I’m glad this is finally becoming an issue and is dogging Islam’s fave halal pig, Chris Christie. Check out this video of Christie, LYING through his teeth about his new hand-picked Muslim extremist judge, Sohail Mohammed. Christie knows that Mohammed defended Mohamed Qatanani, an ADMITTED HAMAS terrorist (who pleaded guilty to being a HAMAS member!) whom the government sought to deport, NOT an innocent Muslim “inappropriately detained” after 9/11. Christie also knows that he (Christie) worked with Mohamed to oppose Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) attempts to deport this HAMAS terrorist Qatanani, who was also involved with a HAMAS charity. (Among the first to report on this was Daniel Greenfield/Sultan Knish.) And, yet he continues to lie about it. Apparently, he’s also forgotten that Sohail Mohammed lied at his New Jersey Senate hearings and said he didn’t know what HAMAS was. Riiiight. Chris Christie, STOP. LYING.

BTW, you should note that Christie proudly posted this video on YouTube, and his biggest, newest fan, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, showed this on her cable show and posted it on her blog. That Maddow loves Christie tells you all you need to know about this slob. And here’s a choice quote from the video:

As I’ve said before, the only “crazy” here is Chris Christie and anyone who believes the real crap here a/k/a everything that comes out of his mouth. It’s amazing that this obtuse man who governs a state– in which a judge ruled a man could rape his wife because Islam allows it–doesn’t see this as a problem.

Fortunately, there are enough of us “crazies” who know the truth and are exposing this piece of crap Republican Governor. Clearly, it’s getting to him.  And making waves.  This is the second time in as many weeks that he’s been asked by the press about it.  And it’s the end of any Presidential hopes he will ever have as a Republican. But if he switches parties, that view will make him a star!

Many readers have asked me about the federal lawsuit against the Dearborn Public Schools and its former principal, Imad Fadlallah, which I filed nearly a year ago on behalf of my clients, Christian teachers Bryan Purcell and Georgene Stergalas.  The case is ongoing and moving forward.  I cannot discuss it much beyond that because the litigation is ongoing.  I am fronting almost all the costs of this suit, and I really appreciate the help of all of you who donated to the costs last year.  Thank you.  If you would like to contribute to our very expensive ongoing case, please donate by using the yellow Paypal button on the upper left-hand side of this page.

In the meantime, in a separate action from the federal case, I can tell you that the Dearborn Public Schools has initiated a Tenure Act termination of one of my clients, Mr. Purcell, and we have filed an appeal with the State of Michigan Tenure Commission.  Please read the appeal.  That case is separate but related.  I will be filing a “More Definite Statement” as an amendment to our appeal, which I will post in a week or so, and which will tell you more about what is going on here.

Some of you have noted that you read the article in the Dearborn Press & Guide about this, and I am reposting it below.  I am posting it and commenting about this to correct the record because of the inaccuracies published against my client, which harm my client’s interests and are unfairly prejudicial to my clients. If I do not correct the record, my client’s reputation and cause of action will be unduly harmed

In fact, because I filed the appeal, my client is not “fired” (contrary to the claim in the article) until and unless the Dearborn Public Schools prevail both before an administrative law judge and the State Tenure Commission. Also, the article implies that my client was fired because he did not show up for a hearing. That is not correct. The Dearborn Public Schools planned to go forward with the termination and included a giant 500-or-so pages of alleged “evidence.” He barely had the chance to look it over. And they were going forward, regardless. My client was given the opportunity to either send a statement or make it in person. We chose to send it.

Fordson teacher involved in suit fired

DEARBORN — Dearborn Public Schools has fired one of two former Fordson teachers suing the district for religious discrimination and harassment.

Bryan Purcell was terminated after he failed to show up for a personnel hearing on May 23. Details of why the math teacher was fired are protected under privacy laws, and public school board records do not give any clues, although minutes from the public portion of the meeting include an e-mail Purcell submitted to the board.

In the e-mail, he called the allegations a “mountain of fiction” and continued to assert that since Imad Fadlallah became principal at Fordson High School in 2005, FHS administrators have systematically tried to force non-Arab and non-Muslim faculty out of the school.

“This a pattern of harassment and the hostile work environment he created has continued under Youssef Mosallam, and in fact, the harassment has been stepped up,” Purcell said in the email. Read the rest of this entry »

This is in Canada, but if you think it can’t, won’t, or hasn’t already happened here in the U.S., you need to get your head out of the sand.  Apparently, you cannot take pictures in a public place anymore .  .  . when Muslims are involved.  Yup, when Muslims are involved, all democracy, all freedoms, all rights go out the window . . . because, hey, we might offend them.

