Your Day in Islamic “Modesty”: ICE Deports Palestinian Illegal Alien Rapist; Over a Dozen Criminal Convictions

By Debbie Schlussel

In excess of 90% of Jordanians are actually Palestinians, so when you hear “Jordanian citizen,” you can bet the guy is a Palestinian, and this one had a record of sex crimes. Were they with kids? Good riddance, Habibi!

Shukran [Thanks], America, for Letting Me Rape Your Infidel Chicks

NEW ORLEANS – A Jordanian citizen with more than a dozen criminal convictions in Illinois ranging from felony sexual assault to unlawfully carrying a weapon was removed from the United States to Jordan Tuesday by officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Nassar Issa Ibrahim Nassar, 49, was initially encountered by ICE on Oct. 17, 2011, when he was arrested at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport while attempting to re-enter the country. A check of his fingerprints by U.S. Customs and Border Protection revealed an outstanding criminal warrant for assault and battery in Cook County, Ill. Despite the issuance of an ICE detainer, Cook County released Nassar from custody the following day.

“The daily release of criminal aliens into the streets, rather than into ICE custody, demonstrates how dangerous the current Cook County ordinance is to public safety,” said ERO Chicago Field Office Director Ricardo Wong. “Due to the current ordinance barring local law enforcement from honoring ICE’s detainers, egregious criminals are released to continue their criminal activities and endanger innocent people. ICE will continue to raise these public safety concerns with Cook County.”

Uh-huh, as opposed to ICE’s releases of thousands of illegal aliens into the great American abyss and ICE’s cancellation, under Barack Obama, of a program we spent tens of millions on to train and work with local police to capture illegal alien criminals and take them off our streets. ICE is hypocritical in whining about Cook County, because ICE does the same thing.

ICE’s Criminal Alien Program ultimately located and arrested Nassar more than 6 months later on May 9, 2012, at a Cook County residence. A federal immigration judge ordered Nassar removed from the country August 22, 2012, based upon his status as an alien convicted of two or more crimes of moral turpitude and as an alien convicted of a firearms offense.

Exit questions: how long was this al-scumbag in the United States the first time he came here and committed all of his violent crimes? And how did he get here?

Betcha we never get the answers ‘cuz they want us to remain ignorantly blissful. If this guy committed more than a dozen crimes in Illinois (and those are only the ones for which he was charged and convicted), he was probably here a good while. I wonder if he fathered any anchor babies.

Another question is how was walking the streets as a free man with all the violent felony convictions on his record?

Another question is what’s to stop him from sneaking back to the US again?

Nothing! As Debbie pointed out awhile back, we have no federal program in place to track visitor/student visa holders and ensure they will actually abide by the terms of their visa and leave when their visa expires. DHS and ICE don’t really know how many illegal aliens are actually in the US. Nassar is simply the tip of a vast iceberg.

If there is amnesty, he’ll probably be forgiven in spite of multiple felony arrests and convictions – should he return here at some point in the future.

NormanF on March 15, 2013 at 9:01 pm

Its possible he has American wives and children.

By the way, this is is the kind of upstanding illegal alien the Obama Administration, the Senate Gang Of 8 and GOP amnesty cheerleaders want to give a path to US citizenship to.

If they get it their way, the Nassar Issa Ibrahim Nassars of the world will be allowed to stay here forever.

Only in America.

“Bye the way, this is is the kind of upstanding illegal alien the Obama Administration, the Senate Gang Of 8 and GOP amnesty cheerleaders want to give a path to US citizensip to.”

Got that correct Norman, and if any of us on this blog dear’s to forward this story to Marco Rubio and the other 7 so-called “Gang Of 8” US Senators they’ll probably dismiss this truthful link as “conspiracy” or get this, “racism”!

Or if there aware of stories like this and afraid to admit potentially of them being probably off by La Raza that if they mention a story such as this and other crimes of illegal-aliens they won’t get the lobbying money from La Raza?

He was just another lost soul trying to fulfill his dreams. This stuff is getting pretty old. We have more regard for criminal aliens than for people who are legally here.

All I can say is that it’s time for a nationwide “star chamber” … without Michael Douglas.

Pray Hard on March 16, 2013 at 9:51 am

I think you mean 90% of “Palestinians” are actually Jordanians, Debbie.

Robert Lefkowitz on March 16, 2013 at 9:59 am

Whether it’s 90% of Jordanians are Palestinians or 90% of Palestinians are Jordanians, most genuine scholars of Middle East history conclude that Jordan IS Palestine. So if there are any non-Jordanian so-called Palestinians that yearn for a Palestinian homeland, there’s only one place they should go to: Jordan. Of course, Jordan kicked out a lot of Palestinians many years ago, but if they really want to return to their Palestinian homeland of Jordan, they should return there and demand reparations from Jordan.

“Deportation” is just a word. It is not punishment with a sense of finality. For the most part, it is meaningless.

“Removal Operations”. I love the name of that group. I would like to see that their budget gets quadrupled.

Why turn him over to the county? Especially when they knew, or should have known, of the “ordinance” to not honor ICE detainers. This illustrates the complete lack of law enforcement professionalism at ICE/HSI. This scumbag could have easily been turned over to HSI agents and prosecuted perhaps prosecuted under a re-entry or other charge.

This also showcases the ridiculousness of the whole immigration “law enforcement” charade. The whole system is a joke, why was this scumbag admitted, then place a worthless “detainer”, and then it took over a year to be picked up again.

What was Congress thinking when they decided to make Customs, a premier investigative agency, part of this whole cesspool. I know they though that by inputting Customs into the mix it would fix the immigration agency. But it has backfired tremendously, Customs is now bogged down by the horrendous bureaucracy and incompetence of immigration, and forced to promote incompetent clowns through agency “affirmative action” because they can’t discriminate against the under-privaleged, under-trained, and incompetent ins “minorities”.

This story is just the tip of the iceberg, stuff like this has been going on for DECADES.

Why don’t you sit yourself down to a keg of STFU…you’re whining about your beloved customs cupcakes is really getting tiresome. I’ve seen more than my fair share of your beloved butt-buddies fuck up a wet dream!

IceNoMore on March 19, 2013 at 1:55 pm

IceMoron, you really do have an oral/anal fixation; if you prefer to read about how great ICE is then go to ICE.GOV, there you will find all the sweet stuff you prefer, except for the protein, it’s your version of nirvana. Have a nice read 🙂

Mr. MF Jones on March 20, 2013 at 2:01 pm

        @MoFo “No Cojones” Jones,

You customs clowns are the ones with oral/anal fixation because you douchebags smoke each other’s poles and rimjob each other for your cheesy promotions and to keep in good standing with the Golden Boys Club. Your days of faux grandeur have long left the building.

I never liked ICE and pulled the pin before I was mandatory because I was tired of the politics, back stabbing, and general BS most of which was perpetrated by your pals. I came from the old Border Patrol and INS Investigations….back when it was the real deal, not this spineless dog and pony show it is now.

So that said, why don’t you sit back and read all those inflated fairy tales about how great you clowns thought you were and finish out your pathetic career; I may entertain your whining then but don’t hold your hand to your ass waiting; it’ll grow attached.

IceNoMore on March 20, 2013 at 9:23 pm

BP and ins “investigations, ooohh, now we know why you’re such an ignorant moron, and don’t know shit from shinola. Have to give you credit; you do know dog shit from cow shit, and all about cactuses, and cactus shit, and how to take a shit in the open field. So you probably didn’t feel right when you got to the city, with sidewalks, and flushing toilets, and shit, huh? An you was taken to task and expected to perform by Customs when they took over, and couldn’t hack not even a simple surveillance, so you left. Funny though because a lot of your buds did take advantage of the higher pay grades, you know, the ones awarded to shits like you without any experience as a criminal investigator, ICE/HSI is full of them right now, which is the reason it is such a joke and full of CLOWNS, like you.

So, once a CLOWN, always a CLOWN, you left ICE, but your bullshit ins legacy will always follow you, CLOWN.

          Mr. M. F. Jones on March 21, 2013 at 10:37 am

As usual, a slap (if even that) on the wrist and an all expenses paid trip back home. When will this government wake the Hell up?

Jerry McFarland on March 20, 2013 at 11:24 am

@All Talk MOFO Jones,

That the best you got? I took down more cases of every stripe than you’ll ever see in your meaningless career. Your empty customs creampuff legacy will follow you for the remainder of your wasted days as one little cog in the wheel of the agency that talked shit and got nothing done. I had to take a lot of cases from your pathetic twit ass clowns in arms because they couldn’t do them…didn’t have the experience or know-how.

Funny how when I was in the Patrol, we had three federal cross designations for INS, Customs, and DEA….how about your twinkle toe agency? Oh that’s right…they didn’t because they couldn’t; plain and simple. Go fall back in the shitter you crawled out of….

BTW….maybe when you grow up you can request to be called “Mr.”…you ain’t there yet little blue boy. “Customs, Customs don’t be blue…Tinker was a fairy too!”

IceNoMore on March 21, 2013 at 10:53 am

Schizo Moron, you spent too much time in the patrol mating with cactuses and smoking the peyote in the sweat lodges, you are definately out of touch with reality. So, tell me, once you’ve taken your meds, what cases did you do the best ins, DEA or Customs?

Name a few, you Broke Back Mountain, shit kicker wearing, red greasy neck ass, moronic schizophrenic major league DH. BP, come on can’t YOU do better than that?

An MOU doesn’t make you an DEA, or Customs agent, who are you trying to impress, the Special Education kids at your GED class? How many BP’ers are in demand for corporate, post-retirement careers? (the answer is zero) They just come over to ins “investigations” to retire their last 20+ years, and collecting GS-13 and above pay now, compliments of Customs. You are definitely out of your league, and by the way, DEA is having a good laugh right now at your expense. Customs made you retire since you couldn’t hack the real work, and missed tracking the shit trails left behind by coyotes and scorpions, those aren’t good criminal investigator attributes.

Maybe you can get a job at the zoo.
