Julia Davis: Ex-Border Guard Nutjob Says Govt Murdered Actress Brittany Murphy bc of Border Security Issues

By Debbie Schlussel

What do late movie star Brittany Murphy and the Mafia have to do with adequate protection of our borders from Islamic terrorists? They have nothing to do with it, and that’s why you shouldn’t fall for the conspiracy theory BS of Julia Davis, a fired former Customs and Border Protection (CBP) guard who worked at the San Ysidro border between the U.S. and Mexico.

juliadavisnutjob

For the last week, people have been sending me the video below of former CBP employee Davis, who claims the government attacked her for questioning the wanton admission into the U.S. of Muslim aliens from Mexico who are on the terror watch list. I know this goes on, and I am currently representing CBP agents who have the same concerns and experiences as Davis and were also harassed. Well, almost the same experiences. And that’s where Ms. Davis’ entire story lost me. She makes the ridiculous claim that late movie star Brittany Murphy and her late husband were targeted by government helicopters and later murdered by the feds for testifying on Davis’ behalf, which is absurd. Both died from illnesses. And this black helicopter crap is laughable, not to mention what on earth Brittany Murphy would know about the border or how the government reacted to a whistle blower. Davis also claims the Mafia is involved, too. Uh-huh. Sure they are. Here’s a summary written by Davis of the “documentary” that she and her husband are pimping:

Federal officer with the Department of Homeland Security discovers a national security breach related to the entry of 23 aliens from terrorist countries into the United States. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner, former head of the DEA Robert Bonner can’t afford any more media scrutiny, since his incompetence was already exposed in the NASA ‘Challenger’ disaster. To avoid the scandal, the full might of the government is unleashed against Julia Davis, her family and witnesses. This retaliation reaches the unprecedented magnitude, including four unexplained deaths, Hollywood and the Mafia, false imprisonments and the use of helicopters and airplanes for warrantless surveillance. Amidst many shocking revelations, this documentary provides a new insight into the deaths of well-known Hollywood figures unwittingly dragged into this scandal. The truth is no longer a secret.

[Emphasis added.]

I would trust Robert Bonner before I’d trust this nutty chick. But even before I read this craziness, something about Julia Davis seemed off to me, and when I investigated her, I found a lot of things that are off. She’s a Hollywood stuntwoman who claims she doubled for Angelina Jolie, and she’s married to another stuntman about 20 years her senior. Why would a stuntwoman suddenly become a CBP agent? It doesn’t make sense. When I looked the Davises up in the federal database to find Davis’ case against the government, I found that she and her older hubby are, well, very litigious and even sued the estate of late mobster Salvatore Bonanno. It’s weird. And that’s not to mention that Davis and her hubby are frequent guests on 9/11 Truther and anti-Semite Alex Jones’ radio shows. They are fruitcakes.

juliadavislawsuits

But the “government killed Brittany Murphy and her husband because they testified for me” absurdity was enough for me. If you believe this idiocy, as frauds like Walid Shoebat (fake terrorist, real stalker and con artist) do, you really need your head examined.

Julia Davis is taking you for a ride. And sadly, her craziness takes away from what I know is generally a legit story about Islamic terrorists coming here over the Southern border. But when nutjobs seeking fame are involved it ruins legitimate inquiry and soils us all.

If you are forwarding the Julia Davis video to others, stop. If you continue, you are hurting the cause of national security by sullying the rest of us with her “Brittany Murphy was killed by black helicopters” baloney.

And that is as “Clueless” as the title of the movie in which the late Ms. Murphy got her big break.

Even more clueless: that the Department of Homeland Security continues to recruit nutjobs and weirdoes like Julia Davis to guard our borders. No wonder we aren’t safe.

And by the way, Nancy Grace has had this nutjob-ette on her show as a terrorism and national security expert. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

I thought Brittany Murphy’s mother said there was toxic mold in the home that caused The death of Brittany and her husband – anyone remember that?