David Menzies Assaulted By Muslims Who Are Defended by Dhimmi Toronto Cops

David Menzies, a Toronto freelance writer, writes this excellent and frightening Toronto Sun column about how a Muslim woman in a hijab punched him for daring to take a photo (and not of her).  The nerve of him. But it gets worse. The dhimmi Toronto Police defend the Muslim woman for punching him and trying to destroy his camera. Oh, and the Arab Muslim mob acts like they are in Saudi Arabia’s “Chop Chop Square” and it’s jihad time.

What constitutes a physical assault in Toronto these days? . . . I learned firsthand on Sunday, a fist in the face doesn’t necessarily constitute assault in our increasingly culturally sensitive Toronto.

The details: I was at Yonge-Dundas Square with my nine-year-old son. We ate pizza. We drank bubble tea. And I used my new Canon camera to take photos of this neon shrine.

Suddenly, a woman wearing a hijab ran toward me. She was part of a group that included two women wearing full face-covering burkas. She was screaming: “We are Muslim! You do not take pictures of us!” (Odd. I can’t find the “no photos” rule in the Qur’an.) Read the rest of this entry »

Liberal Hypocrite Kathryn Stockett, Author of “The Help,” Ripped Off Her Black Maid

And so it goes with Kathryn Stockett, author of “The Help,” the best-selling novel, in which Stockett decries the way White Southerners allegedly treated Black maids in the ’60s.  You’ve probably heard of the book and seen publicity for the movie, “The Help,” which debuts in theaters, next week.  (I grew up with a Black maid, too, and it was nothing like this book.  More about that, later, below.)

While Stockett made many appearances and gave many lectures against the “racism” and “poor treatment” of the Black maids, she ripped off the identity of her brother’s Black maid for her book, defamed her, and refused to compensate the maid for the use of her name and likeness out of the millions she made off the book.

Ablene Cooper, a Black woman who was Stockett’s brother’s maid, was used for the book, despite her express request that she not be included.  She has since filed suit against Stockett in Hinds County, Mississippi.  Read the lawsuit complaint.  Rather than admit that she is a racist hypocrite who stole from this poor Black woman and settle the case by giving Ms. Cooper her due, Stockett and her lawyers are fighting the suit and seeking to have it dismissed.  Read Ablene Cooper’s response to the motion to for summary judgment, as written by her terrific lawyer, Edward Lloyd Sanders.  If you read the complaint and the response, you will see how very obvious it is that Kathryn Stockett is a thief, a fake, and–yes–a racist. Not that it matters–because he has no chance in hell–but Herman Cain recently did a whole contrition to Islam session to usher in Ramadan.  When I first pointed out the highly ignorant Cain’s 180 flip-flop on Islam and appointing Muslim cabinet members, I got excoriated and attacked by mindless, blind Cain bots, claiming that no, he didn’t really flip-flop in favor of Muslims, that he didn’t say that.  Maybe they’ll come up with some other moronic excuse for his latest BS at a mosque.  But it’s clear this guy is clueless, has no principles, and is just a fame-seeker, who knew he’d be another also-ran as a liberal, so he chose the other side. If this is your Tea Party “hero,” you know where you can shove him.

Praise allah: Two Out of Three Herman Cains Agree Islam is Good

Note that the ADAMS Center mosque is noted for its extremism beyond the extremism of other mosques.  It, like almost all mosques, openly supports HAMAS and Hezbollah, but is known for the fact that its imam refused to condemn the 9/11 attacks when asked by the press to do so. And it’s known for its direct ties to Al-Qaeda. A major financier and past chairman of the mosque, Ahmed Totonji, is a defendant in the lawsuit by 9/11 victims’ relatives and was a founder and officer of several Virginia Muslim organizations raided by U.S. Customs for financing and money-laundering over $1.2 billion to Al-Qaeda.

Yup, Herman Cain . . . a real national security conservative! You just can’t trust this fraud.

