After all, their people danced in the streets at news of the murder of 3,000 Americans and would be appalled at anyone truly feeling sorry for Americans who died at the hands of their heroes, the Muslim martyrs of 9/11. And remembering it means remembering that Muslims are the bad guys, that their religion stands for mass murder. Oh, and you won’t hear anything like this from the gutless, Islamo-pandering fool of a Mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg, either.
Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat Remembers the Victims of 9/11, Incl. Danny Lewin (AND THE PERPETRATORS & CELEBRATORS)
Check out this excellent, brief speech given by Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat at today’s Jerusalem 9/11 Memorial ceremony. Mayor Barkat isn’t afraid to talk about the continuing Islamic threat to the world or that Muslims danced on the streets of Gaza. He’s not afraid to say who perpetrated the attacks. And he mentions American/Israeli victim Daniel M. “Danny” Lewin, a founder of high-tech company Akamai and a former member of Israel’s elite, top-secret strategic intelligence counterterrorism unit, Sayeret Matkal. Lewin was reportedly stabbed by the 9/11 hijackers and fought back. He is one of the true heroes–and victims–of 9/11 at the hands of Arab Muslims. He was a true genius and renaissance man whose life was cut short at age 31 and who is mourned by his parents, wife, and two sons.
Aside from America’s increased pandering to Muslims and refusal to recognize that they perpetrated 9/11 and pose an ever-increasing threat to America’s survival, the biggest failure–ten years after 9/11–is the fact that we did not rebuild the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and do so bigger and taller as a sign to the Islamic world that we came back bigger and better. That would have been the greatest memorial possible to the 3,000 Americans murdered by Muslims on 9/11 and other Americans they murdered since (and before), not the silly waterfalls and pools. “Reflecting pools” are for New Age basket cases, leftist pansies, and former hippies who need something to bide their time before the next Grateful Dead concert. “Reflecting” is a euphemism for mosques and Islamic prayer rooms illegally established in public universities and airports. We’re America. We don’t need to “reflect,” like some self-absorbed upper-class liberal paying big bucks to a worthless psycho-analyst. We need to move onward and upward with gusto. And we didn’t do that.
How a Nation of Wusses Will (or Might) Rebuild the Towers More Than Ten Years Later . . .
Instead, we cowered to them by refusing to rebuild the Towers at all. Instead of rebuilt towers, they are, again, meaningless pools of water. And the surrounding buildings, after ten years of political correctness, are barely rebuilt. Even the “Freedom Tower” was renamed because New York/New Jersey Port Authority officials didn’t want to offend Muslims. Wusses. And only 74 of its 104 floors have been built. None of the buildings are as tall as the Towers–a sign of weakness and impotence. We should have built them all taller. Check out the drawing above. I’ve drawn in the World Trade Center Towers and how they would have looked (in red and hot pink). (Please forgive my lack of draftsmanship.) It’s embarrassing. The World Trade Center Twin Towers had 110 floors each. The tallest building now, One World Trade Center, is–or, rather, will be–only 104 stories. That’s if it is completely finished as planned. The Towers were taller. Without the old One World Trade Center’s spire, the buildings were 1362 and 1368 feet tall. With the old One World Trade Center’s spire, that building was 1,727 feet tall. The new One World Trade Center will be taller than that by a mere few feet only because of the spire. But, again, it has fewer floors.
One of real lessons of the 9/11 Islamic attacks on America continues to go unheeded because so many Americans would rather die or sacrifice their fellow Americans’ lives, rather than be accused of prejudice. That’s the reason one of the ticket agents gave who let two of the hijackers board planes in Washington, DC, despite many red flags raised–red flags that would have stopped the rest of us from flying. The agent didn’t want to be accused of prejudice . . . and therefore, people died. Ten years later, we still won’t do the right thing and profile Muslims and Arabs. Instead, we have government authorities lining up to kiss their asses, while you and your grandmother from Pasadena are harassed and molested. And while the ACLU files lawsuit after lawsuit every time a Muslim gets a paper cut or breaks a nail.
A note about CNN’s “Footnotes of 9/11,” which takes up the subject of people who are mentioned in the “9/11 Commission Report.” They were part of the history of the day, if peripheral figures, though in one or two instances they emerge as more. One of the more memorable of the eight subjects here is the Dulles Airport ticket agent who checked in two of the hijackers—Middle Eastern men whose look and demeanor immediately raised his suspicions. The agent followed the men, he reports, then stopped himself from alerting anyone. He didn’t want to be accused of prejudice, of harboring suspicions because of racial feelings. A vignette from a footnote—but one that has much to tell about some of the underlying reasons for the ease with which the hijackers were able to board the planes and fulfill their murderous mission. It’s amazing, but no surprise, that–ten years after the 9/11 Muslim attacks on America, in which 19 Muslim men mass murdered 3,000 Americans–I still can and need to put up the same message. Those who say we should “remember” 9/11, but who skip over the part about WHO DID IT and WHO CELEBRATED IT, are not remembering it at all. The 9/11 attacks were not committed by ghosts or the invisible man. They were not perpetrated by Fijians or Samoans or Wiccans. And those same groups didn’t celebrate the attacks. Nope, it was one group, with 1.8 billion adherents worldwide that did both the mass murder and the celebrating afterword. If you won’t admit that, you aren’t remembering a thing. You’re in fantasyland (and not the kind with the 72 re-virginized).
Clearly, we didn’t remember what happened on 9/11. Thus, I must repeat my “Three Things Americans Must Remember Every 9/11 . . . And Every Single Other Day of Every Year“:

