Do you remember, back in April, when Earl Albert Moore was arrested for planting explosives in a Colorado mall?  Since the Southwest Plaza Mall in which he planted the pipe bombs was located in Littleton, most media sources speculated that it was related to the anniversary of the massacre at nearby Columbine High School.  But the FBI and authorities were quick to rule that out.  I wondered, since Moore had recently been released from a stint in prison and the feds were so quick to rule it out, whether Moore had converted to Islam in prison.  We never heard much more about it, other than the cackling from the left that Moore wasn’t Muslim . . . or was he?  Now there are suspicious explosives popping up in another Colorado mall, this time near Denver, and the FBI refuses to talk.

I think I was on to something with my suspicions on Moore.  And maybe this is more from the same group of jihadists.  Maybe not.  But whenever the FBI is quiet or tells you something isn’t about Islam or terrorism, it almost always is.  So is that the case here? What was the “third item” the FBI found–Koranic verses? Just askin’. Hey, maybe it was a used wrapper from “Hamid’s Falafel Hut” with the note, “Die Imperialist American Zionist Scum,” written in beautiful calligraphy on it. Ya never know.

The FBI is continuing to investigate two suspicious devices found inside a Borders Bookstore at a suburban Denver mall, but they’re being mum about a third item they recovered. Read the rest of this entry »

Remember when the entire Fogel Family, a Jewish family in Israel, was brutally bludgeoned to death (including the beheading of the baby) by Palestinian terrorists, while the family slept on the Jewish Sabbath? Well, Yair Netanyahu, son of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu posted some very tame and extremely spot on statements on his Facebook page about it. None of the things he said are anything that anyone with a brain would see as anything but obvious. Frankly, he’s saying stuff his father should have the balls to say but won’t or can’t or whatever.

Mix the curiosity of a billionaire mad scientist with an unlimited budget and the excellence of a master chef, and you get this. You don’t have to be a foodie to find this very cool. Cutting microwave ovens in half, distilling the essence of 25 pounds of peas into a few inches of “pea butter,” making the coolest egg mushroom omelet ever, using centrifuges to make a highly concentrated frozen banana essence bonbon covered in chocolate–that’s just some of the very “neatoooooo” stuff in this awesome, entertaining video. No, I wouldn’t pay $625 for the cookbook, but it’s fun to watch what they can do.

Can’t let the day go by without marking the passing of one of my favorite actors, Peter Falk.

Most remember him for his role as Lt. Columbo, the clever detective in the eponymous TV series and movies.  But I especially loved Falk as a wacky CIA agent in “The In-Laws” with Alan Arkin, a terrific movie, which I recommend if you haven’t seen it and which my late father took me to see because he loved it so much.  I was only around ten years old, but I laughed and laughed and laughed along with my dad.  I also loved Falk as Columbo, especially for his famous “Just one more thing” line.  I’m a “Just one more thing” kind of girl and often find myself using that phrase (and I often used it to describe other people).  (Plus, I love a rumpled trenchcoat.)  Falk played all of these roles with only one eye, which I never knew until today.

You may not know this but Peter Falk was a proud, pro-Israel Jew, in addition to being a proud American.  He served in the U.S. Merchant Marine during World War II, after being rejected from the U.S. Armed Forces because of his glass eye.  But  he also volunteered to fight for Israel against Egypt in the 1948 War of Independence.  He was a proud, pro-Israel Jew.  From the Jewish Journal of Los Angeles:

I did not see “Cars 2” because I did not see the first “Cars,” and that wouldn’t have been fair since, per my rules, I saw “Breakin'” before I saw “Breakin’ 2:  Electric Boogaloo.”  (To those of  you who really believe I actually threw away two hours of my life on “Breakin’ 2,” I’m just kidding.)  However, “Cars 2” does feature a fan/friend of this site, Larry the Cable Guy a/k/a Dan Whitney, a true conservative and a great guy (I have even been on the Git’R’Done 1.)  So, I support whatever he’s doing.  Here’s what I did see:

*  “Bad Teacher“:  There are a lot of movies I like about bad people–bad Santas (“Bad Santa”), bad cops (“Bad Lieutenant”), etc.  But “Bad Teacher?”  Um, no thanks.  Sometimes bad is good.  This ain’t one of those times.  Sorry.

While this was better than I expected, it was still pretty awful.  Vile, juvenile, disgusting, and laced with four-letter words, gratuitous shots of naked breasts and erections.  Yup, most movies these days have been brought down under the rush to imitate the vulgar Judd Apatow.  I laughed a few times, but not as much as I should have for a comedy.  Oh, and of course, the pro-life character is a geek in this movie.  Aren’t they always, in the world according to Hollywood?  The thing I liked most–no, the only thing I liked–about this movie was Cameron Diaz’s awesome haute couture designer wardrobe and shoes.  Diaz is looking tired and haggard, these days.  The body still has it, but the face has hit the wall along with this horrible script and storyline. Where does an Islamic terrorist with just $1.08 in cash to his name get $800 to buy weapons for his planned attack on a Seattle U.S. military installation?