Mominminnesota on May 9, 2013 at 4:14 pm

Way to tow the government line Debbie!! Either you have handlers or you are simply a wanting journalist. All of Davis’ claims are documented and presented in a court of law (thus public record). There is video of two helicopters and 27 member swat team attacking her elderly parents house. And any depth of investigation of Brittany Murphy’s and her husband’s deaths are suspicious. No autopsy and refusal to release hair samples for further study. But, hey Debbie, why not just call people nutjobs without research. Which is it, ignorance or deliberate ommittance? Guess you’ll be the judge Debbie, you gotta look in the mirror…

jambatrumpet on August 28, 2013 at 5:00 am

Debbie Schlussel is the ONLY NUTJOB here, Brittany Murphy was murdered by DHS and Julia Davis’s story of midnight raids by helicopter on her house was verified; even the 25 year old neighbor who took pictures of the raid wound up mysteriously dead at his house weeks later, same as Julia’s friend and witness against DHS Brittany Murphy.

mic on October 26, 2013 at 3:58 pm

Coroner confirmed it was NOT mold. Said it was pneumonia exhaustion etc…none of which gel with their violent vomiting of some sort of green ooze and death within minutes. Though the mom did try to get some $ for mold later.

jambatrumpet on August 28, 2013 at 5:06 am

sounds to me like somebody broke in Murphy’s house while she and hubby were out and put cyanide in pills, or food, or drink, or vitamins – Brittany told people she was be followed in months and weeks before death, they will track you to see when your house is empty and then slip you a mickey – my guess?

Why doesn’t this nutter sink her dopey fangs into the many conspiracy theories surrounding Obama-Putin? While some may not be able to be proven definitively, there’s a whole lotta smoke that can be the calling card of a so-called raging fire.

Or Flight 587?

Funny how morons wanna hitch their wagons onto obvious nut-job conspiracies and totally ignore some of them who have a lot of bark leading up to a potential and totally credible bite.

Like my interest in the mysterious ‘drownings’ of college-aged men during the school season? Especially in Wisconsin, Iowa, Ohio and Illinois! Crickets. No one cares!!!

Poor Brittany Murphy. Anyone who loosely followed low-ifo celebrity gossip knew this gal was not stable. Dated Ashton Kutcher. Had intense mommy bonding issues, relied on a man to be seen or feel complete and married dodgy Brit who tragically died too soon too.

That nutter, if she really cared about people, would focus on the drownings of those men everyone is ignoring!!

So many crackpots, so little time. What’s amazing is how many believe this kind of nonsense. Like Debbie says, we’ve lost the culture.

Richard on May 9, 2013 at 5:19 pm

Thanks for investigating this Debbie. I had no idea other people were on to this.

You may be right that the Brittany Murphy angle stretches credibility, have to admit that bothered me.
Still have some questions though.

Did 60 minutes do a special on her or not?
Did she get declared a domestic terrorist?
Why exactly if she’s just a truther wacko case?
Did WHDT just not bother to corroborate any of this?

I didn’t know that Davis also claims the Mafia was involved.
I wouldn’t have believed that.

Mafia tactics yes. Mafia involvement No.
When an administration is this corrupt they don’t mess around with the mafia.
So if that’s true I’m more skeptical but I’ll check that out.

The fact that she’s litigious is more telling to me than what shows will carry her story but then I found this.

“Julia Davis won a discrimination lawsuit against the DHS, with a final court order issued in 2005 that found the Agency engaged in illegal conduct and that the DHS betrayal of Julia Davis caused her to involuntarily resign from the Agency. Daniel Sutherland, the DHS Officer for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties issued a written refusal to comply with the court order.”

Well what’s going on there? I mean I don’t know but it looks bad if it’s true.

Davis’ story is just one example of how the DHS is as full of holes as swiss cheese.
It doesn’t prove anything by itself. It’s just an example.

Frankz on May 9, 2013 at 5:43 pm

@Skunky
Putin looks not quite so bad to me these days.
If the administration had co-operated with the Russians on counter terrorism issues maybe we wouldn’t be in this mess assuming the offers were made in good faith.

Now we’ve got Chechen terrorism in US.
So we get their problems because the administration didn’t want to acknowledge that there was a problem in the first place.
I don’t know everything about everything but I’m acid about that.

