Detroit FBI Has Huge Edifice Complex, Few Counterterrorism Results

By
Over the past few weeks, the Detroit FBI–very symbolic of the FBI at large–has been touting its self-proclaimed seriousness in pursuing Islamic terrorists in Michigan. But these stories are accompanied with details of the real story: its desire to get a huge, new multi-million dollar building.
While the press has been filled with gushing (mostly phony) articles like the front-pager by Detroit News (“Local FBI’s No. 1 job: Terror War“) and the one in yesterday’s Washington Times (and yet another story today by about 10,000 tax-paid agents and other police protecting billionaire NFL owners’ Superbowl), the true story is that the FBI in Detroit–the heart of extremist Islamic America, and across America has done VERY LITTLE since 9/11 to pursue Islamic terrorists, money-launderers, etc. By design.

Daniel Roberts: Detroit FBI Empire Builder in-Chief has Extreme Edifice Complex

In fact, Detroit FBI Special Agent in Charge Daniel Roberts’ biggest “achievements” in the War on Terror are his pandering relationship with “former” Islamic terrorist and FBI award revokee Imad Hamad (who praised Roberts and his entree into the Islamic community for good reason–Roberts kowtows to, not investigates, them), (whose cleric is apparently an Iranian agent and operative of Hezbollah), his pursuit of a veteran in a wheelchair for sending an e-mail to another radical Islamic cleric at the time Nick Berg was beheaded, and his persecution of an FBI agent, Mike Thomas, for having the gall to investigate members of the controversial Detroit Al Qaeda cell (who planned to blow up sites around the world).
Do these sound like reasons that millions in your federal tax money will build Agent Roberts and the Detroit FBI cushy new digs? This man, Daniel Roberts, is not in law enforcement. He’s in empire building and has an incurable edifice complex. The whole FBI is exactly the same: a huge bureaucracy that sucks up to radical Islamic leaders and persecutes good agents who actually pursue Islamic terrorists.
And you wonder how 9/11 happened.

Islamic Terrorism’s Fave Coffee Opens in Detroit’s Airport

By
If you live in one of the many areas around the U.S. (and elsewhere in the world) where Caribou Coffee is sprouting, please don’t patronize this coffee chain. That includes people waiting at baggage in Detroit Metro Airport’s McNamara terminal, where the store has now been awarded the exclusive, coveted slot.
In the past, I’ve written about Caribou Coffee’s ties to Islamic terror in the New York Post (a version of the article appears )and discussed it on Fox News Channel’s “O’Reilly Factor” and MSNBC’s “Hardball with Chris Matthews.” Here’s an interview I did with Business Forward magazine about this poisonous coffee.
Besides employing, for years, an Islamic cleric who is the spiritual leader of the terrorist group Muslim Brotherhood (where Qaeda’s Al-Zawahiri and Yasser Arafat got their start), the company is owned by mostly Saudis (not the cute Minnesota couple, whose pic is displayed in the store). The company claims it fired the cleric, Yusuf Al-Qaradawi(there is no way to verify he was really fired, and reportedly is still on the payroll), but why did it hire the David Duke of the Islamic world, in the first place, and fire him only when it got caught? Al-Qaradawi urges homicide bombings against not just Jews, but American soldiers. And Caribou has an equally strong to Al-Qaeda’s top financier (stay tuned on that).
So, now, Caribou Coffee has opened in Metro Detroit’s primary baggage claim area, the only business there. It will make tons of money, I’m sure. But if you’re an American against terrorism, you’ll skip buying their cup of Jihad Java. The store will have plenty of other customers from around Detroit, the heart of Islamic America.
There are several other restaurants at Detroit Metro Airport with direct ties to Islamic terrorism. Stay tuned for more on this and Caribou Coffee.

Me on MSNBC “Scarborough Country” 4:30/10:30 pm ET

By
I will be on MSNBC’s “Scarborough Country,” today, live, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, replayed again at 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
We will be discussing the fired NFL cheerleaders. Yes, I know–it is a topic that merits no attention on a news network. But, can you believe that some feminists are actually claiming it’s sexism to fire those two sleazettes and not criminal NFL players?
The feminist movement has really sunk to the bottom of the barrel with these two ho-bags as the latest cause celebre.

