Who is Brian Moskowitz?

The U.S. Customs Service was the oldest and most effective law enforcement agency in U.S. history. But with the merger of Customs with the INS into Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), under the Homeland Security reorganization, it has become among the worst. Customs agents feared “legacy” INS agents would cripple their once proud agency. While that’s happened in some instances, in other instances, the problems have come from a surprising source, ambitious legacy Customs officials. A prime example of this is Brian Moskowitz, Special Agent in Charge of ICE for Michigan and Ohio, an aggressively ambitious liberal who has delusions of grandeur about becoming Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of ICE. In 2000, Moskowitz was chosen by Hillary and Bill’s liberal Customs Commissioner Ray Kelly (who made affirmative-action hiring and promotions, not crime-stopping, Customs’ key mission) for the prestigious, career-advancing Customs Leadership Institute (he’s one of the five White males hidden in the back of the photo).
Moskowitz is based in Detroit, and unfortunately, he’s gotten just a tad too close to “former” PFLP terrorist and eternal FBI award revokee , a man whom he should be investigating–a man who is tightly connected to an that Moskowitz’s office used to be investigating. That is, until Moskowitz came to town and became chummy with Mr. Hamad. (The charity openly gave to HAMAS for three years (and is believed to be continuing to do so), and, at a secret L.A. fundraiser, solicited funds for more uprisings by insurgents against Americans, like the one in Fallujah.)
When I tried to get an interview with Moskowitz about his strange new relationship with Hamad, his PR person, Greg Palmore, said Moskowitz was declining the interview because, “It won’t enhance Brian Moskowitz’s career.” “Funny,” I told Palmore, “I thought you worked for ICE, not the Brian Moskowitz Career Enhancement Society.”
Following that, I got this CYA e-mail from Abu Moskowitz. He claims he was typing it from his car. As a friend remarked: Wow, he types with one hand, covers his ass with the other, and it’s amazing he didn’t hit anyone on Telegraph Road (the way to his home in a posh Detroit area neighborhood). Again, he is the Special Agent in Charge, so he, and he alone, calls the shots on what interviews he does. He’s not taking orders from his press lackey. Too bad he lied about it.:

The comments that Greg allegedly made below are not in any way, shape, or form my sentiments and played no part in ICE’s decision not to participate in the interview at this time. It is my understanding that Greg made this comment in a heated converation with you and while his intentions were good he apparently gave his personal opinion as opposed our position. Unfortunately, you don’t know me but if you did you would know that my only motivation would be to do what is in the best interests of law enforcement, the public, and the agency.
I respect your dedication, persistence and obvious passion for what you do, but I think for you to print what is stated below knowing and/or with the intent of having people believe that it was the basis of any decision would be factually wrong, misleading to your constituency and and a diservice to the public.

LMAO!! While I agree wholeheartedly with you assessment of “Jewishleader,” I just couldn’t resist the urge to, shall we say, realign your thinking a bit when it comes to home schooling.

I’m not sure why it is supposed that home-schooled people are the more ignorant among us. I think it probably has something to do with the impulse to malign things we don’t understand.

The truth is that Jewishleader’s diatribe actually smacked of a public school education, deficient as it is in anything remotely resembling the ability to spell, use grammar, or express a thought coherently.

The truth is, if Jewishleader had been home schooled, he probably wouldn’t have advanced such an obviously rude and ad hominum argument in the first place. Quite the contrary. The fact is, he probably would have agreed with Ms. Schlussel’s assessments anyway, or failing that, would have had the ability to advance his argument far more convincingly than poor old publicly schooled JL.

