Mike Huckabee’s Pan-Arabist Campaign Manager: Ed Rollins @ Recent Hezbo-Sponsored Conference

By Debbie Schlussel
Fred Thompson’s choice of pan-Islamist Spencer Abraham first as his campaign manager and now as one of three “national campaign co-chairs” (there were four–but one resigned because of drug-dealing convictions) was far worse. But Mike Huckabee‘s choice of Ed Rollins as his campaign manager–though not half as bad as Spence Abraham–is pretty bad.
You probably remember Rollins as the brilliant Reagan campaign strategist. But I remember him as the man who ran Ross Perot’s insane Ron-Paul-esque campaign.
And now, I remember him as one of three Republican bizarros who participated in the October Arab American Institute national conference in Dearbornistan, sponsored by Hezbollah restaurant La Shish and populated by all sorts of Hezbollah and HAMAS supporters. As I first reported, the Arab American Institute had no problem accepting money and catering from and enlisting as a sponsor the restaurant that gave $20 million to Hezbollah and gave shelter to Muslim illegal aliens, including CIA/FBI agent mole Nada Nadim Prouty.

Ed Rollins: Mike Huckabee’s New Campaign Manager Hangs w/Hezbo, HAMAS Supporters

The only other Republicans appearing were 9/11 Truther Ron “America Created Monsters like Chavez” Paul and Grover Norquist (who received millions from Islamic charities linked to Al-Qaeda and got Bush Administration jobs for individuals tied to Al-Qaeda). And Ed Rollins, Huck’s new campaign manager, hung with them and a cavalcade of HAMAS and Hezbo cheerleaders. The Arab American Institute, run by James Zogby, refuses to denounce any terrorist group except Al-Qaeda. And even that “condemnation” is shaky. Rollins was on a panel with Zogby’s brother, pollster John Zogby, and Democratic strategist Peter Fenn.
You know what they say about “the company you keep.” And this is the company Ed Rollins–the new chief of the Huckabee campaign–keeps. Rollins well knew what the Arab American Institute is about. It’s hardly a secret. And the sponsorship of its convention at which he appeared by La Shish was all over the conference info and literature. Talal Chahine, La Shish’s owner, had long been a fugitive and federal indictee, and it was well known he’d laundered $20 million to Hezbollah through the restaurant. Yet he appeared anyway.
So, will Mike Huckabee denounce Hezbollah and HAMAS? He hasn’t explicitly done so. And the presence of Rollins atop his campaign says even more. If this is the kind of guy–who looks askance at terrorism ties and support–that Mike Huckabee hires to run his campaign, imagine what his White House will be like.
What was it that President Bush said (but didn’t mean) about how “you’re either on our side or the terrorists’ side”?
Mike Huckabee’s new campaign manager spoke and participated in the terrorists’ American front group’s national convention and encouraged them to become more involved in American politics.
I think that tells us on whose side he’s now on. I used to like and respect Ed Rollins. After October, that changed forever.
The question is: Once they learn about this, what will the many pro-Israel Evangelical Christians now supporting Huckabee do with this info?

Despite on the many different issues these candidates supposively stand on, I came to the conclusion that they all share a common denominator. They are all after and in it for themselves. They are all power hungry phonies who only have a mouth to speak for themselves leaving us empty of virtuous candidates thats worthy our vote. Its sad to see what our politicians decended to.No wonder our adversaries from despotic countries are laughing at us.This candidacy is nothing less than a farce, a good joke to humor Hugo Chavez and Achmedinejad at their whimsy. Ostensibly, we as those who have been attuned to these presidential nominee debates share the same perspective.
The ballot box is for the birds anyways.

Debbie, maybe they’ll get mad at you for your nitpicking. Remember that some of these Evangelical Christians got a little testy with Jews because of some negative reaction to Coultergeist’s “Jews are imperfect” comment.
Sorry Deb babe, but your guy Gigoloiani is just as tainted as any of the other candidates.

