Uggh – VIDEO: Rapper Who Threatened to Kill Girlfriend Raps in Michigan Court; Thanks, Judge Chmura

By Debbie Schlussel

Meet Callius Moon, rapper and criminal (but, then, I repeat myself). Moon, age 26, who threatened to kill his girlfriend, made an appearance yesterday via jailhouse video in the suburban Detroit courtroom of Judge John Chmura. The only thing more annoying than a guy who raps instead of speaking in court has to be a judge who allows it to go on, instead of finding this clown in contempt of court and demanding respect. I guess somebody forgot that the term, “court jester,” doesn’t–and shouldn’t-apply to America’s courtrooms. Watch the video (sorry for the horrid sound, but the TV station pulled the report . . . not sure why):

Now that rapper Moon has been granted a court-appointed attorney, hopefully he’ll have someone speaking on his behalf who doesn’t rhyme. Good thing Johnny Cochran is no longer available. More info on his hip-hop arraignment session here.

An annoying and unintelligible thug rapping his plea. How quaint.

The guy’s a regular Einstein, I can tell.

It’s the pinheaded Judge Chmura who should be taken to task as he supposedly should know better to allow such antics in a courtroom.
Good column, Debbie, and just another sign of the continuing decline of our so-called civilization.

“Rapping” on TV (from prison) in a courtroom. And a white liberal judge that has no balls. American justice system, ya gotta love it!

The kid’s an obvious retard, but what is the judge’s problem? He should have tightened him up like that judge down in Florida did with that chick that got smart with him. And, it’s not hard to figure out why the TV station pulled the audio. It is part of the same racist censorship that goes on with the media when they try to soft peddle black crime. The main stream media censors and hides a lot of things, and they have been getting caught red handed doing it lately on a regular basis. That kid will end up in Michigan state prison doing a life bit within a year, wait and see.

Shot at the gorilla house at the zoo? No? Yes? I’m such a “racist”.

Wouldn’t want a judge to appear “insensitive” to a guttural culture different from his own. That could be interpreted the wrong way. That young idiot is destined for great things(inside). Along with a whole lot of his buddies.

Can I please have the last 10 minutes of my life back! This story, this article, that “rapper” and the judge are all a complete waste of time!

How am I supposed to have any faith in our judicial system? Is this the level of common sense a judge can be expected to have? He allows an illiterate thug to act in total contempt of court and calls him “very impressive”. Would he weigh that menacing retard’s testimony equally against mine? What a disgusting downward spiral.

I’ve never heard of appearing in court via jaolhouse video. The defendant doesn’t have to appear in court?

“Booga Booga, mo’ gravy” comes to mind when I see his image ….

He’s another punk in a long list who thinks he can dump on the legal system at will and remain unscathed. True, we have judges on all levels who lack the intestinal fortitude to smack these a**holes down and put them where they belong.

I wonder what his rap routine will be to get out of being Bubba’s next dance card? Let’s see how that work out for him. Just another “JAMF” (Jive-Ass Mother F***er)
