DebbieSchlussel.com has exclusively learned that the Obama Administration refuses to deport a Muslim illegal alien who was convicted of voter fraud, EVEN AFTER a Federal Court of Appeals (and every court before that) has ordered that he should be deported.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are rightfully angry that, despite their hard work in investigating Asif Gulzar Pasha, a Pakistani national who voted illegally in North Carolina in 2004 and falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen, he remains on U.S. soil. He’s living freely and snubbing his nose at them, even after the 11th Circuit U.S. Federal Court of Appeal ruled that he is guilty and ordered him deported (read the Court’s opinion). That was back in July 2012. In fact, Pasha bragged to ICE agents that he is still here and rubbed their noses in it. Pasha said that while the local ICE office was fighting to deport him, it was all for nothing because ICE Headquarters directed that Pasha NOT be deported and be left alone. HUH?

The Obama Administration has been claiming in documents and memos to ICE that only convicted felons are to be arrested and deported. But, as you know, that’s not what’s happening. And Pasha is yet another example. From the 11th Circuit’s opinion: Read the rest of this entry »

Hey, it’s yet another bomb plot “Act of Love” (according to Jeb Bush) by a Muslim illegal alien who came here on a student visa, stayed here and wasn’t deported b/c, hey, his lawbreaking is no biggie, and he deserves amnesty, right?

In this case, El Mehdi Semlali Fahti, not only illegally overstayed his visa, but played the easily-gamed asylum claims system by lying to an immigration judge, claiming he would be subject to beatings if he was returned to his native Muslim Morocco. He also committed two more JebBushian “Acts of Love” when he was arrested twice–once in Virginia (for trespassing) and once in California (for theft); yup, he got around–without being arrested or deported by hamstrung Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

FBI officials say they’ve arrested a Moroccan national in Connecticut in an alleged plot to fly bombs on drone-like devices into a school and a federal building. Authorities say they arrested 27-year-old El Mehdi Semlali Fahti on Monday and found wires and tools in his Bridgeport apartment. The Connecticut Post first reported the arrest. It’s time for yet another edition of “Your Day in Islamic Immigration to America.” And it’s yet another of the dividends of George W. Bush’s ill-advised war in Iraq, which handed the country from one sect of Muslims who hate us to another sect of Muslims who hate us. The only thing we got out of the Iraq war other than a lot of Americans dead or amputated and mutilated was a whole lot of Iraqi immigrants, many of ’em Muslim. Iraqi immigrants like convicted rapist Salam Al Haideri.

Haideri, 24, who came here as a “refugee” from Iraq and has been on tax-funded entitlements to date, was just convicted of a brutal rape of a 19 year old. He is the third tax-funded Arab refugee from Iraq convicted of rape in the Albany, New York area, since 2010. (I’ve told you about other such instances elsewhere involving Iraqi Muslim immigrants.) Alhamdillullah [praise allah].

A jury needed less than two hours on Thursday to convict an Iraqi refugee of brutally raping a 19-year-old woman behind a trash bin in Colonie after meeting her at a downtown bar last year. Salam Al Haideri, 24, of Niskayuna, faces 25 years in prison after the jury of nine men and three women found him guilty of predatory sex assault and first-degree rape. The panel began deliberating at 11:20. It reached its verdict at 1 p.m. — and that included time for lunch and a brief break to ask the judge a question. Acting Supreme Court Justice Roger McDonough set sentencing for May 16. Al Haideri is the third Middle East refugee — all brought to the Capital Region under the same federally funded resettlement program — to be convicted of a sex crime since 2010. Are three men who beat a U.S. Army veteran and shouted anti-U.S. Army, racist, and homophobic slurs at him, Muslim? More, um, “workplace violence” in Michigan? Sure looks like it.

A U.S. Army veteran who served in Afghanistan was brutally beaten by three men at a gas station in the Detroit-area suburb of Westland on Thursday. They shouted anti-U.S. Army slurs at the man, as well as racist and homophobic insults. The men gave a hard time to the clerk at the gas station, and the veteran asked them to stop. When they followed him outside and saw U.S. Army and military insignia on his car, they shouted anti-U.S. Army slurs and also attacked the man, who is White, because they were upset that the U.S. Army allows Blacks to serve. The men were arrested after videotape of them was shown on Detroit’s NBC affiliate.