[NB: YES, I’M AWARE OF THAT AND WAS GOING TO POST ABOUT IT, BUT DIDN’T GET TO IT. AND YES, IT IS TROUBLING. DS]

We talk about the Republicans having campaign managers who are of Arab nationality, how about Aboma (spelling?) He has mulsim background… How can we think about having a president who’s very roots are what is attacking us? And his heart is still there…
And Hillary, lezbian…. come on, how true is this? This hush hush news came from one who worked at the white house when Clinton was president… How stupid of a nation can we be?

Meet Barack
Guys we need to pray hard, our Nation is in a bad place for this election.
Something to think about!!!!
If you do not ever forward anything else, please forward this to all your contacts…this is very scary to think of what lies ahead of us here in our own United States…better heed this and pray about it and share it.
THIS DEFINITELY WARRANTS LOOKING INTO. THIS COUNTRY WAS FOUNDED, “ONE NATION UNDER GOD”. ALMIGHTY GOD, NOT THE GOD OF THE KORAN.
Who is Barack Obama?
Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu , Hawaii , to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black MUSLIM from Nyangoma-Kogel , Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white ATHEIST from Wichita , Kansas ..
Obama’s parents met at the University of Hawaii When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya . His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a RADICAL Muslim from Indonesia . When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia . Obama attended a MUSLIM school in Jakarta . He also spent two years in a Catholic school.
Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, “He was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.” He does not say the Pledge of Allegiance, sing the National Anthem, nor put his hand over his heart when others pledge o r sing.
Obama’s political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama’s introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son’s education.
Lolo Soetoro, the second husb and of Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta .
Wahabism is the RADICAL teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world. Since it is politically expedient to be a CHRISTIAN when seeking major public office in the United States , Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background ALSO, keep in mind that when he was sworn into office he DID NOT use the Holy Bible, but instead the Koran (Their equivalenc y to our Bible, but very different beliefs)
Let us all remain alert concerning Obama’s expected presidential candidacy.
The Muslims have said they plan on destroying the U.S. from the inside out, what better way to start than at the highest level – through the President of the United States , one of their own!!!!
If it comes down to being between him or Hillary .. then we REALLY are between a rock and a hard place.
Please forward to everyone you know. Would you want this man leading our country?…… NOT I….no way!!!

Hi:
It’s too bad you aren’t running for office. Being a resident of Dearborn, MI, it is easy to see how knowledgeable you are about the local politics. If you ran for office I would help campaign for you. Please continue to report this info.
The rest of America doesn’t know how Middle Eastern Dearborn has become. Store signs and billboards are in Arabic. When is the last time you saw an ad advertising a halal hamburger in Arabic and English? Most if not all of the Jewish merchants have left. Professionals such as Pharmacists are having to learn to read, speak, and write Arabic to communicate with their customers. Believe me, learning Spanish is a lot easier than learning a new alphabet and a language that reads from right to left. I quit walking in areas of East Dearborn years ago, because the residents would stop and stare as I walked by. My wife says I look like a Jew and thinks that’s the reason. In some neighborhoods you see Hezbollah flags hanging from some of the front porches of the homes.
Not a pretty picture.

Watch the following 3 videos of Ron Paul’s speech at the Arab-American Institute National Leadership Conference and decide for yourself if Ron Paul is on the terrorists’ side:

It’s wrong to condemn someone for attending an opposition’s meeting. The person may be there to scout out who else is there, take notes, present a more balanced view, or get a broader picture of the going-ons.

I watch Ed Rollins on CNN and think he is one of the few clear-headed Republicans around.

Catarin on December 10, 2010 at 12:52 pm

I watch CNN. I’ve always thought of Ed Rollins as a Leftist or as a Rightist, depending on popular opinion (someone without principles, who will say/do whatever it takes to “get the votes.”) On more than one occasion he has praised Democrats (in turn, denounced Republicans) or vise versa . All of his “analysis” strictly follows poll results (whichever way the wind blows) at any given time. So, if the electorate favors illegal immigration, that’ll be the position of Ed Rollins…then, if the poll results switch, so too Rollins. He’s a weather vane.
