairs Council) vociferously which showed us Turkish Muslims living in L.A. and plotted to assassinate the Secretary of Defense, blow-up Air Force One with the President Aboard, and murder thousands of Americans through toxic gas releases, chemical weapons, and nuclear materiel.
As a result of their conniptions, the Muslim plot was watered down to include non-Muslim corporate criminals as part of the terror plot, not to mention an .
It appears that “villain” Izzard will be yet another instance in which key terror plot participants include non-Muslims.

Weekend Box Office: Glorifying Juvenile Prison, Vicious Anti-Christian “Documentary,” Immature Adults, Etc.

By
**** UPDATE: OOPS! I forgot one movie that I reviewed and which is being released nationwide today, “Conversations With Other Women.” See the review at the end of this entry, where it’s been added. ****
This weekend features a lot of new box office releases. Unfortunately, the only good one is an animated one for kids. Here’s the rundown:
* “Gridiron Gang“–My . Starring Duane Johnson a/k/a “The Rock,” and heavily marketed to Black America, this well-executed film glorifies juvenile murderers and other violent felons because they get the undeserved opportunity to play football. It’s message to them “You are somebody” has echoes of Jesse Jackson. Again, read . Skip-worthy.

* “Jesus Camp“–I originally planned to skip seeing this “documentary,” but publicists from ‘s Magnolia Films e-mailed me and asked if I’d review it. I was initially going to skip it because I figured the film–about fundamentalist Christian youth missionaries in America–would be an anti-Christian film portraying Christian kids with values as weirdoes and freaks. I thought it would be portrayed from the point of view of a liberal nightmare with the fallacious view of how Christians are destroying America.
And this film did not disappoint that expectation. The movie is also a not-so-veiled attack on President Bush, through the characters in the film. They openly voice and show their support for him throughout, we see his photo on the wall of some of the participants, view a cardboard cut-out of him at the Christian camp, and even hear audio clips from Bush speeches.
I’m not sure why Becky Fischer, the Evangelical Christian minister who trains young kids to be evangelists, agreed to be filmed for this. They portray her and the children in the worst light possible–all set to very eerie, scary music for maximum fearful effect. Although I am not a Christian, I have tremendous respect for religious Christians, and it pained me to watch this liberal propaganda silver screen screed defaming them.
First, it must be noted that the gruop represented in this film–at the evangelical camp–are just a small sliver of Christianity in America, and even of Fundamentalist/Evangelical Christianity in America. Also of note, the “protagonist” of this film is the local liberal Air America radio host, Mike Papantonio, who attacks fundamentalist Christians and Bush. A point of light: Air America is basically out of business now, but America’s Christians–a bulwark against extremist Muslims–remain numerous and strong.
Yet, even though this “documentary” tried its damnedest to defame Christian evangelicals, it couldn’t do as much damage as hoped. The kids in the movie are smart and strong-willed. They don’t succumb to peer pressure of those who mock them. They’re cute and sage well beyond their years. If all kids in America’s public schools shared their values and maturity, kids might actually learn something and get along.
But they’re not taught in public schools. They’re home-schooled and taught to question liberal theology, such as global warming. (That’s mocked by this movie, too.) Their parents–whom the film also tried to tear to shreds–still shine through as loving, devoted parents concerned about the values and ideologies with which their children will grow up. They’re true patriots and instill that in their kids, though that’s not the way this movie tries to portray them.
Perhaps Fischer regrets her comparison of teaching her kids to evangelize with Muslims who train their kids to murder via jihad. But we’d love to see these filmmakers–and especially of Magnolia Films–bankroll a documentary that’s far more important: Jihad Camp, and what young Muslims–in America, e Palestinian refugee camps, Hezbollah terror training camps for kids, and madrassahs all over the world–are taught.
But they’re far more slick and cunning, unlike Fischer and the fundamentalist Christians . . . and dishonest. They’ll never give those funded by Cuban and his various movie companies in the indie distribution chain the full, unfettered access to what they’re really saying and doing with their youths.
So, instead, the villain of the day is America’s Christian evangelical youth. Sorry, but they’re not the ones who inspire the flying of planes into buildings. Or anything close to it.
* “The Black Dahlia“–If you re-read ,” you can apply it to this movie, only this one’s a lot more dreadful (though I didn’t fall asleep during this one). It’s high on ’40s and ’50s style–fashion, make-up, cars, and sets. But low on plot, story, and everything else. It starts out well enough, but drags on. A few women’s breasts and a silly lesbian porn angle are thrown in because that’s all that can hold the audience’s attention in this bore. There’s no mystery in this “mystery.”
This long, disjointed movie–about two L.A. police officers’ investigation of the famed, brutal “Black Dahlia” murder of the late ’40s–may be labeled a “thriller,” but there’s nothing thrilling about it. It’s bizarre, non-sensical, complicated, and doesn’t really focus on the murder or its investigation. It’s more about the tawdry lives of the two cops–played by the Josh Hartnett and the talented Aaron Eckhart–who investigate the murder and their bed partners.
Just as in “Hollywoodland,” there’s no reason we should care about the woman murdered–your average star-wannabe who turns to porn to survive–or the people investigating her. They are unlikable and uninteresting. Ditto for “starlet” Hillary Swank, whose accent sounds blatantly fake. Scarlett Johansson co-stars and looks pretty, but it’s unclear why she’s there.

* “The Last Kiss“–Think the screaming, yelling and bickering of the couple in “,” minus the funny jokes. If you need more bickering and fighting than you already have in real life, this movie is for you. The frustratingly awful film is about couples just approaching their ’30s, featuring immature males who want to leave their female significant others.
The main couple–played by Zach Braff and Jacinda Barrett (who once was a self-centered, mean model on the MTV reality show, “The Real World: London”)–are unmarried and living together. When the Jenna discovers she is pregnant, Michael gets spooked and decides he is not ready to settle down with one woman. So he cheats on her with the beautiful Rachel Bilson. Another couple is married, but the father also wants to get away from his life of a crying baby and a yelling, unhappy wife.
Why should we enjoy this movie, which celebrates–besides yelling and screaming couples–immaturity, cheating, and leaving responsibilities of families for freedom and adventure? We shouldn’t. Movie posters for this film feature the tagline: “We all make choices. What’s yours?” This movie’s choice is to promote bad choices.
Enjoyed seeing the scenery of Madison, Wisconsin’s University of Wisconsin (where I got my law and MBA degrees), though. It’s unfortunate that it was wasted on this awful film.
* “Everyone’s Hero“–The most enjoyable film this week. It’s animated and great for adults who want to enjoy the kids film they’re taking their young family to see. It’s the charming story of a young boy’s thousand-mile journey to return Babe Ruth’s bat and help “the Babe” and the New York Yankees win the deciding game of the 1932 World Series.
* “Conversations with Other Women“–Yet another release, this weekend, starring the talented Aaron Eckhart–and Helena Bonham Carter, too. A man and a woman in their late ’30s meet at a wedding and begin flirting with each other. But did they just meet? Their conversation suggests they know each other from long before and have a history. What happens when you reunite with your one true love, but you can’t go back in time?
This movie is interesting and has its charm. But the dual/split screen technique gets old quickly and is distracting. Still, I found it entertaining, even though the ending isn’t satisfying and the message isn’t one with which I agree. Did not think a movie with basically only two characters having a prolonged conversation could hold my attention the way this one did.