If you look at the photos, at least two of the men look like they are Arabs. And the Arabs who live in Westland, not far from Dearbornistan, are generally Muslim. It will be interesting to hear their names, once they are arraigned. I note, also, that the Detroit Free Press’ resident Muslim propagandist, Niraj Warikoo, who writes about religion and Islamic terrorists for whom he makes apologies and performs whitewashes, wrote the Free Pressistan’s “report” on the incident. But his story does not contain ANY information about the men shouting racist slurs at the Army veteran. As I’ve pointed out in the past, that’s the SOP in Warikoo’s, er, “reporting”–whitewashing people he believes might be Muslim. And it’s the only reason I can imagine why he’s even reporting on this story, as his beat, again, is “religion” and whitewashing Islam and Islamic terrorists. As I’ve repeatedly noted on this site and elsewhere for decades, Islam and Muslims are very racist and refer to Blacks as “abeed” (plural) and “abed” (singular), which means, “slave,” but is the Islamic and Arabic version of the N-word.

When I was a kid, on Sunday mornings and afternoons, Mickey Rooney’s “Andy Hardy” movies were among the only viewing choices on TV (that was before cable). I found the movies boring, but my parents told me about Rooney and who he was, how he’d entertained Americans for decades, and was a patriotic actor. And that’s how I’ll remember Rooney, born Joseph Yule Jr., who died yesterday at 93. He was among the last of the patriotic, pro-American actors in Hollywood. And he proudly enlisted and served during World War II.

Yes, it’s true that, personally, Rooney, was married 8 times and had eleven kids. It’s also true that he had gambling and drug addictions, and filed for bankruptcy. He also testified before Congress that he suffered elder abuse at the hands of one of his stepchildren, who bullied him and spent his money.

But I won’t remember him for those things. I’ll remember Rooney as the diminutive actor whose career spanned from silent film to big feature films, who entertained Americans during the Depression and World War II and gave them a couple of hours distraction from everything that was going on. Nothing that amazing in the new offerings at the movies, this weekend, but what’s outrageous is that Michigan taxpayers financed one of the new movies, which is nothing but an absolutely awful attempt at Muslim propaganda.

* “Captain America: The Winter Soldier“: This is okay and much better than the first “Captain America” movie (read my review). But it’s still not a great movie The special effects and action–which this movie is full of–are decent. But the story is dumb and confusing. And, once again, Hollywood tries so hard to avoid Muslim terrorists and infiltrators as a plotline that it chooses rogue Nazis from World War II in modern day America. Really? Plus, the movie makes several pointed attempts at commentary against the NSA and government surveillance to the point that I almost thought Captain America was actually Edward Snowden in disguise. As you begin your weekend, please pray for the recovery of Steve Utash, the White victim of the racist Black Detroit mob, about whom I told you yesterday. Utash, a working-class tree trimmer, is the man who found himself in the unfortunate situation of accidentally hitting a 10-year-old Black kid, who darted into the middle of a street and into oncoming traffic in Detroit.

Utash, as I told you, did the morally right (and legally required) thing by pulling over to see if the kid was okay and trying to help him. And, as a result, he was subject to a severely brutal beating at the hands of 10-20 Black men, who nearly killed him. Utash has been in a coma in the hospital since then–and could die, while the kid has knee abrasions and a swollen lip. There’s a lesson in this for anyone driving in an urban Black neighborhood. Just keep driving and call the police from your cellphone. Otherwise, you could end up in the same place as Utash. You could choose to be liberal and ignore all of this and have an “open” mind, but you might also end up with an open (cracked open) head.

Clearly, Utash is a good guy. He could have sped off, but wanted to check on the welfare of this kid who just ran into the middle of traffic and whose parents were nowhere to be seen. And for that, Utash may have given his life. Let’s hope not. Put this kind man in your prayers and say a prayer for his recovery.

Steve Utash, a tree trimmer from Roseville, is a good guy, the kind who cares about others and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, his daughter says. Thursday night, his family was keeping vigil at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, where he was unconscious and clinging to life after being beaten by a group of men on Detroit’s east side Wednesday. The attack happened after his pickup truck hit 10-year-old David Harris, who stepped off a curb into its path. Ugly LPGA golfer chicks (at least I think they’re chicks but only the gynecologist knows for sure) are upset with Golf Digest for putting model Paulina Gretzky on the magazine’s cover, after a series of other models, like Kate Upton. These sensible-shoes-endowed golfer feminists are upset that the magazine hasn’t put a female pro golfer on the cover since 2008. And they’re obviously jealous that good-looking models make it to magazine covers instead of second rate golfers who make a living at it only because they have vaginas for plumbing.