I also want to know who decided it was OK to take out Gaddafi so they could play Arab Spring in Libya and get their diplomats killed.
I want to know why Al Qaeda types get free reign to set the region ablaze Grand Theft Auto style.

Frankz on May 9, 2013 at 6:02 pm

Julia Davis is as nutty as the Islamic terrorists who seek to destroy this country.

The only diff is she doesn’t go around killing people. I have to laugh at the crazy idea certified nutjobs like her can stop Islamic terrorists.

No wonder we’re in trouble when Homeland Security goes around recruiting people not qualified to keep us safe.

Methinks Davis has a few screws loose someplace. Debbie, good investigative work!

NormanF on May 9, 2013 at 6:20 pm

Julia Davis is 100% credible, she was a DHS Supervisor, she is married to Hollywood Producer BJ Davis, 30 yrs. ago used to be a Hollywood stunt man, even their 25 yr. old neighbor who filmed the 27 man armed assault with helicopters on Davis’s house wound up mysteriously DEAD.

mic on October 26, 2013 at 4:07 pm

“Davis has an ongoing multi-million dollar lawsuit against the agency and the Agents who engaged in a
series of illegal acts, warrantless searches, warrantless surveillance, On-Star tracking, warrantless
wiretapping, Patriot Act violations and illegal disclosures made by the DHS to members of the Bonanno
mafia crime family in order to retaliate against Davis and her family members.
In one of their many acts of harassment, DHS Agents Herbert Kaufer and Jeffrey Deal recruited San Diego”

Now knowing what I know about the Clintons that’s not really quite so preposterous.

I have a theory that might explain Ms. Davis’ “ridiculous claim that late movie star Brittany Murphy and her late husband were targeted by government helicopters and later murdered by the feds for testifying on Davis’ behalf,” and that “the Mafia is involved, too.” My theory is that this woman is being deliberately promoted by the very same elements within the US Government that are encouraging Muslim aliens to cross the border into the USA. The goal of the strategy is to discredit anyone who points out that Muslim aliens are crossing over into the USA. The idea is that anyone who points this out must be a nutjob just like Ms. Davis.

Call it a “conspiracy within a conspiracy.” Sure it sounds off-the-wall, but the seeming absurdity of my idea is what makes the whole strategy so devious. But it’s not as crazy an idea as you might think.

Let’s start with the premise that there ARE elements within the US Government that want Muslim aliens to infiltrate US society. Do you agree with that? If so, move to the next step below. If not, ask yourself what the US Government has been doing to STOP Muslim aliens from crossing into US borders? If you’re honest and informed about this issue, your answer would have to be “not much.”

Moving to the next step, because there are elements within the US Government that have this policy, eventually there are going to be people, such as Debbie, pointing out what is really going on. Left unchecked, some people will begin to ask, “Why is this happening, and what is the US Government going to do to stop it.”

Now, because this is actually an unspoken policy, the elements advancing this policy don’t want people asking such questions. To help stop people from asking those questions, the best strategy is to simply discredit the entire idea. And what better way to do that than to hijack the idea that Muslim aliens are permitted to enter the USA and then painting those advancing this information as total nutjobs?

Maybe I’ve been reading too many spy novels, but the idea makes sense to me and would explain why such people as Ms. Davis get major media coverage, while the major media won’t cover credible sources.

Ralph Adamo on May 9, 2013 at 9:47 pm

She is a very intelligent and educated person who worked for an agency laced with imbeciles at every level. She observed and reported brilliantly, but the smartest thing she did was hire David Ross in Beverly Hills. Ross skewered everyone in his path and they all collected a bundle when the dust finally settled. Her ‘real’ name is not Julia Davis though.

#1 Vato on May 9, 2013 at 10:33 pm

The Brittney Murphy, organized crime angle? I have seen Porno with a more believable storyline than this bullshit.

#1 Vato on May 9, 2013 at 10:35 pm

The fact that she was hired in the first pace shows just how screwed up the government is. She comes over from the Ukraine, and within a few years she has a law enforcement job, a clearance, and access to classified information. There is no way that the government can do a proper background investigation on someone who has lived the majority of their life overseas, let alone a former Soviet bloc country. There was a time, many years ago, that if a person was ever a foreign national that they could not be granted a security clearance (there were some limited exceptions allowed on a sporadic basis). Davis was a former INS employee, and the INS had (or “has,” if you include ICE, the INS after their name was changed) very, very low standards.

My recollection (and I cannot recall with certainty) is that Davis was not showing up at work because of her “film” career and when management started to call her to task, Davis resigned.

King David on May 9, 2013 at 10:39 pm

Actually if it’s all fabricated it’s much worse than nuts.

But nothing in this article addresses any of the real allegations she made.
She’s claimed they’re irrefutable whether or not they amount to much.
Well should be pretty simple to check that out.
Did the DHS get a drone to track her?
Well we have no idea but it must be crazy apparently.

Instead all we get here is she nuts because we all know that Brittany Murphy story is hype.
A list of her affiliations.
The overblown summary on a movie title.
Some lousy shows she appeared on.

Well that’s not what it’s about.
That’s not good enough.

Frankz on May 10, 2013 at 1:06 am

Was she declared a domestic terrorist?
Does anybody even care if that’s true or not?
Hello.
Also her allegations would apply to the DHS under Bush not Obama although hard to imagine it’s improved.
Does that make a difference?

“A total of 54 retaliatory investigations have been commenced in an attempt to discredit Julia as an upstanding law enforcement officer and a staunch American patriot. Julia Davis, her family members and witnesses who dared to support her were subjected to land and aerial surveillance, to the tune of millions – at the expense of American taxpayers. This included warrantless aerial surveillance with fixed-wing airplanes and Blackhawk helicopters, vehicular surveillance, OnStar tracking, Internet monitoring, wiretaps, warrantless searches and seizures and series of other outrageous, unwarranted retaliatory measures.”

Frankz on May 10, 2013 at 1:32 am

Hmmmmmmmm, lots to digest, Debbie, lots to digest. Since I used to be a pretty fair legal secretary and a crackerjack legal word processor, I still know the formats, so let’s proceed.

(i) Second time I’ve seen Debbie mention Walid Shoebat being a phony, going to have to check these archives to see if our hostess has more information on that. I’ve been hearing this guy making the rounds for several years, and recently heard him on one of the talk radio shows again;

(ii) This woman is frightening looking. WHAT . . . was injected in to her face? Unless she lifts and takes steroids, which is quite possible, maybe she got the same cosmetic surgeon Priscilla Presley got;

(iii) Speaking of holes, DHS and Swiss Cheese, I thought that’s what the 1.6 billion hollow point rounds were for in the first place, to turn us into Swiss Cheese;

(iv) Given the machinations of the current administration, Mr. Adamo’s scenario sounds more than plausible to me;

(v) Ah dun heerd tell o’ Brittany Murphy, didn’t remember her dying, but then again, outside of being interested in who’s got a juicy ass and thighs, I don’t follow Hollywood;

(vi) Didn’t realize there was still an Italian mob, although I’m fum Noo Yawk and use ta know sum people back in 534 B.C., and I DO mean 534 B.C. I’m old. Not that I did anything but know them, that life certainly wasn’t for me, nor was it ever offered. What do they do nowadays, rescue failing Wendy’s franchises?;

(vii) That woman is scary looking, and yes, I know I said it already, but it’s worth mentioning again. Skunky, would you beat her up for me, please? I can’t bear to look at those pictures again, and I did NOT play the video. The still picture is absolutely like out of a combination horror movie, Star Trek episode. One look from her could probably melt all my machetes. Yikes!!!

STOP THE WORLD, I WANNA GET OFF!!!

Marc on May 10, 2013 at 9:48 am

Yeah, yeah LOL Alfredo but what does it have to do with whether you want to date her or not?

As far as Walid Shoebat.
There’s nothing substantial.

Julia Davis may be swiss cheese but there’s nothing substantial about that here.
She used to be a stunt woman. Well OK.
Her story may be entirely self serving but we’re just supposed to assume that from what’s dubious about her.

Frankz on May 10, 2013 at 10:45 am

“On August 18, 2005 the Department of Homeland Security filed a Motion to Hold Issuance of Decision in Abeyance, which was denied by the AJ Leach on August 22, 2005. A final EEOC decision in favor of Davis was issued on the same day. In addition to compensatory damages, the Department of Homeland Security was ordered to take a series of remedial actions, including but not limited to compulsory EEO training programs for all managers and staff at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, as the Judge found there exists at this facility a culture which trivializes and minimizes the appropriate status and position of females.”

Davis holds a Masters degree in Aviation and Spacecraft Engineering and fluently speaks multiple languages.

Now what bothers me here is that the judgement doesn’t seem to have anything to whistle blowing as far as mentioned in this interview but more to do with gender based discrimination.

So one thing is certain. Davis is not at all nuts.

Frankz on May 10, 2013 at 11:15 am

Do those crazy eyes mean she’s taking her medication? are that she is not? Our is she just just plain bat**** crazy and there that way regardless?

Interstingly, the lardash known as Alex Jones was never allowed to deal with the facts of 9/11 financial terrorism (the Feds were duty-bound to their Saudi slave-meisters to shut up). Nope, he was selected to spread conspiracy meme contagion about 9/11, with his sidekick, the low IQ-high ego George Noory. Now they are both pushing the a new meme – aliens implant ideas into terrorists’ heads so they can take over the earth. I kid you not. Who takes these fruitcakes seriously you ask? A lot of Americans apparently, mostly 88 truckers types etc. and that ain’t just their IQ. The real question is, who all are continuing to pay them.

Fuming Behind Ice-curtains on May 11, 2013 at 12:44 am

Here is my response to this outrageously false post. You can see it with links, photos, videos, etc. on my blog, JuliaDavisNews dot BlogSpot dot com.

Debbie Schlussel commits public hara-kiri by attacking a whistleblower

A pen is a mighty sword. Debbie Schlussel took that sword and committed hara-kiri, when she decided to help her government friends by frivolously attacking my case. Her shameful failure to conduct even minimal fact-checking fell far below any journalistic standard, which is unacceptable (even for a blog). Let me dissect Schlussel Schlock point by point.

The title of the blog posting in question states: “Julia Davis: Ex-Border Guard Nutjob Says Govt Murdered Actress Brittany Murphy bc of Border Security Issues.” I challenge Ms. Schlussel to prove that I uttered those words at any point in time, in any of my interviews, articles, comments, etc. She can’t, because I never said any of that. Brittany was a friend and a witness. She bravely exposed the Department of Homeland Security’s lies in my case. In response, Brittany was harassed and placed under surveillance (just as I was). When Brittany and her husband Simon Monjack reported being wiretapped and followed by helicopters to the Editor-In-Chief of The Hollywood Reporter, Alex Ben Block, they were ridiculed and falsely accused of being “paranoid”. Here is the page from the magazine with the excerpt of the interview in question and the link to the article on The Hollywood Reporter website.

Brittany’s untimely death (followed by an untimely death of her husband) was never properly investigated. In fact, I am personally involved in ongoing efforts to finally have Brittany’s tissues tested, to determine her true cause of death. Both Brittany and Simon were said to have died from identical causes (pneumonia and anemia), months apart, which is beyond ludicrous.

It’s very telling that San Diego division of ICE (the same fumbling buffoons who thought it would be a good idea to raid my house with a Blackhawk helicopter and a 27-man Special Response Team) decided to deport Simon after Brittany exposed their lies in my case. These government clowns wanted to denaturalize and deport me as well. Since I was factually innocent of all charges in malicious, retaliatory investigations and prosecutions (and was found to be factually innocent by a presiding Judge), they’ve failed miserably. They’ve also failed in their attempts to deport Simon. I sued the DHS and prevailed. Of course, Schlussel would bemoan all of these facts (if she actually bothered to learn them before spilling Schlussel Schlock all over the Internet), since in her feeble opinion, no female immigrant/naturalized U.S. citizen like me should ever be able to serve our nation as a Customs Officer. I beg to differ.
By the way, here is one of the DHS thugs describing some of the aerial surveillance of my house with a fixed-wing airplane.

There was also surveillance and a raid with a Blackhawk helicopter, which was captured on video and is now a part of the documentary, “Top Priority: The Terror Within”. You can also see it in the movie trailer.

If Schlussel had any journalistic integrity whatsoever, she would at least watch the film before bashing it. At the very minimum, she could have clicked a few buttons and learned some facts about my case. Of course, her relationship with the government perpetrators in my case (including Matthew Issman) does away with Schlussel being able to feign any semblance of objectivity or honesty. Her blog post (complete with amateurish cartoon graphics) is nothing more than a bash-fest. Schlussel is seething, because I exposed her little jackbooted friends from ICE by blowing the whistle on abuses of the Patriot Act by the DHS, our shamefully porous borders and lackadaisical approach to admitting aliens from terrorist countries into the U.S. All of that coming from a female immigrant, who dares to be a naturalized American patriot really got Schlussel’s broom in a twist.
Next, Schlussel Schlock piece states that I was fired. For your information, Miss Debbie, I was never fired from any job in my whole life. Specifically, I wasn’t fired by the Department of Homeland Security. My resignation was declared by a Judge to have been “involuntary” and caused by the government’s “illegal conduct” and impermissible activities. As far as helicopters, planes, vehicular surveillance, OnStar, even though it is quite unbelievable, it actually happened and the government is not denying that it did. They even assert that it was a good way to spend taxpayers resources.

This is what happens to national security whistleblowers like me, for exposing glaring holes in our homeland security.

Just because the sheer magnitude of this case is far beyond Schlussel’s realm of understanding, she is not only attempting to discount it, but is also encouraging others to help silence my story and the documentary. Shame on you, Schlussel. You are just another quasi-media scarecrow that is trying to divert attention from whistleblower cases (unless, of course, you are somehow involved – in which case you will scream it from the rooftops). You are no better than the DHS cowards, who falsely declared me a “Domestic Terrorist” and raided my home with a Blackhawk helicopter, brandishing assault weapons – using more manpower and spending more time to raid my residence than was devoted to the raid of Bin Laden’s compound. Of course, you know what they did, because those are your little friends and your corrupt “sources”, which says a lot about you.
Since your friendships with government perpetrators have rendered your blog post false, libelous and devoid of any factual information, here is some information for you, Debbie. On January 28, 2010, Federal Judge, Virginia Phillips, issued a court ruling in my case, stating in relevant part: “On August 10, 2005, ten DHS Internal Affairs Agents, a United States Marshal, seventeen SRT members, eight unmarked cars and a Blackhawk helicopter arrived at the Davises’ residence…Plaintiffs [BJ and Julia Davis] have produced significant evidence about the August 2005 raid and search of their residence… This evidence is sufficient to create a factual question as to whether federal agents committed an abuse of process when they conducted that search… In light of the substantial evidence presented by Plaintiffs as to the magnitude of the search, and the Government’s failure to identify undisputed facts in support of a contrary finding, the Court holds that a reasonable fact finder could find the extreme nature of the search and raid of the Davises’ Yucca Valley home was “not proper in the regular conduct of the proceedings.” Throughout their opposition, Plaintiffs have identified evidence that suggests the degree of force used in the search was severe… According to Julia Davis’s parents, in the course of the search, Agent Deal told them that Mrs. Davis was a “Domestic Terrorist.” At some point on the day of the raid, someone scrawled the word “Boo!” and crossed out the date on Julia Davis’s calendar, located in her home… As discussed above, several witnesses have testified that documents and other items were seized from the home, though no receipt was given… There is also sufficient evidence for a reasonable fact finder to conclude the OPR Agents had an ulterior, improper motive: retaliation… In addition to the unusual degree of force used in executing the arrests, the arrest warrants were executed two months after the EEOC ALJ issued his initial decision in Julia Davis’s case, which was in her favor and highly critical of CBP, ICE, and their internal investigators. Agents Deal, Kaufer, and Wong had all been involved in Julia Davis’s EEOC and MSPB proceedings… The sum total of these facts is sufficient to allow a fact finder to infer a retaliatory or malicious motive in the execution of the search… Plaintiffs have therefore produced sufficient evidence to allow a reasonable fact finder to conclude the August 2005 search was an abuse of process.” (Emphasis added).