John Chakwin Jr is cut from the same cloth as Marcy’s boi, Brian. Chakwin is dumb as a bag of door knobs but he some how manages to bully agents even better than his old buddy, Kyle “Bully” Barnette. Me thinks ICE ran Barnette off earlier this year because he conspired with Chakwin to discriminate against senior Dallas agents in violation of federal law.
Rumor is that Brian will soon be rewarded with a SES promotion. HQ sources say Chakwin may not be so lucky. Apparently Chakwin is King of EEO complaints at the ICE Company. Numerous EEO complaints have been filed against Chakwin over the years. HQ sources report that Chakwin was forced out of Jacksonville, after he was forced out of Atlanta due to settle EEO violations of age discrimination by the terminal GS/15. Jr has at least three formal EEO complaints in the hopper now. Rumor is that another will be filed against him later this month.
OPR “auditors” have recently been sniffing around Dallas. Chakwin, his DSAC & his senior ASAC are universally despised by the vast majority of SAC Dallas agents and support staff. Over a dozen managers have left SAC/Dallas under Chakwin’s reign of terror. Chakwin accused his best ASAC of mutiny because he refused to lie and cover up Chakwin’s well know abuses of power. Chakwin hates it when anyone knows more than him (90% of non mouth breathers are smarter than the Bully known as JC junior) Chakwin and his well know temper are back in Dallas after his failed acting stint as Director of Operations in HQ. Chakwin has a reputation for being “an empty suit” with a bad temper and only one friend, Marcy PP Foreman, who is currently circling the drain Director of ICE Investigations.
Chakwin is on thin ICE and the entire office is watching him closely. It seems the “ice” (pun intended) under JC junior is about to crack. Agents in the office are not likely to throw junior a life line at this point. The most hated ICE SAC has managed to piss off the FBI, DEA, US Attorney, and the Director of DFW DPS so severely that ICE agents in Dallas say their job performance and cooperation with other agencies is at an all time low. Whoa there!! America has no culture? I suppose Ralph Waldo Emerson, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson were all just a bunch of slackers then, huh?? George Washington Carver, the Ford assembly line, the New York City Ballet, filterless Lucky’s, Tennessee Williams, AND the 1957 Chevy?? Not to mention the single most powerful and longest lasting governmental document in the history of statehood (that would be the American Constitution, in case you aren’t sure what I’m talking about).

I understand that in the past few decades, we’ve been dissolving the better elements of our culture into the stinking hot mess that is the public school system, but I don’t think we can ignore the best of our cultural product over the years.

As to McDonald’s? It’s one of the most successful private business of all time. Ever. Go to Paris and you will find one about every 1-1/2 miles. Obviously, no one waiting in line for their “Royale with Cheese” is worried about America’s lack of culture over there.

As to the rest of the world, I’d rather be eating a Big Mack in Detroit than wrapped up in a bed sheet walking 5 steps behind some man in Bagdad. And don’t let the light of Europe’s history blind you to the fact that they haven’t produced anything other than devastating wars and horrific genocides in over a century. Hell, we had to go in and save their a$$es in 2 of them, a fact for which they’ve never stopped hating us, poor bastards.

No, Europe has been culturally bankrupt for over 100 years, so the cultural competition from them is practically nonexistent. Its so slim, in fact, that on the streets of Paris, Frenchmen go to BURGER KING to sit at bistro tables with actual silverware and a bottle of wine along with their Whoppers and “French” fries!! LMAO!!

First of all, if you read the bio correctly, it says that she was only 21 years old at the time AND she only lost by 1 vote. That’s actually pretty amazing.

Second of all, the “real” Islam seems to be fairly difficult to define these days, doesn’t it? I mean, if you’re talking about all those presumably non-violent, peace-loving Muslims out there, well, where the hell are they when our embassy gets bombed and our flags burned overseas? Why aren’t they out in the streets counter-protesting all the violence in the name of Islam?? Because they’re afraid to, that’s why. Great religion ya got there, dear.

We have freedom of religion in America and I, for one, believe in our way of life. And that’s a mightly lucky fact for Islam, ain’t it?? But I’m not in any way legally obliged to ACCEPT Islam, real or otherwise, and neither is Ms. Schlussel. And THAT, my friend, is the real nature of freedom of religion.