You Can’t Say That About Detroit: PC Invades the NBA

By
First, it was Jimmy Kimmel (the ABC late-night host and comedian). And now it’s the Maloof brothers who own the NBA’s Sacramento Kings.
All three have learned a bad lesson about Detroit. You can’t tell the truth about it–or you’ll have to apologize big-time, later on.
Earlier this week, the Kings played videos of the REAL Detroit (cars burning, abandoned buildings, etc.) before they played the Pistons in Sacramento. The Pistons got angry and drubbed the Kings.
That should have been it. But angry Detroiters–who just re-elected corrupt Pimp Daddy Mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick and have a city destined for receivership–can’t handle hearing the truth from others.
Yes, cars are still burned in Detroit whenever there is a victory. After the Pistons won the NBA championship, the media wouldn’t show it, but Detroit cops I know sent me plenty of photos of cars on fire in the city. There are burned out homes on the Lodge Freeway, the main drug from one set of suburbs into the city.
Today, the Maloof brothers wimped out and put full-page apology ads in Detroit’s major papers. But they should apologize to the rest of America for pandering to the forces of political correctness.

Derailed

By
The movie, “Derailed,” debuting in theaters today, is getting a lot of hype.
It’s Jennifer Aniston’s attempt to show us she can play a bad girl, a scumbag-ette. The plot is this: two married executives who had an affair, and are now being blackmailed by a thug. It looked exciting. But this movie didn’t live up to my expectations. In fact, it’s a dud.
You keep seeing her “Friends” character, Rachel, every time she’s on screen (which is not so much; she’s a co-star at best). Plus, she spends most of this film moaning and crying.
I’ve seen plenty of thrillers less predictable. And so have you. Don’t waste your time being “Derailed.” See or do something else. Rent something by Hitchcock. He knew how to do thrillers, not the writers and director of this flick.

Canadian Border Guards, I am With You

By
If you live in the Detroit area, as I do, Canadian border issues are as much of a concern as U.S. ones.
Yesterday, trucks were backed up for hours at the Detroit/Windsor, Canada border because some Canadian Border Guards went on sort of a strike, walking off the job at the bridge and tunnel that links the two international cities. The reason they went on strike had nothing to do with money. It was much more important.
Canadian Border Guards are unarmed. They want to be able to carry guns, but, for now, they are only permitted to carry batons and pepper spray. Here in the states, our Customs and Border Protection officers are armed, as they should be–and as their Canadian counterparts should be, too.
Being a border guard is not a 100% safe proposition. There are a plethora of reasons the Canadian Border Guards deserve to carry guns. So, I’m glad they went on strike. It’s a matter of their own safety, when, say, an armed, extremist Muslim wants in to their country, and all they have to show in response is pepper spray, like some silly character on “Sex & the City.” They deserve better.
The guns are just the latest in a series of problems exposed by Canadian Border Guards in Canada’s National Post–problems that show Canada simply isn’t serious about combating terrorism (this isn’t new; it took the country forever to recognize that Hezbollah is a terrorist group).
Instead of ferreting out terrorists, they are pushed by the Canadian Government to let in more people, more quickly at the borders. Customs and Border Protection officers here in the U.S. say that is the same fact of life for them.
It’s time for both the U.S. and Canada to start getting tough, or we will both lose our countries to foreign invasion.

Update on Thursday’s Extensive Rush Limbaugh Mentions of Me and This Site

By
I mentioned, Thursday, that Rush Limbaugh–on his nationally syndicated radio show–. (It should be noted that not only did David Cole represent members of the Al-Arian family of Islamic Jihad terror clan, including Al-Arian and his bro-in-law, Mazen Al-Najjar, but he has represented a series of extremist Muslims and “accused” terrorists.)
Here’s the transcript as posted on RushLimbaugh.com (they posted my pic and a link to this site–THANKS, Rush & Rush’s Webmaster!):
RUSH: Stop right there. That’s the point, because my memory is true Zarqawi is Jordanian. In fact, Debbie Schlussel tells me that Zarqawi is Jordanian Palestinian, a Jordanian Palestinian — one of the 70% of the population that Rockefeller is so concerned about.
***
RUSH: Debbie Schlussel just sent me a note. This sound bite we played from David Cole, the Georgetown University law professor, in which he said basically it’s the way we responded to 9/11 that made the world hate us. Debbie Schlussel tells me that this man was once Sami Al-Arian’s attorney. The name Sami Al-Arian ring a bell? They just had closing arguments in his trial yesterday in Tampa. This was a computer professor at a Florida University who was undercover working as a fund-raiser and leader in this country of the Islamic Jihad.