Nearly 3,000 innocent people targeted and murdered in cold blood because they were Americans. People like my cousin, Jon Schlissel, who heroically went back to his office to save someone who needed help getting out. The Muslims who died that day were collateral damage and not the target of the Muslims who perpetrated the attacks. Clearly, their deaths meant nothing to their fellow Muslims around the world, who cheered the attacks, passed out candy, danced in the streets, and let out their stupid hyena-like, “lalalalalalahs.” The deaths of these Muslims are important to them and the mainstream media only for politically correct public relations purposes.

This was the act of 19 Arab Muslim men. No, they weren’t “random” people acting alone. They didn’t “hijack a religion” or any of that other BS we’ve heard rotely regurgitated for the last ten years. Their religion–ISLAM–hijacked them, and it continues its slow hijacking of America because we continue to let their fellow co-religionists in and we continue to bend over for them. Islam is at war with the West, particularly America. So long as we continue to claim we are not at war with Islam, we are losing that war.

Muslims around the world–Palestinian Muslims on the streets of Ramallah, Palestinian Muslim Sunnis on the streets of Patterson, New Jersey, Shi’ite Muslims who were waiters and staff at a Middle Eastern restaurant in West Bloomfield, Michigan, Lebanese, Iraqi, and Iranian Shi’ite Muslims all over Dearbornistan. And, as I noted, the Pew Research Center notes that at least a third of these “American” (in name only) Muslims openly support Al-Qaeda and suicide bombings against Americans, which means they still celebrate.

It’s sung (and the video was put together) by “Kol Ish” (Hebrew for “The Voice of Man”), an Orthodox Jewish men’s singing group which includes the brother and son of friends of mine. Only a few pics missing from the video: the photo of the dead Bin Laden (which Obama won’t release, out of respect to Muslims), the photo of Bin Laden’s body being dumped into the sea, photos of the Palestinian woman and other Palestinians celebrating the mass murder of 3,000 Americans, photos of Shi’ite Muslims in Dearbornistan and Palestinian Sunni Muslims in Patterson, NJ celebrating the mass murder of 3,000 Americans, and photos of the Arab Muslim hijackers, including Mohammed Atta.
On this tenth anniversary of 9/11, it isn’t “remembering” if you only remember what happened. Part of remembering must include remembering who did it. And who celebrated. More on that later. But, for now, watch and listen.

One of the best movies of the year–if not the best–this weekend. One okay movie. And the rest are absolute garbage.
* “Warrior“: If this isn’t my pick for best movie of the year, it will probably be in my top two or three. Absolutely excellent. Heart-pounding, non-stop action, entertaining, and patriotic.
As I noted when I initially wrote about this great movie, many movies are deemed as “the new Rocky” or “the next Rocky,” and none of them lives up to it. Not even close. This one does. In fact, I think I might even like it better than “Rocky.” This one involves Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), not pure boxing, and is, therefore, a little more violent, something to consider if you have young kids. But it’s fine for teens. It’s ultimately positive and uplifting, though there is a little melodrama I could have done without. Read the rest of this entry »