I’ve been quoted in Golf Digest before about the whiny, phony chick golfers. And I’ve long argued, dating back to my appearances on ESPN and FOX Sports back in 2000 and beyond, that pro sports–especially women’s fake “pro sports”–are showbiz. Sexualization of everything isn’t a good thing. But we live in a Kardashian, celeb-obsessed, vain society. Women’s sports is only about who looks good, not who can best do a fourth-rate imitation of a man playing pro sports. Nobody wants to see an LPGA player who looks only slightly better than Janet Napolitano on the cover of a magazine. It doesn’t sell. Scantily-clad models sell, for better or for worse, especially to the target demo of 25-45-year-old males to whom advertisers want to sell golf clubs, resort vacations, and so on. But even women don’t buy magazines with ugly women on the cover. Check out the covers of Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and Allure, the next time you’re at the drugstore. Okay, so Glamour and Vogue had Michelle Obama on the cover, but everybody makes mistakes. In any event, nobody cares about who is the best of the bottom 50% of pro-golfers, which is what the LPGA Tour is.

Anna Kournikova got that in the late ’90s and early 2000s, when she made millions in endorsements and was all over the tabloids, even though she hadn’t cracked women’s tennis’ top ten at the time and hadn’t won a major tournament. The racist, anti-Israel Williams sisters, at the top of the women’s game, couldn’t get arrested because they were–how do you say it?–“looks-challenged” or, um, “differently-visaged.” Plus people thought their milk mustaches in the ad were real Williams facial hair or that it was really the Wayans Brothers in the ad. VenuSerena constantly whined, “raaaaaayyyycism!” But it was really just, you’re very ugly. (Plus the Williams Bros are arrogant and act like the world owes them. It ain’t attractive.)

And, now, it is the same thing all over again. The LPGA hags are upset that they aren’t on the cover but a model is.

With a provocative pose, Paulina Gretzky will be the cover girl in the upcoming issue of Golf Digest. That doesn’t sit well with some LPGA tour stars. Read the rest of this entry »

I guess I’m the only one who noticed that Barack Obama paid nearly $17 for a Reuben sandwich, right before he gave his “I’m a man of the people/down wit da struggle” pro-minimum wage hike speech. Yes, that’s right. Obama ate a $16.50 Reuben at one of America’s most expensive delis, just right before he talked about how difficult it is to live on the current minimum wage (as if he has any idea). The irony is thicker than the sandwich’s corned beef paired with Swiss cheese.

The local media showed Obama eating at Zingerman’s Deli in Ann Arbor, but didn’t think, apparently, that it was appropriate to note that the Reuben he ate there costs $16.50 (or–big bargain alert!–$13.99 for a half). I mean, why get in the way of his phony populist, common man BS routine? For the record, since I keep kosher, I’ve never had a Reuben (the kosher diet prohibits eating dairy and meat together–and Zingerman’s is NOT a kosher restaurant; its owner and founder, Ari Weinzweig, is a pork-, bacon-, and lard-loving Jew). If Barack Obama had 10-20 sons . . . .

Funny, no Trayvon Martin-style outrage over this: a White driver accidentally hits a kid with his car in Detroit. He pulls over to see if the kid is okay (BIG MISTAKE!) and is beaten almost to death by a mob of 11 Black guys who also rob him. Yeah, that’s Detroit and that’s the REAL racism in America.

Reports say the kid he hit sustained only a broken leg as a result of the accident, but for pulling over and doing the “morally right” thing in the American killing field I call Detroitistan, the poor White schnook was rushed to the hospital where he is in critical condition and clinging to life. He was also lucky that some random, courageous Black woman stepped in and yelled at the Black mob to stop (assuming her story is accurate). She saved this guy’s life. And, sadly, she is the real minority in “Get Whitey” Detroit. She refused to give her name to a Detroit news radio station. Gee, I wonder why. She might get Da Soul Fatwah declared upon her. Then, there’s the other Black woman, who proudly declared, “He got his.” But, hey, we have affirmative action, Obamaphones, and minority set-asides, so this kind of brutal racist attack could never even happen. I must be making it up, right?

This is why White (and suburban Black) drivers dread driving anywhere in D-Mecca:
