EXCLUSIVE: Obama Won’t Deport Muslim Illegal Alien Convicted of Voter Fraud After Spending $$$s Beating Him in Court; ICE Agents Outraged

By Debbie Schlussel

DebbieSchlussel.com has exclusively learned that the Obama Administration refuses to deport a Muslim illegal alien who was convicted of voter fraud, EVEN AFTER a Federal Court of Appeals (and every court before that) has ordered that he should be deported.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are rightfully angry that, despite their hard work in investigating Asif Gulzar Pasha, a Pakistani national who voted illegally in North Carolina in 2004 and falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen, he remains on U.S. soil. He’s living freely and snubbing his nose at them, even after the 11th Circuit U.S. Federal Court of Appeal ruled that he is guilty and ordered him deported (read the Court’s opinion). That was back in July 2012. In fact, Pasha bragged to ICE agents that he is still here and rubbed their noses in it. Pasha said that while the local ICE office was fighting to deport him, it was all for nothing because ICE Headquarters directed that Pasha NOT be deported and be left alone. HUH?

The Obama Administration has been claiming in documents and memos to ICE that only convicted felons are to be arrested and deported. But, as you know, that’s not what’s happening. And Pasha is yet another example. From the 11th Circuit’s opinion:

Under penalty of perjury, Pasha signed one of these DMV forms and indicated that he was a United States citizen, even though he knew that he was not. This false representation gave him the benefit of the right to vote. After he falsely
filled out the application, he further acted on the misrepresentation by actually voting in the 2004 general elections.

Says a source:

Can you believe that?! Not only does his case show that voter fraud in North Carolina does exist, but he got away with it because ICE HQ directed that he not be deported. This is a horrible loophole in efforts to combat voter fraud. North Carolina citizens deserve to know why someone who illegally voted in their election is still in the country. Who knows, maybe he’ll try to vote again in 2016.

ICE tried to deport Pasha, but he filed suit and appealed it every step of the way, losing each time, including at the final destination, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, which ordered him deported. ICE and the Justice Department spent millions of dollars to beat Pasha, and they won. But they refuse to deport him, and he’s laughing at us and at the hard-working agents who did their job and investigated him.

I’m told by ICE agents and lawyers that in many cases, like this one, ICE’s Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA)–the division of ICE attorneys that represent the agency against illegal aliens in Immigration Court–is behind the orders not to deport convicted criminal illegal aliens, a new development under Barack Obama. I’m told that ICE legal officials, Riah Ramlogan and James Stolley, are behind these problems in which convicted illegal alien criminals, whom federal courts have ordered deported, are not deported pursuant to the insistence of these apparently lawless Obama ICE officials.

ICE agents and lawyers also say that, under Obama, ICE OPLA Headquarters has hamstrung its attorneys, and enacted the following absurd unwritten “rules,” designed to make ICE Lawyers lose their cases and minimize deportations of illegal aliens until amnesty comes. I’ll be giving you more details regarding that in a future post on this site.

For now, Asif Gulzar Pasha is having the last laugh.

This criminal was ordered deported by an Immigration Court. He was ordered deported by the Board of Immigration Appeals. And then he was ordered deported by the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

But ICE lawyers in Washington, doing Barack Obama’s bidding, ordered him not deported. And I guess they are the real judge, jury, and (non-)executioner.

BTW, I guess I’m supposed to pretend–we’re all supposed to–that Pasha didn’t commit voter fraud and that we don’t need stronger voter ID laws. Because, after all, the media and the left tell us that voter fraud never happens.

Nevah Evah. Right?

It is nice to know that the federal government cannot even act when a case is so flagrant.

Yet another blatant example of the dysfunction that is ICE. As I alluded to in previous postings, it serves no purpose to have laws in place when they’re systematically de-fanged by political hacks doing the bidding of the beltway.

Agents who swore an oath to uphold the laws and protect the citizens are being instructed to defy that very oath and openly break the law. If they choose to enforce their actions then they are spending the majority of their time and the taxpayers money covering their six because that very agency will pull out every stop to crucify them and destroy their personal/professional existences.

It’s a fine world we live in….

~and we still maintain we are “law enforcement?”. I know fresh ICE agents (no Customs vs INS B.S.) who have never effected an arrest. This must be the discretion that Eric Holder alludes to.

@ #1 VATO

You’re pretty much spot on…it’s been heading that way for a long time and was increasingly evident prior to when I pulled the pin and retired several years ago. It’s nothing more than window dressing anymore…this is now the mindset of the drones they crank out of the academy these days.

We need to understand the love he is showing us. Think only Obama wants to allow him to stay here? So would Jeb Bush!

Our country’s elites don’t think illegal immigration is a national security problem. To the contrary, they believe nothing can or should be done about it.

We might as well close down ICE and dismantle the Border Patrol. After all, illegal aliens come here in search of the American Dream.

And enforcing our immigration laws is unnecessary, futile and expensive. But the same thing can be said about our criminal laws and nobody is proposing to get rid of them.

But don’t look for America to find the strength to save itself any time soon.

Yes, the real security threat is global warming.

Well, what are you people waiting for? Call your congressman and demand this scum be deported. Tell them to speak out!

We obviously have a king. The “Republic” has long since died.

I am wondering if we will be able to recover, as a nation, from this muslimification of America.

18USC911 (apropos, no?) is a felony. How can the Executive ignore the Judicial? Sounds like somebody has come down with a bad case of MALFEASANCE.

As a “rookie”, probably not too much. But, with an attitude like that you’ll be in management by next week. If you’re female, by tomorrow.

Is voter fraud a felony?

Who cares? on April 10, 2014 at 8:47 am

Voter I.d. Laws wouldn’t have prevented this guy from voting because he lied and obtained fraudulent I.d.

Dmk on April 10, 2014 at 10:18 am

Who cares?, yes it is. And, if you had taken the time to read all of the information above you wouldn’t have to ask.
I’ll give you a hint: it’s on page three of the attached document. Who cares? about facts

If these idiots who insist on amnesty and not enforcing law were required to be personally responsible for the action of those for whom they are advocating, I think many of them would change their view and possibly behavior.

Let’s assign an illegal to every person who wants to grant amnesty and ignore immigration law. They will be personally responsible for the illegal’s support (no welfare, subsidies, no nothing), housing and criminal activity. And those amnesty lovers and non-enforcers, they don’t get to pick their illegal, it’s a lottery. But then the catch-22, who is going to enforce it? Why not just enforce the actual law?

Is there not some way to charge and prosecute those who are demanding the law not be enforced? What ever happened to the lawsuit for the ICE agents (I think by NumbersUSA)?

These Obama government buffoons don’t realize the damage they are doing to the future. What happens when a real American kid is denied entry to college because some poor “Dreamer” needs a slot to realize his/her dream. It will then be too late. They are already like cockroaches in my neighborhood.

JustMe on April 10, 2014 at 4:44 pm

The ICE agents could still deport him; in fact they still have a duty to. They need to start the process and let OPLA try to get involved. OPLA has no enforcement authority, and once they step in to quash the deportation, then an Inspector General report can be filed and the agents could seek charges against the OPLA attorneys for Impeding. But that is not going to happen, as no one in ICE has any balls, they just do what they are told to.

ICE = I Can’t Enforce.

Have a look at the ever growing list of Muslims the President now has working in important – if not key – positions, in government. We might not be permitted to challenge his antecedents – but we sure know where his sympathies lie.