As I’ve already noted, every week is “Be Kind to Muslims” week in the media. But this week leading up to the tenth anniversary of 9/11 features a stepped up version in which Muslims–not 3,000 Americans mass-murdered by Muslims–are the real victims. And so it goes with the Wall Street Journal, particularly today.
When you think of all the people whose lives “changed forever” because of the 9/11 Islamic terrorist attacks, would a widow of a waiter be one of them, merely because she’s Muslim? When you think of all the widows and widowers who lost spouses on 9/11 to Islamic terrorists, would you spotlight out of the thousands, a woman merely because she’s Muslim? Well, that’s what today’s Wall Street Journal does, spotlighting Baraheen Ashrafi, the same Muslim woman whose kids were spotlighted on Monday Night’s Islamo-pandering “Children of 9/11” special. When will the pandering end? When will the “let’s focus on the Muslim ‘victims’ of 9/11” meme end? Never. The fact is, as I’ve noted time and again, 9/11 was the best thing to ever “happen to” Muslims and the best thing ever perpetrated by Muslims. It’s been a PR, immigration, and special rights, treatment, and entitlements boon to Muslims in America. On one of the op-ed pages, today’s Journal also includes an op-ed by the imam of the two-blocks-from-Ground-Zero mosque, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, with the headline, “A Call to All Religious Moderates.” And he clearly considers himself one of them, despite the fact that he, like most American Muslim clerics, refuses to denounce HAMAS and Hezbollah.
HUH?! This is the 9/11 Widow the WSJ Picked to Represent All 9/11 Widows . . .
Today’s Wall Street Journal also asks, on its op-ed page, “9/11: Did the U.S. Overreact?” Huh? The U.S. didn’t react at all, let alone overreact. We didn’t restrict Muslim immigration or any immigration at all. We didn’t end the diversity visa lottery. Instead of cracking down on Islamic terrorism financing, we got rid of the U.S. Customs Service and its successful “Operation Greenquest.” And we dumped all the former Customs agents and INS agents into a giant, missionless agency called ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), taking away all of their authority to investigate terrorists (and signing it over to the Islamo-pandering FBI). Now, ICE barely goes after even illegal aliens and is part of a giant bureaucratic waste of money called the Department of Homeland Security, which is neither committed to the homeland–America–or our security, but is working overtime to make nice with the most extremist Muslims on U.S. soil. So, we didn’t overreact. We didn’t react. We under-reacted. We negatively reacted. It’s a giant black hole net loss.
For the record, the fraud Joe Lieberman claims the “Islamist Extremists Are Losing.” I don’t know what Islamists are because it’s a fraudulent word created and used by cowards who won’t point to Islam and Muslims–the real problems. There is no such thing as this BS, “Islamists.” And FYI, Joe, they ain’t losin’. They’re winning. Anyone who doesn’t see that has his head buried in the sand . . . or in the U.S. Senate. The only spot on response in the Journal symposium is from Mark Helprin, who echoes what I’ve been saying on this site for years: that we should have actually warred against the nations we went into (Iraq and Afghanistan), put in our own pro-U.S. brutal dictators, and then left. And that we should wake up to the fact that there is no “Arab Spring”–no Islamic democracy there. Only Islam. Still, none of that is “reacting” to 9/11. Reacting would have meant the things I outlined on our own shores–tighter borders, stopping Muslim immigration, and cracking down on the Muslim population in our midst. We’ve done none of that and only bent over for them. Backward and forward.

The 9/11 Islamic terrorist attacks on America ten years ago changed nothing . . . except for Muslims. We are less safe than we were on 9/10 and before. And, for Muslims, it was their greatest victory in history. As I’ve said on this site many times before, it was a victory well beyond the 3,000 Americans who were mass murdered in the name of Islam by Muslims. It was the public relations victory, grievance theater, and immigration/special rights/uber-pandering grab by Muslims that keeps on giving, ten years later. And Muslims can also count on an ever-pandering and incompetent set of federal law enforcement agencies who kiss Islamic ass at every turn. That especially includes the Forever Buttkissing Islam, Fastidiously Burning Israel, Famous But Incompetent FBI. Ten years later, it still doesn’t share information with other agencies and looks the other way on real Islamic terrorists, while creating and entrapping less harmful ones.
Just two weeks before the 9/11 hijackers slammed into the Pentagon and World Trade Center, members of a Saudi family abruptly vacated their luxury home near Sarasota, leaving a brand new car in the driveway, a refrigerator full of food, fruit on the counter — and an open safe in a master bedroom.
In the weeks to follow, law enforcement agents not only discovered the home was visited by vehicles used by the hijackers, but phone calls were linked between the home and those who carried out the death flights — including leader Mohamed Atta — in discoveries never before revealed to the public. We know that the wholesome image major sports leagues and their marketing execs pimp on us is just that–an image and not reality. As a recovering former sports agent, I know first-hand what isn’t exactly news: most pro athletes in the major leagues are spoiled cretins and scumbags. And, yes, that includes the National Hockey League (NHL) players (though it, arguably, has a lower per capita level of scumbaggery than the NFL and NBA).

But, now, the NHL has thrown all pretense to the wind, as the New York Islanders have pro hockey’s first official tattoo shop, and they couldn’t have done it without NHL approval. Mommy, Mommy, I want a tattoo of the Hanson Brothers with skulls and bones on my pelvis. I can just see it now: teen girls getting “No Defensemen or Goalies Here” tramp stamps on their lower backs. Maybe an official Islanders “He Shoots, He Scores” tattoo on the lower front torso would get the message across.
It’s an especially disgusting development because the NHL markets itself as family-centric, wholesome entertainment for kids. But the owner of the new tattoo place knows what I know–that it’s a victory for the tattoo industry. And not a good influence on kids.
