Religion of Peace . . . & Illegal Alien Document Fraud

By Debbie Schlussel

Meet Rizwan Ahmed of Staten Island, New York.  The Muslim Pakistani illegal alien wanted to stay here, and he found a willing partner in Hazel Benson, who sold her dead boy’s identity to him for a cool $10,000.   Sorry your son died, but then to use that tragedy to sell out your country?

Sadly, there are far too many more where Ms. Benson came from.  And far more, who unlike Mr. Ahmed, succeed in their illegal alien document fraud schemes.

Lots of questions here: Who is Rizwan Ahmed? Why was he here? How did he manage to stay here for “several years”? And what was he planning? Was he just a “deli worker,” or was that his cover for something far more evil . . . like a terrorist plot against America? Oh, and how does an apparently illegal alien get a job working at a deli for “several years”? Where is his work permit (which illegal aliens can’t get)?  Where is ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) on this?

It sounds like ICE agents should be pulling a dragnet on the Muslims who operate Night Grocery, the way they did on the Jewish-owned kosher meat-packing plant, Agriprocessors, in Postville, Iowa (whose workers were Hispanic Catholics, not the far more dangerous Muslims from Pakistan a la Mr. Rizwan). But don’t hold your breath. ICE chief John Moron doesn’t have the juice . . . or the guts.  Watch Ahmed do the perp walk:

Rizwan Ahmed being lead out of the 120 Pct.

Authorities say a Pakistani-born deli worker from Stapleton forked over $10,000 to acquire the identity of a child who died in 1996.

But the state DMV didn’t fall for the dodge, and now investigators are probing whether there was a more sinister motive than the suspect’s explanation that he needed the ID to get a New York driver’s license.

Law enforcers say Rizwan Ahmed, 24, was willing to pay thousands of dollars to assume the identity of Michael Keller, an 8-year-old who died of respiratory arrest in 1996.

Ahmed stands accused of paying $10,000 to Hazel Benson, Michael’s mother, for the boy’s birth certificate and Social Security number.

Once that transaction was completed, Ahmed went to the borough’s Department of Motor Vehicles office in Travis on June 3 with the dead child’s information and filled out two application forms, court papers allege.

The applications didn’t pass muster, though. An internal DMV review sparked a police investigation, and now Ahmed and Ms. Benson face felony charges.

A flustered Ms. Benson told the Advance that “stupidity and desperation” led her to sell her dead boy’s information. “[I was] desperate for funds, which I never received. … I wasn’t really thinking straight. I had a handicapped mother, and I really, really wanted to care for her.” . . .

“I went with Hazel Brown [Benson] to the DMV to get a license,” Ahmed told investigators after his arrest, according to court papers. “I paid her $10,000 to get documents because I knew I couldn’t get an American ID.

Authorities say Ahmed works at the Day & Night Grocery at 466 Bay St. An employee there, Mohammad Aziz, confirmed yesterday that Ahmed had worked there for several years.

Ms. Benson told the Advance she did not go with Ahmed to the DMV, nor receive $10,000. She said she knew Ahmed through his uncle, whom she identified as Ali, since meeting him in Brooklyn in the 1980s, and had dealt primarily with the older man.

Benson claims she didn’t get the money, but I don’t buy it. People don’t commit a crime as serious as this . . . “just ‘cuz” and before seeing the dough.

Do you believe her sob story? Her mother couldn’t be handled by Medicaid? Think Obamacare will end this kind of thing happening? Think again. But I’m sure we’ll hear something making that argument: Ya see, without Obamacare, people help potential Islamic terrorists . . . .

We are at war. And the war is not in Afghanistan or Iraq. It’s on our own shores. And anyone who enables Muslim illegal aliens to remain here and assume a fake identity is giving aid and comfort to the enemy in wartime. I can think of no more direct definition of a traitor.

****  UPDATE – Reader “commonsense” writes:

I wonder – how did Rizwan Ahmed, a menial deli worker, amass ten thousand dollars to pay for someone else’s identity?  This detail cries out for an investigation.

Lately it seems like a day doesn’t go by when there is another story of some sort of attack on our country, not from an external enemy but from within. And it’s always Muslims. Muslims who want to kill Americans, blow up our buildings and cause havoc on our own shores. As long as we have a Muslim faithful Pretender in Chief in the WH we will always be under attack.

Legal or illegal, mozzies DO NOT belong here!!!! Whether they are American citizens or illegals, they are still the animals that they were born as!

Off track, here’s the latest news from Maryland:

A Montgomery County teacher has agreed to apologize to a 13-year-old student whom he reprimanded and sent to the office for twice refusing to stand during the Pledge of Allegiance, said a lawyer who represents the student.

The unidentified student was embarrassed and humiliated after the teacher called a school security officer to escort her to the counselor’s office, said Ajmel Quereshi, a lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland who is representing the family. The student has not returned to Roberto Clemente Middle School in Germantown since the incident in late January but plans to return to class this week, he said.

How is this worse than Israeli agents stealing the identities of innocent English & Australian people to murder a person (bad person or not, let a court decide) in Dubai?

AC: Yup, a Dubai court was really going to “try” the top HAMAS official they welcomed into their hotel and on their shores to by weapons with which to kill Jews. Uh-huh. Sure. The difference is that the Israelis got rid of a mass murderer who would have murdered more. And they quickly left the country when their job was done. This kid was an illegal alien who planned to stay and commit who knows what against innocent civilian Americans, NOT HAMAS mass-murderers. Get a clue. DS

The Israeli did a huge favor for humanity. All what I hear people whining and bitching about who killed a top terrorist. Imad Mugniah caused more harm to the U.S.A., Australia and Europe at one time than he did to Israel.

Who did take care of the cleaning? Of course Israel, and not our agents.

You want to get a driving license as an illegal alien? Pretty simple. Go to different offices, pay $50.00 in bribes and you will get it, even without a test or without being able to speak English at all.

Our agents doing nothing about it.

Stop bitching for the Israeli are saving our lives.

Let us explore the following…he came here seeking a better life. Where does a twenty four year old get ten thousand dollars? How will the liberals explain this?

Any nation that can’t control its borders, won’t be a nation for long.

Debbie, I know this guy. I live in the neighborhood where the deli is located. I was shocked to see this story in the Staten Island Advance. He seems to be a really nice guy. He always has a smile and is friendly with customers. he’s always been friendly towards me. I hope he’s not up to some Muslim jihadi stuff. He doesn’t seem the type.
There is another Pakistani guy named Mohammed who works as a cashier in the store. He looks like a sneaky weasel. He’s more the type. He walks around looking angry all the time.
Maybe they’re both in on something.
My question is, where does Ahmed get $10,000 from? He works in a deli. Is it jihadi money?

TS: They are all “really nice” with a “smile” . . . to your face. DS

Hey Shadow, I’m the guy who forwarded the story to Debbie. I am in Thomkinsville. Guess we are neighbors. I don’t get over to Bay often, so I don’t know this deli. I had the same thought…where in the world did this guy get $10,000? Shouldn’t the IRS (amongst other Fed agencies) be looking into this. Shouldn’t this be in a Fed Court? If he used the mail for any of this fraud, then that alone is a Fed offence. I am very curious to see if and how the local media follow this story up.

Bob: Good to see a neighbor at the great Debbie Schlussel’s site.
$10,000 is a lot of money to pay just to be able to get a drivers license. I’m hope the Feds are checking the rest of the store’s employees and the owner.
Something smells. I know the Mohammed guy hooked up with an American woman and married her. He looks like the type who would smile in your face and stab you in the back.