I do the investigative journalism the mainstream media, including the mainstream conservative media (FOX News, etc.), doesn’t do.  And, yesterday, when I was looking into the case of Seattle’s newest Islamic terrorists–Abu Khalid Abdul-Latif a/k/a Joseph Anthony Davis and Walli Mujahidh a/k/a Frederick Domingue, Jr., who were going to attack a Seattle military installation–I discovered that one of them filed for bankruptcy (read the bankruptcy petition) just a month ago, stating he had only $1.08 in cash to his name. That begs the question: where the heck did he get the $800 the federal criminal complaint (read the complaint) said he paid for guns to shoot up the military center?  In a sworn affidavit, FBI Special Agent Albert C. Kelly III says he paid that and planned to pay more for additional weapons.

Either his bankruptcy filing was fraudulent, or some third party gave him the money. Who was that third party? Was it an Islamic terrorist group? We may never know, but I’ll bet the feds know.

By the way, as soon as the mainstream media notices my report and starts ripping it off, I’m sure they won’t be asking the same questions I’m asking.  Instead, they’ll be singing the same refrain they sang about Times Square terrorist and would-be bomber Faisal Shahzad:  see, this has nothing to do with Islam. Financial distress made him do it.  Funny how millions of non-Muslim Americans are in financial distress, but none of them try to blow up Times Square or Seattle-area U.S. military installations.

Houston, we have a problem:  an Arizona Congresswoman is hanging out in Houston writing her memoir instead of doing her job.  All the while, she continues to collect her tax-funded $200,000-plus in salary and generous benefits.

It’s unfortunate that Gabrielle Giffords was shot, but the people of Arizona’s Eighth district deserve a Congressman.  Right now, they don’t have one because Gabrielle Giffords is either too incapacitated to work or too busy writing a book while they pay her salary.  I’m not sure which it is, because there are news stories about both.  But if she’s healthy enough to write a book–as her people and Scribner publishing house have announced she’s now doing–she’s healthy enough to work.  And if she isn’t healthy enough to write a book, then her name on it is a complete lie, and she’s a fraud.  And if she isn’t healthy enough to write a book–her doctors are now saying it will be a year before they know this (but author Jeff Zaslow and Scribner seem to know right now)–then she should resign and let her constituents have a capable, functioning representative in Congress.

The endless news about Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords’ every papercut is annoying.  Again, I’m sorry she got shot.  But it happened. Life happens. And being shot and surviving doesn’t make you a hero.  It simply means you were fortunate, a medical miracle, as six other people died–they weren’t as lucky.  And now she’s resting and rehabbing with no one filling her job and no boss telling her he has to make a decision about filling her job with someone else. Hey, why is it that no other religion has this many people “hijacking their religion?”  Maybe it’s because their religion is hijacking them, not the other way around.  Here are two more Muslims who sought to attack American military installations on US soil.  Yup, just two more “moderate American Muslims.” Of course, don’t expect the Justice Department or any media outlets to mention the religion. Two men were arrested late last night and are charged by criminal complaint with terrorism and firearms related charges. When you think of July, you think of Independence Day, fireworks, and summer.  But not Oprah.  She’s fantasizing about Muslim alien men. And she thinks it’s time to tell America that unemployed Muslim men are much more “man” than any churchgoing man in America, especially Mormons.  That’s the theme of an article in the July Edition of her “O:  The Oprah Magazine.” Oh, and guess who’s on the cover for the 500 gazillionth time?

Yup, HOprah Winfrey’s daytime talk show is over and her Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) is a bigger bomb than “Ishtar” and LaToya Jackson’s singing career combined.  But, sadly, Oprah is still here and singing the virtues of marrying an unemployed Muslim alien.  The thing is, the key benefit ain’t mentioned:  trading your vagina for yet another Muslim alien to get a green card and carte blanche to U.S. soil and a divorce soon thereafter.

Is it just me . . . or are you sick of the faux moral “outrage” over the frank private conversation of a Southwest pilot who forgot to turn off his microphone?  I have a theory about why the tape was suddenly released.  Gold-digging flight attendants and blood-sucking lawyers are preparing to file suit over the tape of the pilot’s comments (despite the fact that he was already required to go to political correctness mind programming, er . . . “sensititivity training”). Cha-ching! After the release of this tape and all the absurd false piety over it, good luck at getting a fair jury to try this thing. Southwest will quickly settle.

Yes, the pilot’s slurs against gays and repeated F-bombs are offensive.  But let’s be honest.  America has a schizophrenic relationship with airline pilots.  Over the decades, we’ve glamorized exactly the kind of stuff (other than the attacks on gays) that the pilot said over the airwaves.  There have been countless movies, TV shows, novels, etc. about pilots who supposedly live the life of James Bond:  women, drinks, and a whirlwind lifestyle. And then we’re OUTRAGED! that one of ’em actually might live something close to that life … or, rather, whines that he can’t.

In real life, most pilots don’t live this life, especially not today, now that planes have been reduced to Amtrak cattle cars in the sky.  And, clearly, this pilot doesn’t live that life either, since he pointedly says on the audio that only one airline stewardess, er . . . flight attendant was “part doable.”  Most pilots are not paid a lot, don’t meet glamorous “flight attendants” in sexy outfits, and are just tired out, unappreciated men in danger of the next job lay-off.  Oh, and many of them are in affirmative action fights against less qualified female pilots who fly fewer hours and get pushed into slots because the accident of birth gave them female plumbing.