While you are busy getting molested by TSA screeners at airports and are forced to throw out your bottle of water, the FAA has been busy granting pilot’s licenses and airplane mechanic’s licenses to Islamic terrorists, including a known terrorist involved in the bombing of a plane and a known Hezbollah terrorist.  Not only that, but the TSA admits that it can’t even determine the real identities of THOUSANDS! to whom the FAA granted these licenses. THOUSANDS! Morons. Hey, just like Citizenship and Immigration Services which can’t determine the real identity of hundreds of thousands of Muslim immigrants to whom it grants citizenship. 15,000 people obtained the licenses using fake social security numbers, and their real identities are unknown, as are, probably, their locations and how to find them.

As I’ve told you all along, what you go through in the airport is useless, hassle-laden BS, while Mohammed and Hamida get licenses to fly planes and blow ’em up.  Kudos–surprisingly!–to the New York Times for noting this.  Hey, even a broken clock has that proverbial two times per day:

Remember former MTV VJ Adam Curry?  He apparently agrees (at least, in part) with the piece I wrote against MTV on Monday, the 30th birthday of the cable network, Monday.  Yesterday, he tweeted–quoting from and linking to–my column on the topic, and it was retweeted by several of his followers.  (Join me on Twitter.)  See the tweet below.

When I wrote about MTV’s 30th birthday, I mentioned (as I have on MTV’s 25th and 20th birthdays) that even some of MTV’s original VJs–particularly, Martha Quinn and Nina Blackwood–said they wouldn’t let their kids watch MTV.

Looks like Curry sees it for the garbage heap it’s become, too.  He’s a popular early pioneer of podcasts and calls himself “The Podfather.”  But, while he is smart, don’t take this as any indication that I agree with his politics.  Curry endorsed Ron Paul in 2008, and he refers to America as “Gitmo Nation West.”

When I returned from the De Bene Esse deposition I conducted today, it was too late to attend a Detroit movie critics screening of “Return of Planet of the Apes.”  (Don’t worry–I’ll be attending another showing before the movie debuts in theaters, and I’ll post my review when it comes out.)  So, I went to my polling place to vote in the City Council primary elections being held, today, in the Detroit suburb where I live.  And I couldn’t believe it:

I was called a “traitor” by a Black woman because I told her I would NOT vote for the Jewish liberal candidate for whom she was passing out literature.  The woman asked me, “Are you Jewish?  He’s Jewish.”  I responded, “Yes, but I won’t vote for him because he’s too liberal.  I don’t care about his religion or ethnicity.  I care about whether or not they are going to spend the city into liberal oblivion.”

The woman shouted, “Traitor! Traitor to the Jews!” at me (while doing the the international “no, you di’in’t!” hand gesture at me).  Hilarious.  I thought I was walking the gauntlet of some sort of twilight zone.  Can you imagine if I told Black people that because they are Black they are expected to vote for Black candidates, and they are traitors if they do not? Sorry for not posting all day, but I was out for the day preparing for and then conducting a deposition in one of the cases I’ve been working on as an attorney.  Duty calls.  Thanks to all the readers who expressed concern for my welfare in my absence.  And, yes, along with you, the death threats and hate e-mails poured in, too (more about that in a later post).

And the deposition was not your typical deposition.  It was a de bene esse deposition, and was something that happened all of a sudden on a case.  I learned that a key witness was seriously ill and might not be available at the time of trial.  And I needed to secure the witness’ testimony through a de bene esse dep.  An attorney is required to pursue his or her clients’ interests and cases zealously.  And that’s what I do.

So, what is a de bene esse deposition?  It’s something you need to know, in case your lawyer doesn’t.  It could be the difference in winning or losing your case, in either a civil OR criminal matter.

It’s not exactly a newsflash that the government of Iraq is very tight with the government of Iran, and that Iran-backed Shi’ite Nouri Al-Maliki remains Iraqi Prime Minister.  Whether or not Iraq merges with Iran, it is a satellite state of Iran, so it makes no difference.  Given that, why the heck are we selling Iraq 36 F16 fighters?  That means we are basically selling the jets to Iran. And against which country do you think Iraq would use these fighter jets?  Not Iran, not Syria, not any country but for maybe, um . . . wait for it . . . ISRAEL!  They say they need the jets to halt Iraqi border “transgressions.” Riiight We know what they are for. It’s absurd to sell these jets to Iraq/Iran, but hey, this is the “NEW” Iraq President Bush–not Obama–created.  We might as well be selling the jets to Hezbollah, which most of Shi’ite Iraq supports.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said on Saturday his government would buy 36 F-16 fighters from the United States, doubling the number it had initially planned to purchase to strengthen its weak air defenses. Read the rest of this entry »