Next, Schlussel Schlock proceeds to question my marriage of nearly twenty years, as well as my career in the entertainment industry. Of course, she didn’t bother to check my credits on the Internet Movie Database. For your information, little Debbie, I am a proud member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Screen Actors Guild, Women In Film, and other entertainment industry organizations. No matter how much that astonishes you, I did double Academy Award winners Angelina Jolie and Helen Hunt. Neither my continuing career in film, nor the details of my happy marriage have any bearing on my whistleblowing disclosure of a national security breach to the FBI/JTTF.

I don’t know whether there is a person on this Earth who is capable of tolerating your shrill hysteria on a daily basis, so I won’t ask you about your personal relationships. In response to your ridiculous question as to why anyone from the film industry would want to work for the Department of Homeland Security, the answer is simple. I wanted to do it, because I am a patriot. I speak numerous languages. I wanted to serve my country. I loved my job, received outstanding performance evaluations and certificates of outstanding achievement. There are plenty of people like me in our federal law enforcement, who are there because they want to protect and to serve this great nation. Many of them are naturalized citizens. Can you grasp any of that, Schlussel?

Schlussel Schlock goes on to claim that my husband and I are “frequent guests on 9/11 Truther and anti-Semite Alex Jones’ radio shows.” Care to show any proof of that, Shlussel? My husband was never a guest on Alex Jones’ radio show. Not once. I did one interview for the Alex Jones show and was interviewed by Holland Vandennieuwenhof. That makes both of us “frequent guests” and anti-semites? As usual, you’re simply foaming at the mouth and choking on your own lies, little Debbie.

Schlussel Schlock proceeds to exclaim that there possibly couldn’t be any truth to my factual statement that our film company was pillaged by a group of mobsters (even though they were convicted and imprisoned based on our formal reports to the FBI and the SEC), followed by her listing of our restraining orders against the said mobsters. Little Debbie is openly contradicting herself. According to her, my husband and I are “fruitcakes”. Consider the source.

Next, Schlussel Schlock goes back to claiming that I allegedly stated that “government killed Brittany Murphy and her husband because they testified for me”. When and where did I say that, Shlussel? If you can’t give me a verbatim quote where I said that the government killed Brittany Murphy, you are nothing more than a liar. I can already say that you’re lying, since I never made any such statement. Your attempts to silence me through libelous misrepresentations only expose your shameless willingness to lie, in order to protect your little government confederates from accountability and exposure. As far as “fruitcakes” and “nutjobs” are concerned, you take the cake and eat it too, little Debbie.

Julia, great reply! Anyone that takes the time to analyze your post and Schlussel’s, should have no problem recognizing who is trying to mislead the readers. I applaud your efforts to speak out and expose the corruption within the federal government.

Schlussel, you are a hack! Shame on you.

Mike on May 25, 2013 at 1:10 pm

Ms. Schlussel, are you going to reply or attempt to rebut Ms. Davis’ May 23 post above?

Your silence in response to her post (as well as this weeks new findings) is noted.

In comparing your blog entry with the response provided by Ms. Davis, one of you appears to have a more well reasoned argument and the facts to back it up. The other looks like a shill.

julia davis is a true patriot. all those who are trying to dicredit her God will judge. God Bless You Julia for having to put up with our government harrassing you. Again God Bless Julia Davis!

The problem with the Julia Davis story is that it is UNBELIEVABLE, but sadly, true.

I watched the movie and kept waiting for it to be over because I couldn’t believe the amount of retaliatory measures against Ms Davis.

The only thing that makes sense is that the 2nd Bush election was at stake and Bonner had to shut down any appearance of Homeland Security lapse. I don’t know why these 23 watchlisted people were let in. That would be a real conspiracy theory. But they were. I think if there is any conspiracy, it is that the Bush administration was very good for defense contractors and information gatherers. His retinue could give a rat’s _ss if Americans were killed or not as long as their pockets were lined. They stole money from the American tax payers just as surely as the banks did.

We are in seriously oppressive times.

Julia Davis is a Great Patriot and she has told the truth, just like Audry Hudson was Raided by DHS helicopters. The DHS is a TERRORIST entity among us. Brittany Murphy was murdered for witnessing against DHS in support of Julia Davis; it’s all very true!!!

mic on October 26, 2013 at 4:03 pm

So it comes out today that Brittany and her husband were both likely poisoned.. although I dont believe it was the government itself, they were certainly involved. What do you have to say now dumbass? I’m guessing you’re going to remain ignorant, and uneducated. Someone who thinks there opinion matters or is the absolute truth. Fact is you don’t have the slightest clue what the hell you’re talking about and should be banned from the internet period for posting such garbage articles. Davis actually went to school for Engineering, produced and directed shows and movies, wtf did you do for you to be able to label her a nutjob?

Go Fuck Yourself on November 19, 2013 at 3:11 pm

Looking less and less crazy by the day. I agree that the two killings’ purpose isn’t clear, but the evidence is starting to match the theory.

JG on November 20, 2013 at 4:01 am

Funny how recent events have inadvertently caused Ms. Schlussel to add more shine and layers to everyone’s tinfoil hat, making the headwear appear more legitimate and fashionable with every new revelation.

I suppose that I, too, should be labeled a “domestic terrorist” or “tinfoil hat wingnut” for saying that something smells rotten in Denmark.

Brittany Murphy testifies on the behalf of Ms. Davis, takes a dirt nap.

Husband states he is being watched and followed, takes a dirt nap.

Kid who took video of blackhawk raid on Ms. Davis and turned in tape, takes a dirt nap.

You sure seem to be going to dramatic lengths to discredit this story, but have been unable to argue against the facts presented by all of the provious posts. Where is your rebuttal? A rebuttal is impossible for you at this point…as the rabbit hole has now grown so much bigger that you can’t possibly fill it with enough of your unsubstantiated allegations, slander and poo.

grimace mccheeseburger on November 21, 2013 at 12:17 pm

Thanks so much for coming by, Julia Davis, and completely owning Schlussel in your reply.

You’re a despicable bitch for lying about this. The movie available at http://www.veoh.com/watch/v66925072F8xGrzCm
exposes that you’ve fabricated all these lies when sworn testimony is freely available that refutes every single lie you’ve told, you evil bitch.

You're a vicious bitch debbie on March 29, 2014 at 9:24 am

Julia Davis won her lawsuit against the DHS for their harassment of her, her husband and her father, who died after their raid of her home because they denied him his heart meds and he had a heart attack. She is not a nutjob! After the thingsthe DHS did to her, no wonder she might be a little paranoid. Read her case and decide for yourselves people, instead of listening to this blogger. She obviously thinks our wonderful government can do no wrong. Sounds like a right wing authoritarian if you ask me.

You ought to take part in a contest for one of
the best websites on the internet. I most certainly will recommend this web
site!

Ariel on October 2, 2014 at 9:24 pm

You are a horrible blogger and publicity hound. This case has merit. Maybe you should check the facts of a story before dismissing it and ridiculing it. But that’s how you make money isn’t it? Try to shock people and get some press. Hope you like living down there in the slime.

Pete Elmore on November 14, 2014 at 9:49 pm

I can’t believe that you Debbie, have the balls to solicit donations for your crappy website and your obviously slanted views. Seems to me that you just another govt shill trying to set public opinion.
The only opinion that you have cemented in my mind is that it makes more sense now than ever to be anti-Semitic.
You are truly a dumb cunt.

saner thanyou on December 21, 2014 at 3:03 am

No, Frankz. Spencer plagiarized the work of Schlussel (and the asshole Bostom). He also colluded with Geller to take over the group “Stop the Islamization of America.” His mainly laughable “anti-Islam” actions since seem to have nothing to do with getting something done.

I did like his use of bus ads against Islam in NYC, though. I doubt it was his idea. What has the rest of his money been spent on?

SKZ: The bus ads serve two purposes only: to promote Scamela’s and Slobbert’s personal websites and to get them attention. That’s it. Don’t believe the hype. DS
